Thanks for the update, I have totally forgotten to keep tabs on the DOTA question, I think I now have a very good edge over mitchr4, because Shopify Rebelion have been eliminated, while I have both Falcons and BetBoom to reach the finals and Falcons as the winner,  I just need Falcons to at least win the first upper bracket playoffs against BetBoom.

I can’t say Durant putting up 35 points was a fluke but then to be very honest Steph Curry and Tatum scoring 15 apiece seem more like a voodoo at work, I didn’t by any chance considered KD to be up for a pick for this match up, Booker is out and Toronto Raptors are the weakest opponent of the 3 opponents, but these are the games Tatum and Curry live for and it was quite an odd outing for both players.

It might not have been the perfect result for Leverkusen at the end of the day, but I think them being able to snatch a draw from being 2 goals down would be a result to be highly contented with, with the 2nd leg to be held at Germany. Not to underestimate Qarabag like I did before today's match though, but I'm not sure they stand a chance now to secure the upset that slipped through their fingertips in the 2nd leg away from home.

I on the other hand went all "Yes", and my decision was simply influenced by the fact that it was a home game for Man City, and there wouldn't be any issue or level of tiredness from travelling and logistics wise so, I supposed Guardiola perhaps would play all these players but just give them an early rest in the second half. Roma ML felt quite like some free money, alongside 1.6x Odds for a Liverpool win against Sparta Prague, I guess I was right after all, both teams are 2 goals ahead and it's almost halftime sure there shouldn't be any drama here, meanwhile Bayer Leverkusen are down by 2 goals to Qarabag, who could have anticipated that ?!

I think I'm going to really pass on the second league this time, you all know I'm always down any competition whatever and whenever but, I really don't think I'll be having the luxury of time to be strategic down the stretch as I would have loved to, so it's just going to be me giving the mediocre Sheriff another sort of bragging rights which shouldn't have even existed in the first place.

That's quit a bummer and as it's just the first week of a new season where you'd expect no one to miss it, I think Woodie should have just asked from the thread if they couldn't find it, and it was obvious that people were already discussing about the questions and whatnot, I really don't know what to say, I know the organizer already have the news rules in place but then it could happen to any one to miss out an information before it was added to the OP, but the least that could have been done was to ask, I remember about 2-3 people asking when the new season was starting even as late as Saturday and wanted to make payment.

Finally I have some points on the board after 5 or is it 6 consecutive game weeks without any, too bad I didn't go all in on PSG, it would have been worth it at least to a very reasonable extent, but I can't complain much since I know what it feels like to go with zero points for consecutive weeks.

That being said, I also could make use for a shocker for Man City, I really wouldn't mind except there is some players going all in on them, then I wouldn't want that because that'd be of more disadvantage than advantage to me.

Yeah, I already figured how many group stages games were going to be played, and my intention wasn't to see who would be in an advantageous or top position but rather to see how teams I'd consider to be my favorites are faring with regards to their form, chemistry and general playing tactics and whatnot, because as far as Dota 2 can often be, it's quite easier to notice a team in great shape and big teams that are supposedly struggling from early the stages of each tournament, and that was my main play here.

I submitted my picks already I hope mitchr4 isn't coming for a total revenge this time, considering how one sided our fixture went last season.

It was a very good week for me indeed, I check the pool's leaderboard later on Saturday night after all the matches for Saturday had been concluded, I saw I had amassed a total of 16 points then, 1 point behind the current game week leader, and then I proceeded to check my predictions for the Sunday games, and honestly I was tempted to alter my 2-0 prediction win for Bayer Leverkusen, I just shrugged the thought off by saying to myself that I got 16 points with altering any of my prediction from the time made them so I might just as well let it slide as such, then lo and behold, I got 2 exact score for final 2 games. I really didn't see it coming, but I hope I can keep the trend up and climb up a few places more  

I don't know who the most unlucky player in this pool have been if not me, I was forced to used my Free Hit last game week, and this week I had absolutely no choice but to wild card, and not as if that as turned out to be the in my favour either, my starting 11 player all have 47 points combined, while just the 4 players on my bench have a whooping 36 points (all goes to waste), and yes I got rid of Foden too, despite myself emphasizing that's he's currently a must City player due to his form and versatility 

It sure would be considered a great use if anyone can get 36 points for their bench boost chip in any FPL season.

Both of my duels against Buwaytress and Slackovic will end as a draw, I don't think I can complain much for not winning either or even both duels, because I was 3-0 down against slackovic earlier into week after the first 3 question and also 2-0 down against buwaytress as well, but I did tell slackovic not to be all hyped up yet, because my team have still got some things up their sleeves to show. I think buwaytress would be the one to feel the most hard done by the result, especially after Crewe gave up 2 goals advantage with 20 minutes + stoppage left to go.

Too bad I didn't fill the penalties question, perhaps I could have won one or both duels. However, It was an interesting game mates! I'm looking forward to the new season already
