Belive me ETH will rise again. I think 500 $ is very likely this year. There are was many big ICO on August 31, thats reason ETH growed. Now this ICO sold ETH and price goind down. I also read your white papers couple of days back. But I am not 100% sure, whether I have really understood your concept. With the hidden biddings on a specific product you actually allow a manufacture of goods/services to define the "real" market value of a specific good. What happens, if the price is so low, that potential margin is not paying off production costs?
In the current market structures all the "middle man" contributing with their marketing efforts. Yes your approach leaves obviously those behind and and you as manufacture saves money by avoiding margin loses (disruptive industry). And those margin "loses" occur today, as you need to pay all the middle man (Manufacture to wholeseller, wholeseller to retailer retailer to endcustomer). But this you can have already through a simple online shop.
So what is actually the advantage for manufactures? The advantages for end-user is probably clear, as it provides the promise to get goods for a cheaper price. But the user story for manufactures is not really clear to me. And with that, how do you want convince manufactures to get on your platform?
If I put it in simple words, the community buying will make a product cheaper for end user.The manufacturer may or may not sell us at discounted price (though if he gets lots of buy order from our platform, he has to) but end user will always get it cheaper because all the participants in the event paid for it.Hope that address some of your concerns, if not or if you have more questions, you can join us on Slack or on Telegram Good luck for manufacturer,if the platform have so many user,they will glade to sell their goods in the platform. by selling goods in platform,they also can saving money such as shipping, advertise....! I have a couple of questions.
1)I understand you have a hard cap on how much is being raised, but I also wanted to know if there was a limit on the total amount of coins that will ever be produced? (for example..btc is capped at 21 million coins)
2)I understand your Vibe token will be the only currency used on the system, but I only saw mention of tipping rather than charging. Do the creators have the ability to set whatever prices they want for whatever event they may be offering? Tipping is nice, but people need to be able to set actual prices.
If they can set their own prices, then this project has amazing potential.
I could envision a rock band that has 100,000 die hard fans around the world. Touring is impossible because there simply can never be enough fans in any one city to cover the costs of travel, lodging etc. Yet the same band could email, Instagram, and tweet to all their die hard fans and say that they are having a concert in a really intimate location and the only way to attend is via VR and Vibehub. The band could charge each fan $5 for the concert, and probably make a hundred grand without having to leave their hometown.......or am I missing how this all works?

Etherdelta front end is horrible but it's a decentralized exchange. You have the private key and every exchange takes place on ethereum smart contract. This being said there is no risk of somebody running away with your money, seizure from authorities etc. There is no one behind it. Correct me if I am wrong. Even so, it's terrible to use EtherDelta. it badly needs a site redesign. I hope Real gets listed on some real(sic) exchanges. Its obvious that they will be listed on different exchanges.
