Quote from: bering
I have good news for Napoli fans because their key player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has decided to refuse the offers from PSG and he decide to stayed in Napoli although at that time PSG was offering huge money as transfer fee but Kvaratskhelia will not interested to playing at Ligue 1 even in the near future to prove his commitment with Napoli Kvaratskhelia is willing to discuss about contract extension with this team and actually Kvaratskhelia contract will be expired on 2027 but Napoli has decide to give him new contract with higher salary
Kvaratskhelia refused a large enough offer which showed that he wanted to be a fairly loyal player even though if you see the opportunity it is clear that PSG is much more providing resources and greater opportunities but he still wants to stay at Napoli which is quite good news for Napoli actually.

Rumors of Kvaratskhelia, who has indeed become PSG's dream since Mbappe left, are indeed quite sticky, it's just that it seems that Kvaratskhelia does not want to be lulled by a big offer.
This could be a good situation for Conte in particular because after all Kvaratskhelia's role is clearly still very much needed to restore Napoli's situation which is currently not going well and with him surviving of course this will make it easier for Conte to organize the scheme so that next season matches what he expects.

It remains to wait whether PSG is now shifting its focus to Osimhen or not because if you look at the previous season the rumors of Osimhen and PSG are also quite strong although for this season it has subsided a little.

Kvaratskhelia Refusingor reluctant  to leave Napoli this summer is mainly more about his bad performance in the just concluded season then it is about loyalty to Napoli or the fans

With a new coach onboard with different intentions; it could be described to say that he is finding a new challenge with a higher wage; which isn’t entirely bad tbf

3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: Worldcup qualifiers - CAF. on: June 09, 2024, 10:33:18 PM

For anyone who's taken time to study the level of dedication among African players when they're representing their respective clubs as well when they're playing for their national teams, you'll find out that they're very much concerned about their performance in their clubs especially those of them that are playing for big European clubs. That's unpatriotism and it's not even found among  their European counterparts .
The game the Super Eagles of Nigeria played against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa two days ago was a World Cup qualifier so I expected the team to be more show more determination to win the game than what we saw. The new coach of the Super Eagles Finidi George has a lot of work to do in the team if he really wants to succeed with the national team.

On a wider review; I think it is unfair to accuse footballers of unpatriotic acts when it comes to national football; because footballers don’t play for patriotism; they play for the welfare benefits

Even at club levels; they always choose the best clubs available for them be it for wages, locations and sponsorship. The way each national team treats his players is the same way the players would respond, tbf

. Losing Mbappe will certainly have an impact on their style of play, but Luis Enrique must quickly resolve this before next season starts again.

Truth is losing mbappe means that psg style of play and financial books will struggle because they have lost a 200m asset for free transfer. The bigger question meanwhile is that how does Luis Enrique plan to rebuild ?

It’s a long summer ahead for psg football club
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 08, 2024, 09:20:41 PM

It’s a good deal for the Spanish defender and also an excellent morale boosting factor for the young Real Madrid dressing room as they get to retain another quality and experienced squad member ahead of the new season
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: June 08, 2024, 09:18:23 PM
Alvarez would be nice for Chelsea a hundred percent. For Paris Saint Germany? No, No! To Atletico Madrid? That would be nice but he needs a club who can win him trophies.

If this is Manchester city Alvarez; then I believe any move except the one that takes him to psg as the main striker, Chelsea as the main striker; or Real Madrid; then he is better off at city’s

On a personal note, I would like Real Madrid to get him tbh; proper striker
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 07, 2024, 09:51:00 PM
Vincent Kompany is a good coach with a good record,

To be fair, Vincent Kompany is an okay coach; he is not near elite or good coach and till today I wonder why Bayern Munich has taken such a gamble with the young manager who is in his probably 4th season as a manager. The results has been a promotion of burnley to the epl and also a relegation back to the championship

With Bayern Munich squad ageing, low on recruitment and also imbalance politically after the issues in the background with nagglesman, tuchel; I do not think the environment and pressure is good for a young inexperience coach like Kompany
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 07, 2024, 09:46:24 PM

In the EPL, Bruno Fernandes is in the top 3 players with the most expensive salaries, but with the results that Manchester United has gotten so far, I think the money Man Utd has spent is not worth it. There is also news circulating that Bruno Fernandes really hopes that Man Utd will extend his contract with a higher value than now, even if Bruno's contract ends (in 2026) he will definitely not go far, he will definitely remain in the EPL but on a different team.
[/quote]

I think your ascertaintions are wrong.

