Erik ten Hag really seems like he is renovating the team now. There are many players who are close to be sent away from the team. I think that he is doing the right thing by especially sending not very useful players from the team. Manchester United deserve to have a much more solid squad than now. Their starting eleven is still very good of course but it isn't quite enough I reckon. Because they have some weaknesses in especially their defense. If they find a solution for this then we would see a much better team next season.

I have heard that Manchester United are targeting Christian Eriksen now. He has had a short-term deal with Brentford and it is coming to an end by the end of this month. Manchester United seem to be hopeful about signing him for free now. I think that Eriksen is still a very capable player after he had very serious health problems. I believe that he can contribute very much to Manchester United. I miss the old Eriksen too of course but maybe he can start to play close to those times if he joins the Red Devils.

There are two nights left for the second game in the series. Celtics made many of us surprised by winning the first game like that. Their high performance in the last quarter was worth watching. I doubt they can maintain this winning streak by the approaching game but it can still end by a gap less than ten points like this one. Warriors should be able to react to this disappointing loss strongly. If they do that, the series would be even more exciting and intriguing to watch. As a result I expect Warriors to win the next one.

As for the Zidane situation, I would very like to see him managing PSG as of next season as well. However it is still not even clear whether they are aiming to bring him to the team now. I haven't heard any official offer by PSG side to him. In case they do this, I believe Zidane would be eager to join them. Zidane is one of the winner managers in football now. His last team were Real Madrid and he achieved very nice things there. Real Madrid became the champions in the Champions League three years in a row. If he comes to PSG, he can make them the champions there too.

For the first game of the series, I thought like that Warriors would manage to win and start strongly. They would have really won the game too in fact. The fourth quarter started with a very good advantage for Warriors. They just couldn't kept their consistency going in this one and Celtics showed a fascinating performance. Their high level of determination was a big help for them to win the game by 120-108. I wondered what went wrong with Warriors in this quarter too. All in all, I support Celtics so I'm happy about this start. 

I think that Juventus need Paul Pogba even more than the other big candidates. By saying the other teams, I mean Real Madrid and PSG as they are also after him now. These two teams already have solid midfields but I'm not going to say this for Juventus of course. Zakaria and Locatelli are good transfers for them but they still need a strong and durable player in the midfield. Paul Pogba is a great example for the position. Juventus are already very familiar with him as he played for them for 4 years. Maybe they might be able to convince him to come back.

I think that Real Madrid are going to aim to make the team younger in the near future. It would have been a big step forward for them to bring Mbappe here. They couldn't do anything after he extended his contract with PSG. They would have gone for Haaland as well but Manchester City acted quicker than them. There are still many young and promising players in the transfer market of course but not the majority of them deserve to play for Real Madrid. They will need to pick the right players among them to invest in the future.

Barcelona seemed to be unstoppable for so many people surely. They improved their performance too highly by Xavi's starting to manage the team in the end. But I was still having some doubts about them to go until the end in this tournament because their performance here wasn't impressive at all. They mustn't be caring about the Europa League title I guess as it is below their quality. They were struggling against much weaker teams and Frankfurt stopped them consequently. We will all see them performing much better in the Champions League next season. I'm confident about it.

There is some news like Inter are getting prepared to make an offer for Romelu Lukaku. They seem to be serious about having him back in the lineup soon but we don't know what Chelsea are going to think about this yet. Romelu Lukaku has been having tough days at Chelsea in the recent times. He lost his place in the starting eleven to Kai Havertz and this was like a bad signal for him to be sent from the team. I remember his statement related to Inter which created some problems between him and the team for a short time. In my opinion, it'd be better for him to return to Inter now.

I'm surprised by this news actually. Because I was thinking like that Liverpool would do everything to keep him at the team for some more years. I expected Salah to be ready for extending his contract as long as he gets a good contract offer too. I thought that he wasn't thinking of leaving the team for now as he was quite happy playing for them. However it turns out that I was wrong about assuming like this. If Salah and Mane both leave the team then Liverpool would have a really hard time recovering for some time I guess.

It is interesting news to hear that Di Maria is close to joining Juventus this summer. Di Maria had a decent season as he got 5 goals and 9 assists. His contracts with PSG is expiring on June 30. I think that he can still be very useful for Juventus even though he is 34 years old now. He is a qualified player and would contribute quite much to the team. Juventus had better sign some good midfielders too and it must be their priority now actually. Because their midfield is quite weak for a big team like them.

Kylian Mbappe got an irrevocable contract offer from PSG and chose to stay after that. Actually he didn't have any problem with money and he would have chosen to go for his dream team too. In the end, Real Madrid were ready to pay a high amount of money to him as well. If I were him, I would choose Real Madrid. Because I was already going to earn a lot of money in that case too. It is better to make the dreams real if you are going to earn this much money anyway. But it is my opinion of course and I respect Mbappe's choice.

Finally we have the final series! Warriors and Celtics are going to give their everything to become the champions at the end. The first game is going to be played three nights later. Warriors have the advantage of playing in home court first. Because of this, I wonder how strong they will be able to start the series. On the other hand, I started to think that playing in home court doesn't change too many things anymore. These teams are both very capable teams to beat each other in any case. I hope that the series can end after seven games. My favourite team are Celtics in this series.

I also appreciated Inter's general performance this season actually. Maybe they didn't become the champions but they competed hard for winning the championship. They were even leading the standings for some time in this season but they just had serious problems about being consistent. I really wonder what was the reason of that lasting inconsistency. Because it cost them the championship. Simone Inzaghi's performance was still close to Conte's season in which he made the team champions. I will be waiting for them to come back better for next season.
