It will be interesting to see how the ICO climate is in a month or two. For the next month alot of anticipated high profile icos will be executing and liquidity tied to those so hopefully waiting will be an advantage to napoleonx.
Very much agree, a "slowly but surely move" is always a better action than those made within a "in a hurry" situation.

It's gonna be alright. the team is making great moves and forming partnerships. this takes time, but will benefit the project in the long run.
Exactly, partnerships and agreements take so much time, but in the long run they will be pushing price of Napoleon tokens the most
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Credit Score on: October 03, 2017, 07:29:28 PM
when to wait for the exchange of coins?
ICO not over and people start asking for exchange listings. Just give the team the time they need to developd a good product insead of waiting to instadump your tokens as fast as possible.

Well, that's how the market is now. People willing to invest waiting immediate returns. That's how it is, and it allows projects to raise important funds so they must play the game too.

Indeed, dumping the coins after release on exchanges. Happens with every ICO and then.... after some weeks the price went x15 and then they keep banging there heads agains the wall Cheesy

Paypie is a project for a long hold! Hold your investments and you will have a huge profit after some years.
This project is unique and will be added on exchanges soon after ICO

Pretty much every recent project required you to hold coins long term since they usually dont have working platforms to show in the beginning.
I dont really like this trend but i guess you cant do it differently.

Well, I plan to not touch every ICO in which I invested for a while.

I could have some good surprises in some months/years.
This is very good practice my friend. You don't have to watch market all the time and you won't be worried about sudden price drops. When whole platform will be build, price of tokens will certainly jump up
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 The future of online payments is here. on: October 03, 2017, 07:25:58 PM
How utrust will gain both buyers and sellers loyalty? Since its aim is to create harmonious relationship with merchants and the cleints accessing and using their favorite coins as a medium of exchange?
The same way how Paypal did. As the time goes by there will be more and more shops and vendors who will be accepting this payment platform  Grin
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟 ⚡🚀ANN: GATCOIN Blockchain Rewards Program for Mainstream Retailers🌟 ⚡🚀 on: October 03, 2017, 07:24:31 PM
How will the value of merchant tokens be determent? Will it be up to demand on the market or will they have fix price according to their purpose?

Good question, since different merchant tokens will have a different price in relation to the GAT token. I guess they can base it on the demand and what people can actually do with the merchant token.
I think that it will be determined by market. Law of supply and demand, if there will be huge demand on certain tokens they will be probably pretty expensive
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SOMA - The Social Marketplace on: October 03, 2017, 07:22:30 PM
As I understand at the moment is collected 6405931/450=14235 ETH, this good amount or I'm wrong?

Indeed, already 14k ETH has been collected.
Thats a huge amount of ETH and means a lot of investors already have trust in this project.

This is a great project!
Cant wait for the crowdsale!

120k ETH is hard cap and it raised more than 14k ETH till now. The token sale will be going on for another 23 days.

I think they made a good decision to make such a long ICO because right now its really hard to reach the hard cap but when the crypto economy fix itselfe a little, the can count on fresh investors.
I think they need to do some big moves in the marketing sector along this ICO if they want to reach that hard cap, it still far away.

Will the dev's continue with the project if the soft cap is not reached? 14k ETH seems to me like a lot of money, and more than enough to start with.

Agree, 14k ETH is quite a lot. According to their wp they want to use each 1.5k ETH for the expansion to a new region/country, so with their currently 14k they can already launch their platform in a couple of regions. And ICO isn't over yet. Btw, I don't know what their soft cap is resp. if they have one Smiley
Expanding businesses on different region/countries can be very expensive and risky move, but I'm glad that Some wants to do this  Smiley
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Genesis Vision - Decentralized platform for the trust management on: October 03, 2017, 07:20:26 PM
Very nice project! I'm glad that I found this in pile of other ICO announcements. Definitely I will be observing this one  Grin

The text in the images on the first page is hard to read because the characters are fuzzy. Better to read the whitepaper, but maybe it is possible to improve the images' readability too.
Hah, it's not so bad but they could change it. Good that white paper is written in normal font, besides that whole project looks promising.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟 ⚡🚀ANN: GATCOIN Blockchain Rewards Program for Mainstream Retailers🌟 ⚡🚀 on: October 02, 2017, 10:25:24 PM
Quote
Types Of Merchant Tokens
Merchant Tokens may be issued to replace traditional discount coupons, gift vouchers, prepaid
cash cards, and loyalty points.
▪ Cash Tokens: used as pre-paid cash to buy products and services
▪ Discount Tokens: used as discounts to subsidise the regular cash price of products and services
▪ Loyalty Tokens: used to replace loyalty points to redeem rewards
▪ Gift Tokens: used as gift vouchers to send to friends and family
▪ Travel Tokens: used as portable currency to spend globally in network merchant stores

So, you will have different types of tokens? Or we can exchange Gatcoin for this types of tokes? Huh

The difference between GAT Coins and merchant tokens is explained in the whitepaper on pages 7 and 8. Here:

GAT Coins

▪ ▪ Available during token sale
▪ ▪ Limited supply of GAT Coin
▪ ▪ Will circulate on the main Ethereum public network
▪ ▪ Freely transferable
▪ ▪ Tradable on major exchanges
▪ ▪ Storable in all major client-wallets
▪ ▪ May not be directly exchanged for merchant products
▪ ▪ May be exchanged for merchant tokens on the GAT exchange

