Its pretty good actually. WAYY better then things like Etherdelta, Liqui or Cryptopia, those are just horrible. At least Gatecoin is already a proper exchange.

Etherdelta front end is horrible but it's a decentralized exchange. You have the private key and every exchange takes place on ethereum smart contract.
This being said there is no risk of somebody running away with your money, seizure from authorities etc. There is no one behind it.

Even so, it's terrible to use EtherDelta. it badly needs a site redesign. I hope Real gets listed on some real(sic) exchanges.

Its obvious that they will be listed on different exchanges. You must only wait after they finish ICO

nah dude, i am not lol'ing, but you should at least inform yourself on the website and or here in the ann thread how to send eth to buy some tokens.

as far as i understand, you have already send some eth to the contract address? then please use https://etherscan.io/ and look for your eth address, normally it adds the tokens automatically there and is much better to track instead of https://ethplorer.io/, where it can take a couple of hours until the tokens are shown there

It's not only the China, America and Russia are also clamping down on ICOs. But I call out the reference to Chinese specifically because the Real team talk about Chinese investors in their pitch as if they are counting on their participation, or at least that is how I interpreted it. I quote page 4:

“Chinese investors have poured $110 billion dollars into the U.S. market in the last 5 years (both commercial and residential). This investment is set to double in the next 5 years.” In all likelihood, a certain amount of these investment funds will find their way into alternative funding options such as Real Estate Crowdfunding

The truth about ICOS is that all governments are looking for ways to centralize everything and get their share in big investments, we are living the new era of world monetary evolution, there will always be resistance and distortions, but we know very well what the end, It is in the interest of all Rulers. Real comes to the scene at the right time, regardless of which country you are in, the cryo is already breathing, and taking off in a promising market like real estate is being three steps ahead.