Has Bruno Fernandez had an excellent performance for Manchester United yearly - yes
Has Bruno justified the fee mufc paid for him when he was signed from sporting Lisbon - yes

Is Bruno Fernandez responsible for mufc results for the entire seasons, No - that’s the coach job, Manchester city did not win the league by relying on only debruyne yearly

On a personal note, I truly wish Bruno leaves the ruins at the theatre of dreams for a better team

Congratulations My favourite team Real Madrid

15th Champions League for Real Madrid.

DOR- 0 --- RMA - 2

Legend Ancelotti

One of the best finals in a decade; it was a balance tie and an excellent game from both teams; as well as a proper tactical battle from both coaches at all; you can’t really fault any players or tactics to be frank.

In the end, someone has to win and Real Madrid being the most clinical has won the tie; another champions league in the bag; another big victory for los galatio
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Committing mistakes helps us to become a responsible gambler. on: June 01, 2024, 04:38:08 PM
It is quiet to see and I believe that all of us commit mistakes, a situation that also changes our gambling approach and behavior.

Of course, it is not in our mind and we try to avoid mistakes but still, it comes to us no matter what we do. But this thing sends us a message that every mistake we make has a positive result and one thing is that we improve and change our style to a better one. We could just think that we have to limit our gambling time, stop being greedy, and avoid addiction because we already know the outcomes as it happened to us in the past and we don't let it happen again.

Therefore, I would say that we don't have to be afraid of committing mistakes because this also helps us to see things that we need to change and become a responsible gambler.

A simple rephrase my friend. “Committing mistakes helps you to become an addicted gambler”
That’s the sole and only truth. Why ? The more mistakes you make; the more you want to correct and perfect the mistakes, the more you gamble, and the closer you are to become an addicted gamblers

Again, do not fall in love with gambling; it is harmful
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 31, 2024, 10:07:43 PM
Until they signed the contract with Vincent Kompany, I couldn't believe this coming up for Bayern Munich. They were close to signing many famous and experienced coaches who usually had good reputations and they could have much better performances than Vincent Kompany, but they hired Kompany for their team.
Kompany's last team was Burnley and he couldn't get good results with Burnley in the Premier League because his team got relegated in 19th place of the league.
Now this young coach is ready to have another experience and this time in Bayern Munich.
They signed a three-year contract with Kompany.

Football is now something else haha. I also never believed the news until it was confirmed by Bayern Munich. Very funny if you ask me that in 2024; you only need to be bald to be able to coach the best teams in Europe

The football that I know is far gone tbh
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 29, 2024, 09:42:06 PM
Chelsea has finished in the sixth position. That is definitely a great turnaround from them. At one point it actually looked like they were going to finish towards the relegation zone.
I never expected Chelsea to end the season in the top six because of their poor performance at the beginning of the season. Chelsea's performance towards the end of the season was just surprising to me, no one expected Chelsea's performance to improve towards the end of the season. I knew Chelsea wouldn’t be ending the season in the relegation zone, but I was expecting Chelsea to end the season in the middle of the table. I was just surprised to see Chelsea win their last five matches in a row, which really helped them climb the table to 6th position.

Chelsea performance was awful, the late surge of good performances does not negate that fact. The team started to perform after there was no pressure requested or required to win points

Knocked out of all cup championships and struggled to finish 6. That’s a poor season
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does addicted gamblers only lose money all the time on: May 29, 2024, 09:40:01 PM
Gamblers lose money all the time.

Your experience in gambling; when you started gambling or being an addicted gambler makes no difference in that situation, as you will most likely lose money all the time as a gambler.

