Yes the recruitment agencies will benenfit the most on this process because hiring has been made easy for them and they will also be trusted by companies if they are capable of hiring only legit employees. No. Not just for the recruitment agencies but also to applicants. Because their datas will be permanently stored in Trustlogics database, he will not need to provide everytime informations about his self everytime he applies for work, he can just pull it out from the system so it will also be less expenses for him. Ok, that’s good to know, I was never attentive to that area. And I just thought about it now, aside from lesser expense, this verification process will give the jobseekers a fair game or competition with co jobseekers. Because nobody will outwit them because of fake documents. Ya. Because of this fraud most applicants are doing are indeed a big problem for both recruiters and employers. The desire to be hired by applicants pushes them to do this falsification of documents but they’ve not thought of the harmful outcome of this actions they are taking. I also believe this factor pushed Trustlogics to develop this kind of project. Exactly chikitita2004. Though interviewers have to scrutinize the applicants carefully but it is still hard to identify if what they are saying is true or not, unless they are put into the working field to do the work they applied for, they will not be proven to be geniune. definetely ,,,Bitfinnese ,that's why, we thanks to trustlogics team that will also push from this kind of project so that ,the non potenial jobseeker/applicant will not allowed. unlike to other online job site that will have also encountered dishonest applicant , because there is no other validators to take their task,ulike to trustlogics platform that jobseeker are also need to pass the proccess of their validator before endorse it to their employer. |

This project seems fantastic! Its Idea is not that unique but it can be the next groundbreaking for the cryptocurrency to get all other sectors to be combined as one. It can be the start of the whole new perspective on crypto industry where everything will on one platform.
For my own opinion this is too ambitious but it still can happen in the future. We won't know until they fully launched the project or start doing their platform according to their roadmap. I don't find a time on searching about the team behind this if they are fully competent to this huge project! Still, Kudos to the team and developers who will make this happen! Well HappyDumper, they said they are still going to hire staffs that will be added to their team along the way as they go on with the project. Actually they admit that they are not well prepared yet and there are still a lot to do with the preparations. As of now they want to focus first on their ICO so they can raise fund for some needs of the project. Thanks for the head ups bro! This ease my mind, so they are just in the experimental stage where everything can be revise and improve the project more! So ill just sit back and see how well this project can achieve and do in the future. Even if they came a little unprepared and lacked some project presentation but the idea is overwhelming and on point in terms of the current industry where we need an all in one or jack of all trades platform like smart city. Yeah i agree even if the whitepaper aren't well presented atleast they indicate the things they want to do in the current industry. I also see their webpage are little unpleasant to see because of its presentation but the projects vision and what they're trying do is what matter most. Yes, I agree with that. Project may not have been well presented but the great extent of this SCE project that they want to provide solutions to with online economy issues are definitely there.Venturing in this vast project demands thorough review to materialize their plans and I am sure that the people behind SCE is doing everything for its success. it will really be helpful that the flaws and problems had been pointed out. since it could actually be seen that it requires a lot of work to do, then it is also unavoidable that they can also miss some parts and had some failures, but there is no problem with, they should be thankful for your cooperation. It will become also good if there is an achievements to all applicants who hired. It is good if the companies will see a symbol that represents the goodness, dedication and perseverance of a certain worker. Imagine, if you have 20 positive trust or any symbols under your name, it will become a catchy thing under the companies who are looking for applicant.
It's good idea but i think validations process will cover this idea of yours, and jobseeker only need one trusted remark from validator to all of their data and if the results is positive they are good to go... Both of you have a point, and its only the same i guess... Whether a symbol or a trust from validator is all important for jobseeker, and the most important thing here is jobseeker find a right job using trustlogics platform... Why? isn't using Trustlogics is not an assurance for the job seekers to have a good job? As far as I know those job seekers who will have a request for a JOB will approve by the validators then once they're request be approve it will automatically goes into record on blockchain, Correct me if I am wrong with it. Helping us to get a job and get hired is too much, maybe this concept is too abusive. This project is only for hiring and securing your data by using privacy pattern. Is your TrustLogics Android and IOS app available on every country??
I'm not sure if their Android and IOS app was available on every country, but as far as I know based on what I have read on their whitepaper it is a hiring project wherein you can apply national and internationally based. For me maybe it is available on every country. Well maybe since is referred to blockchain technology its will sure that the market of thrustlogics betwwen jobseeker will not limited on other country instead it will also unlimited to other country ,offered job hiring all over in the world,,for just in cased unemployment rate will decreased in the whole world. I would really think that this project will be success,due to trustlogics are one of global information gateway and biggest recuitment tools platform technology in the world,but no longer operate with the spirit of sharing data to other platform for other third party players.
