I guess that Riyadh Masters organizers became fair on this one because they should have allotted more slots to their very own MENA region.
It's also the ESL organizers behind the tournament, and they'll always do their best to make it as fair as possible. Speaking of Riyadh Master, the prizepool is only $5M though. Its actually lower than what I hoped it would be. I knew that they are not going to increase it over $15M but it should be $10M instead. Well still a decent amount but lowering this tournament prizepool actually will give TI some highlights because last year, there wasnt really that much highlights on TI because prizepool was simply lower compared to Riyadh Master I think that Esports World Cup did distributed it on other esports. While we're expecting like $10M-$15M of share for this Riyadh masters, that's fine. $5M is still big and the other esports are only getting $1M for which, it's already a good share for this tournament.
I might place some bets later. Tough round so far with only 1 correct answer, but my opponent dbshck has no right answer, so at least I'm in the lead here  We both have St Etienne so it doesn't matter about that, but they have 1 goal advantage against Metz. I actually followed a little bit French league for betting mainly because of Neymar and Messi who moved there but for a few seasons now it's kinda boring there. /snip Yeah, for me it's also a tough round. I have two correct answers out of three settled questions, but my opponent has all three correct. But I'm still satisfied how it's going because I usually have two or three correct answers in the whole round.  Here is the situation with the CounterStrike tournament. 9z and Spirit teams are already in the semifinals and we are still waiting to see who will be the other two teams that will qualify. The best what I can hope is that FaZe will lose their quarterfinal game against G2 which would make it a draw on that question between me and buwaytress. These first few days of the round have been underdogs galore, and i'm about to go down 0-3 if Heroic somehow qualifies by beating BIG clan in the lower bracket final.  I'm struggling so badly that I could lose this round before Friday, and Renato is a few steps closer to his third win since I also have Hurkacz and Paul to survive until next week. I think I already lost my round, too lazy to check, but Harkorede said we have three different answers, yesterday he got points on Olympiacos and CS and that should be it. Fucking CS, I got 3 right but he has those same 3 and then he picks 9z Team and they go on to get direct place while they opponents were 1.15 or something like that. I didn't check with proper certainty, I said we had a lot of questions with difference and only just about 3 similar answers only. I'm currently up 4-1, with Collins crashing out of the Roland Garros WTA already, however we still have 4 questions with different answers between us, it will be absolutely fucking disaster If I manage to screw this up by not getting all 3 points, and I really could use the huge points differential too. |

To tell you the truth, I haven't followed the Conference League closely, as I've focused on the Champions League, the Europa League and so on, but I will be watching the final And for a bit of excitement, since I'm neutral in this final between Fiorentina and Olympiakos, I'm going to place a bet on Fiorentina Victory in regular time, paying 2.30  Now obviously I'll be rooting for the Italian team  It's interesting because Italy was very well represented by Atalanta and Fiorentina, while the bigger clubs didn't do well in the other leagues I did not watch either of Olympiakos semi final matches against Aston Villa but being able to defeat a team like Aston Villa on both turfs, home and away was enough to earn my trust to back them tonight, so my bet is on Olympiakos.  Damn! Too bad for me, I really should have just gone with Olympiakos to lift the trophy, I had that much trust in them to win but they just couldn't get it done within 90 minutes, great win for them, and first European trophy for any Greek side couldn't have come in a much better circumstance and fashion. I haven't even opened this round set of questions, my team is quite down after the defeat to Borneo Headhunters, the loss was quite a tough pill to swallow, the number of questions I got right would have won me the round against 80% of the players from the Division 1 or even other divisions included, but then it's just another round being played against a better opponent... Now, moving on, it's going to be another tough test against promoted Team Trofo, hopefully my team should be able impose some level of intimidation on them Don't worry, you now need to bounce back. Evil Trofo has also gone with Timberwolves so you concede first, but I think you can break their spirit still! I'm also on the Timberwolves first half, but this time it's only for the team totals (over 51.5 for 1.8 odds), they've gone 3/3 with the over first-half points, and I highly doubt the Timberwolves would go slow in this elimination game. As much as i'd want the series to last longer, I still need the Mavs to close it out today since I have them winning by less than 6 points in the prediction league. Then again, Scott Foster is officiating this game, so my prediction will probably get spoiled, and a game five could be on the horizon. Smh! Minnesota Timberwolves are the ones defeating themselves, they came out a very positive energy, but awful decision making down the 2nd Quarter got the Dallas Mavericks back on level terms, Karl Anthony Towns picking up highly stupid fouls, and that exposed their other players to picking up fouls too, Towns, Gobert and Anthony Edwards all have 3 fouls each, I'm struggling to understand how that is going to be sustainable for them in the second half, as you can expect both Luka Doncic and Irving to keep targeting them aggressively. It's all tied at halftime, but the Wolves have a whole lot of work to do if they're are to avoid a defeat here. |

So no basketball for over a week if the Timberwolves are swept, as the NBA Finals start on June 6th. I can't recall the last time both conference finals ended in a sweep. The NBA desperately needs this series not to conclude tonight. It's not like the Mavs have been that much better. MIN had 4th Q leads (with under 5 minutes) in all three games, though you can't deny Mavs have better closers, both Luka/Kyrie have been clutch in crunch time.
Unfortunately that have been the story of both conference finals, Indiana Pacers as well could easily have won 3 of 4 games they played vs the Celtics, but it all came down to making the right plays down the stretch, and both Pacers and Minnesota Timberwolves have done a really awful job in that area game after game without learning from the previous games. -------------------- I'm rooting for this series to be extended too, to be very honest... I'm still yet to decide on which way to go, I'm more likely going to be leaning towards the over spread again, or maybe I might just go with the Timberwolves here, they're due for a win and I think they'll play well enough to protect their ego and avoid be swept here.
Luca Doncic listed as questionable would be of a huge impact should he fail to play today, and that could make the job rather easier for the Wolves. The first half Over spread is currently pegged at 103.5 @ 1.80 Odds, while the Total points spread for the match is at 211.5 @ 1.91 Odds. There could be a low scoring encounter on either of the halves, which I think might be the second half.
I'll decide my pick closer to the tipoff when the availability of Mike Conley and/or Luca Doncic are both confirmed.
