We changed our caps, now it is 30-60 ! Our min cap is 1MM, we would of course go much slower as traditional startups. Isn't 1M too small? You can't buy big property with that kind of money. And also there will be additional expenses like legal fees etc. We are used to raise projects from the ground. We have many Venture Capital interested in our project so we would raise additional funds as needed. Now we're talking. I mean I'm sure that you will raise far more than minimum (even hard cap is possible), but Venture Capital is always good thing.  |

I agree with greatteager. Launching platform is critical (even beta). If people see the platform, they could invest much more. I find it curious that so many startups in the cryptosphere have an ICO when there hasn't been a public launch yet, let alone revenue. Compare that to companies like Google, Facebook who had their IPO when they were firmly established, and any sign of Uber's IPO is murky at this point. Then again the cryptosphere allows for exactly that, a fast launch cutting most of the red tape. In case of REAL maybe this ICO could be considered the seed funding stage instead of a traditional public offering. It's a difficult comparison, the lines are blurred because the tokens are not just shares but also the oil that makes the engine run. Yep, but you're comparing S&P 500 to cryptoexchanges. IPO give you shares in company and ICO in many projects give exactly nothing (useless token without dividend with artificial price). In case of Real you've got something closer to stocks due to divident and price will be directly related to their succes. It's more like Venture Capital funding |

When a product is damaged, there usually is warranty. So I hope SnapUp will only be taking products from professional retailers. I think it is essential to work with professional retailers. If retailers is bad, snapup will become bad. If they are good snapup will be good. So it makes choosing retailers is very important. I dont think that will be a problem as you said retailers these days don't have problem with delivery. Even shipping from China to Europe is generally without problems. It is because of chinese goverments incentive for exports. If their economy politic change, it will change. At the end they are all retailers of alibaba, which is very professional retailer. Alibaba is going to take over the market for sure. Chinese are desperately trying to hold on to their exports but I dont think they will be successful. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies are the future and SnapUp's unique identity will make a stand in the market soon. Alibaba won't be that big. At your project we are able to buy REAL Tokens, which we can use to invest in real estate projects on your platform, right? If someone invest in this, he is sharing the right of ownership with x other persons, right? Can he also own, for example a house, by himself? You can't own a house by yourself cos it a group funding. It's akin to a bunch of guys accumulating their cash together to buy an investment property, sports team, etc. Dividends are shared among everyone involved. But you can buy house or other real estate from dividends (or token that you will be able to sell). If this project will be successful you could probably have like a 1000% gains from tokens alone |

REAL is very nice idea, real estate have no application in blockchain yet and with your project you will open a new huge market. As the part of the Forbes article on your websites said, the crowd sale is a unique and enourmous business and in few years the market will be multiplied by 100, and real estate can be a huge part of it. And here is REAL, a project perfectly fit for that !
Real estate profit potentiel are very good, especially in US, investors know that invest in real estate is a very solid way of invest, very secure.
So investors will earn dividend by investing in REAL, maybe a lot haven't enough money to buy a house in one time, but with REAL you buy a house with money of a lot of people, so each one have a part of that invest and earn proportionally of that part.
