Hi there,
I'm using xpmclient 10.6.1 on RX6600 using corefreq = ["-1"]; memfreq = ["-1"]; powertune = ["-1"]; fanspeed = ["-1"];
What does the powertune mean, is 100 = 100% full power, so 80 would be 80% of full power...
Can anyone help me please?

Hi, is anybody mining? Last block not from me was about 1 hour ago, and I can't mine all the time. There were no any blocks from about 40 to about 10 minutes ago, cause I was offline. Sooner or later I would shut down, it's not a server, it's my home PC. Sorry that I 51% for this time, but the difficulty is incredibly low. EDIT: got some block, ok... If anybody want to, connect to: 82.66.203.169 gap.supnova.cc
I have 2 connections and chain seems up to date 82.66.203.169 5.9.193.21

Hi guys Anyone know what has happened to this coin the the last 2 weeks. Its always connected fine, synced fine, mining still available, staking working perfectly, but it seems to have lost sync about 10 days ago (block 1766913 for me).
I have 2 peers, 57.128.168.211:1989 and 81.175.246.192:1989 but the wallet just permanently says "synchronising with network" i think about 5 days ago it may have said "no block source"
Anyways, if anyone can help, than would be great. (have done the usual, deleted all but wallet.dat and re synced from scratch, etc) Thanks

I've added a node here: 104.250.170.213
no connection ( Whats your node, we could connect perhaps

same here...no connections
Any other nodes?

I added the peer list and managed to get my blockchain synced but I only ever get 1 peer connected. Is FreiExchange the only node mining this coin?
Can you please give us the 1 node you have... Thanks

I know, I know, a 1060 3GB isn't going to produce much in mining. That's not the question here. I want to know if there's some reason it won't work on Nicehash anymore. I have one I'm not using, and thought I'd put it on Nicehash again just to make a few Satoshis, but it constantly fails the benchmark tests, so I can't mine with it. Drivers aren't an issue, these 1060s I have used to work fine, but a year or so later and I can't get it mining.
And if a 1060 3GB is now unusable on Nicehash, what sort of GPU do I need? A 3060? And how much RAM is the minimum these days?
1060 3GB listed here - only works on NHM and NHOS, not the Quick miner...pretty sure most algos need 4GB though...so most benchmarks will fail, make sure you manuayly "tick" all benchmarks https://www.nicehash.com/mining-hardwareNiceHash does not support all algorithms and many old video cards are no longer useless for their calculator, but this is not true if you mine other coins. Nice Hash dumbs down miners because after a few years of use they are no longer able to use other mining software Just trying to point him in the right direction, OP is specifically asking about his card and NH.

Ok. I know it is OLD and more or less dead, even though I have 10 peers and it is still being mined... but, I don't get how to set the masternode! It appears no one else does, either. Last one seen was June 2023.
I have enough for the MN, it is only 25,000 coins. I sent it to a single address. Waiting for confirmations. Typed 'masternode outputs'. Used those values and entered them in the masternode.conf file. Found the privkey and generated the blsprivkey. I always get a failure!
--------------------------- Successfully started 0 masternodes, failed to start 1, total 1 Failed to start MN01. Error: Could not allocate outpoint 6774b1e157847df936a225c827096a3bbd8f91a50a9a3162897e439babbcb0c2:0 for masternode 70.54.99.212:40333 --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
Why? Can someone type "gettransaction 6774b1e157847df936a225c827096a3bbd8f91a50a9a3162897e439babbcb0c2" and tell me what they see? I get details of what happened. No errors.
I also tried the protx method and it always crashes the wallet. What is the proper way to start the MN? The website has been dead for a long time and no one posted the info in the github, as they bloody well should have... The forum creator hasn't been online for like a decade. No help there.

Hi guys, If any one wants a coin to mine for fun, give this one a try.... Hi there, I've tried this a few times now on mint and ubuntu (various versons18,20,22 etc) and never got it working. If any one can help me get this working i'd love to give it a try. I'm pretty dumb, so a full step by step guide is needed... Thanks J It transpires that j0nn9 left us “an exercise for the reader” in the GapMiner rev5.1 code, just here: https://github.com/gapcoin/GapMiner/blob/2f66e908e52dab503de77835f31ac1603b1c23fc/src/HybridSieve.cpp#L398sieve_t min_len = log_str(mpz_get_d(mpz_start)) * d_difficulty; should read sieve_t min_len = log(mpz_get_d(mpz_start)) * d_difficulty; The difference was causing GPU builds of the GapMiner rev 5.1 to segfault (on both AMD and nVidia). I fixed that (along with some other compilation-blockers) and re-worked the Makefile so that it can be used to create either CPU or GPU miners (AMD and nVidia) without having to be edited to do so. I've cloned gapcoin-project's GapMiner repos here https://github.com/gjhiggins/GapMiner, check out the README for details of how to compile gapminer and gpugapminer on Linux. When I'm satisfied that it works for people, I'll raise a PR on the gapcoin-project GapMiner repos and update that. Thanks to benxy031 for providing that nVidia-compatible fermat.cl code, I've included it in the gpu subdirectory as fermatnv.cl and adjusted the miner code to load whichever OpenCL source file is compatible with the detected platform. Cheers Graham
