It is really a great idea by Arizn to tokenise the founders' product and created them into an accessible, liquid and transparent offer to potential funders. However, what is the probability that this ALT tokens will be valuable in the market? Considering many tokens almost do not have value as of now.
What is the advantages of tokenization? I believe tokenization has great benefits but it also has drawbacks. Hoping that Arizn team are considering these disadvantges. One of the disadvantages of tokenization is encryption and decryption processes. Meaning tokenization is reversible and that would be prone to hackers whom very good in enceypting and decrypting. Specialized security should be implemented. Is Arizn prepare for this? |

Smart contract in etherium blockchain is one of the main features of Arizn. That would be great! Automation of transactions, safety, and precision are main advantages of this contract. Howeve, smart contract has these disadvatages: transaction time and cost. Hoping that disadvantages will be resolve in few months.
I agree with you, smart contract have advantages and shortcomings. But, this shortcomings with how our technology accelerates, will soon be resolve. I think great developers are working on it now. With the coming of lots of transactions using smart contracts cause traffic in the process and this is the cause of the delay or lengthy processing time. The etherium block team is aware of this and they are currently on the process of solving this problem. The Etherium Blockchain team had already made successful upgrade of the capacity of the blocks to increase the capacity thus decreasing the transaction time. They already sold 2M dollars in a private sale! Where do we see a project like this? Its really amazing! They also give a 2M dollars for bounty campaign. I do not see a project like Arizn, this has a lot of chance to meet the moon someday. That's why I wear the signature because I want to support Arizn. I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.
Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. And if they work hard enoigh, they will be more likely to be in demand more than people who do not have disabilities but lack work ethics and determination. I srongly agree with you. Some companies say that hiring PWD creates a positive environment in the workplace. Staff become better individuals because they learn to understand more and become more compassionate.