The bigger question is that, the few times you win, does it surpass your losses ?
14  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much of my salary should I use to gamble on: May 28, 2024, 09:38:48 PM
Gambling is becoming a popular thing in my locality almost everyone gamble and even colleagues gamble and engage in gambling related discussions at work,  so gambling is legal and very popular so there is no Shame in using part of a salary to gamble with that is why I am asking the question of what the right percentage from my salary that I should use to gamble?

1-5% of your salary is all you need for a gambling budget and you should not exceed or stretch the limits. Also, it is indeed not advisable to gamble with your monthly earnings

Gambling can be addictive; keep yourself safe
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League - Liga Portugal 2023/24 on: May 27, 2024, 10:37:22 PM

So, with this result, all 3 big Portuguese clubs won something:
Benfica - Portuguese Super Cup
Sporting - Championship
Porto - Portuguese Cup

The Portuguese league is a kind one haha; they shared the trophies amongst the top 3 team conveniently which is nice to see. The Portuguese cup tie win was also a good fight from the Porto team against league winners.

I believe we will have more challenging league next season in Portugal
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: May 26, 2024, 08:32:55 PM
I don't doubt that Real Madrid is the best team for the Champions League, but it gets monotonous after a while, they always win! However, it would be nice if Borussia Dortmund would win it this year, and as they have beaten stronger teams in this Champions League they could do it again in the final. It's a hope, but who knows? It might come true

I want to believe Borussia dortmund are relishing their chances against Real Madrid and prepare for make an upset; one that will shake up European football season

Can dortmund make the dream come true? Or would Carlo ancelotti boys get the treble ?
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 26, 2024, 08:28:24 PM
Now everyone talks about how Erik Tan Hag should have stayed, after having a miserable season and be hated by everyone, City win made him think that he is awesome as well, he won two cups with that team and he keeps stating that if United doesn't want him there, he could just leave and win cups with other teams.

I guarantee you that if he is sacked, he is not going to be hired by a team that has that chance, most of the teams that could win a cup will already have a manager for next season, so he is not going to be hired by anyone at all. I think it's quite clear that we are going to see ETH not stay, and these fluke will just be a story he keeps talking about for a long time in the future, there is nothing wrong with that.

Well, only fans who are made for banter are convinced about ten hag fa cup win at the end of a disastrous premier league campaign where the team were dominated by every nook and cranny of football club sides.

I hope he gets the sack and the club can move forward from the Dutchman favoritism squad selection and poor tactics going into the coming seasonb
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 25, 2024, 02:37:56 PM
Pochettino is rumored to be the next coach of Manchester United after the last game of Ten Hag
(it will be played vs Mancehster City, so a probably loss)

About Manchester United, Greenwood is wanted by Napoli.

it is just a rumour to make Pochetino be tainted like a good manager, Manchester United is never going for Pochettino.  They have other coaching prospect that even Southgate is far from the job.

Greenwood future depends on the next Manchester United manager; a wise coach brings him back and bolster the squad attack, a poor manager sells him and buys another waste of a right winger to the Manchester united squad.

What do you think will happpen?
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 25, 2024, 02:12:22 PM

Ten haq is a confused manager, and to be frank, i would not be surprised if he gets the sack irrespective of the results in the fa cup final.

0 tactic
0 team progression
0 man management, only excuse, excuse and excuses.

This is not good enough for a manchester united coach. Do think Manchester united can defeat Manchester city?
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: May 23, 2024, 09:56:37 AM
Things went quite the opposite way of my thinking last night.  Grin  I don't remember Leverkusen playing this horrible for a long time. I don't even know why Xabi Alonso wanted to start with a different kind of lineup.

It was a very great game, and believe me when i tell you that Leverkusen did not play horrible ; Atalanta completely dominated them in every areas of the football pitch, and to cap it all up; Ademola Lookman scored great goals to crown the excellent tactical and performance excellences from nthe europa league champions.

Big Lessons for Alonso as well, as next season will be different for Leverkusen
