Hi Joe,
I have done exactly as above, but wallet will not sync beyond "block 1823550" yet
https://pom.m-hash.com/
https://xmg.minerclaim.net/
https://magi.trasmamod.com/index.php
http://h2767584.stratoserver.net/MPOS/public/index.php
https://poolinfo.systms.org/
Are all at "block 1824527"

How is this possible.
I can do no more than follow your exact instructions.
Can you please code a definitive block explorer so we can see exactly where we are supposed to be.

Any ideas what i could have done wrong?
Confused
J

http://m-chain.info is the block explorer we have, and points to the main node.

Thanks Joe Smiley

As I just posted: Will do fine

Code:
1) Make backup of your wallet.dat
2) Delete peers.dat
3) Delete folder blocks
4) Delete folder database
5) Adjust the magi.conf to:
- Remove ALL “addnode”
- Remove ALL “connect”
+ change (or add): listen=0
+ add: connect=104.128.225.215
6) Download official chain: https://m-core.org/bin/block-chain/m-block-chain-1813042.zip
7) Extract the zip-file and put the two folder “database” and “blocks” into your .magi folder
8 ) Start the magid (wallet)
(If you are getting no connect or disconnect, you are then temporary banned on the masternode. Then you have stop your magid (wallet) to wait for x hours or change your public IP. Then start magid (wallet) again)
9) When you are in sync with the 104.128.225.215 (you can look at the poolinfo (poolinfo.systms.org)  to see if you are in sync with the master) then you run: checkwallet and repairwallet

Thankyou !

Finally a synced wallet....
Lost the 2000 coins i mined this morning (on the synced wallet and Yes i did check block height etc first - bit pissed about that)
But, found 43 coins from August last year...
go figure
Well all's well in ..what ever that sayin is Smiley

Hi Guys,
ok so i follow these instructions from the pool

GETTING STARTED FOR NVIDIA GPU MINING

    Below instructon for quick start using Windows systems
    1. Download Nvidia drivers 384.xx or above
    2. Download latest Zergpool SniffDog fork package from GitHub: https://github.com/pinpins/Sniffdogminer/releases
    3. Unzip and Edit the startsniffin_Zergpool_Bitcoin.bat file with notepad
    4. Change the -Wallet 1AMQg6m9GPDN9HGuC3wJGpSuiZr1XQXjxi to your BTC wallet address
    5. Save the file, and run just modified bat file
    6. Wait about 30 mins, so SniffDog benchmark your system performance for each algo. Afterwards it will automatically choose the most profitable algorithm to mine at the time, and perform auto switch every 5 minutes.

Basically i get a blue window come up says "snoopdog in da house" it stays open for a short while then closes.

After this happened 40 times i got bored....
Nothing else seeems to be happening.
I had a hashrate for the 1st line, that was all

Any ideas?
Win10, nvidia cards
J

You need to try another miner for that algo.

I just followed the instructions, so i'll need a bit more help that that please....

Guys
 Thanks for all the replies, and PM's.
 Waiting for wallet to sync, then will try your siggestions, another 4-6 hours yet.

One mistake i did make was i thought i had launched new wallet, and did old one by mistake....that does force a full resync each time you do that....
Def resyncing to "dtc_win_bin_0.15.99.08" now thou.

I need an block explorer ...

Dev get it out soon.

There is still a lot of work to do Cool

If someone needs some Uranium, Just input your adress. Free give away

http://testpool.info:91/ UraniumX Block Explorer
Excellent work

How accurate is this block explorer? I have 72 URX according to my wallet but only 2 in the block explorer.
I have 206 URX.I'm not even on the list.I think I will adjust with time.

WOW, 206URX - i have been mining since the 1st hour solid R7 1800X and have only 1 URX....

Hi Guys,

Just tried solo mining to new wallet "dtc_win_bin_0.15.99.08"
but as soon as i open console and tpe "setgenerate true" i get this crash

https://ibb.co/eGZjty

J
Do you have datacoin.conf file in your datacoin data dir?

Yes
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=password
server=1
daemon=1
listen=1
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=6666

You can remove all those lines from conf file and you just add nodes there.
Also , check does modem block port 6666
Miner start with this

Quote
# SOLO MINING
server = "127.0.0.1";
port= "6666";
address = "DQD7F............................";
name = "Intel I7- ALPHA-AMD";

I'll check as soon as a i can.
Each time wallet crashes, it now re-indexes....It never used to have to do that, takes about 1-2 hours each tme Sad

Might be best to go back to the old wallet

Hi,

So i used this link for the wallet
https://mega.nz/#!7QkEhAhD!31iMM4FuJs4UtZc7RbCTd81uN9bwraA2IHGOE0avWTY

But when i try to run it i get missing file "libwinpthread-1.dll"

I have many versions of this file on my pc, and all fail but one, which does not crash, i can se the blockchain growing in "roaming" folder, but i have just a blank window instead of a working wallet.

Does anyone have a working wallet please?
J

Version of wallet?

I dont know cos its just a blank box with a border, but i have posted the mega link
J

please wait, I'm check this problem.

The wallet has finally appeared, it is now syncing, "version v0.6.6.0-TheRCG-beta"
J

Wallet work good?

Looks like it has got stuck syncing...
Can you send me a boostrap please?

Completely stuck at block "279549" out of "973579"