Merchant Tokens

▪ ▪ Not available during token sale
▪ ▪ Used to redeem rewards, products and services
▪ ▪ Unlimited supply and variety
▪ ▪ Issued by participating merchants
▪ ▪ Will circulate on private consortia GAT networks
▪ ▪ Not available on the main Ethereum public network
▪ ▪ Storable only in the GAT Wallet
▪ ▪ May be exchanged for GAT Coin and other Merchant Tokens on the GAT Exchange

I read here that the transfer of the GAT (token/coin) will be free? But you will have to pay some GAS to transfer ETH tokens? Or am I missing something.
I think gat team want to say they will free trade fee. network always need gas to send transaction then there is no way (as I belive) to have free transaction on eth network
Yep, that's the specification of Ethereum blockchain technology. I think that buyers and sellers on GAT exchange would have to pay gas fees on their own.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 The future of online payments is here. on: October 02, 2017, 10:21:38 PM
If that comparison is true, now I know why that guy had to come here to spread the fud about UTrust lol. What's the point to use Monetha if they haven't buyer protection ? (I said 1000 times already that that's the number one feature of UTrust imo)

This thread has so much messages that I did not see any fud and any shit about Monetha  Grin

Let's just keep it away, they have their own thread to fud about that. And seems like they are doing just fine on their own. Tongue
Whole Monetha project seems a little unprofessional. Lack of MVP, devs aren't answering community questions. Anyway these are good signs for Utrust  Wink
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Credit Score on: October 02, 2017, 10:19:10 PM
What will happen if the project will raise less money than you expect?
This project isn't the case that doesn't collect a minimal cap. You are lucky if you buy tokens on ICO. The minimum cap isn't yet approved as far as I know.
Exactly, Paypie ICO could end within minutes from opening so I don't thing that there will be any need to set up minimum  Cool
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] [NaPoleonX] 1st 🌟French🌟 algorithmic crypto asset manager 🚀 on: October 02, 2017, 10:15:22 PM
people. Can I ask a question? If I want use napoleonx to trade my coin on poloniex. does I need install anysoftware or just give napoleonx my api? dont use any bot before so I'm noob
What coins do you want to trade for polo? In the near future, the bots will only trade Bitcoin and Ethereum, I'm wondering what kind of profit the bot will show in these currencies.
greatteager, why you think that will trade only these two coins? altcoins have large amplitudes - respectively, with skillful use - and the profit will be greater

Due to liquidity issues.
There won't be any liquidity issues on most top 10 market cap cryptocurrencies. For example litcoin has good daily volume, BCH and even Zcash

waiting to see a demo, beta or just prototype is good enough for me before join this ICO

they have any date of release beta-version? I want to try this also  Roll Eyes

Dont think they set a date yet but we would all love to see at least alpha version before ICO. It would also be a good marketing move.
I think that they will eventually do this. Demo could show full potential of project like this and bring many new investors
694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Credit Score on: October 02, 2017, 05:47:45 PM
For such popular and strong projects as paypie, it would be nice to have a whitelist or an individual cap like in icon so everyone can participate

Perhaps an individual cap, that will ensure nobody holds too many coins, but a whitelist is not necessary, they already decided that there will be a pre-ico, with a minimum investment size, so there is no need for more, the project is already good as it is.

Yes, a maximum cap per individual is must. This way price can not be controlled by a small group of whales.

I disagree, though is seems good at first ,you have to take into account the possibility that they may not get enough investors. that's when wales step in and compensate.

If a project has great vision then people will invest in it and they don't have to whales.
Cindicator set an example how ico should work. That was most closed ico ever and still they reached the hard cap before end date.
Less spread is always harmful.

Even though a project has a great vision, doesn't mean it will attract more investors. Without whales, almost impossible for a project to run as expected.
What are you talking about? Many project succeded befor without any whale (or at least no one was pointed out as a whale). It doesn't matter if ICO raise $20m from 2 whales or if ICO raise $20m from 2000 small investors
It is often better if the coin is distributed to 2000 investors than to 2 whales, because with many investors the risk of a big dump is not so high.  Smiley

It depends. If the whales have good economic intentions, then two whales can be really helpful.
Yes but only if they don't sell. I think the best solution is a combination of whales and smaller investors.
Everyting depends on their individyal preferences. Whale tends to slowly acumulate and when they have enought they like to pump price and then dump. When price is low enough they buyback what they sold
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 The future of online payments is here. on: October 02, 2017, 05:36:49 PM
what is actually difference between UTRUST and monetha? do we have any competitive comparisons? just curious to see that. I like UTRUST better project and going to do good.
I see utrust focus to provide best platform for payment. just like another member say it's paypal 2.0. Monetha seem focus on reputation system. both of them are good project
Well you are wrong, I can see that in the future UTRUST will build its own name. Above all, it will take charge as the primary platform. If you are to look the purpose of utrust in the system you can see that it has the ability in solving some problems on it. Remember this is a decentralised platform, it provides good security on its users.

I found this comparison between monetha and uTrust from previous conversation, I hope it will provide you enougj ingormation to answer your questions.

So many people asking so here you go. My personal review of Monetha vs UTRUST:

The Monetha Team:
- Small and not even a single software engineer
The UTRUST Team:
- Large and with a highly technical background

Monetha Whitepaper:
- Confusing and hard to understand if this is something really needed
UTRUST Whitepaper:
- Very clear to understand the model just by glancing at the paper summary

Monetha fees for seller:
- 1.5%
UTRUST fees for seller:
- 1%

Monetha Concept:
- Simplistic view and solves no intrinsic problem.
UTRUST Concept:
- Solves a major problem in crypto payments - Buyer protection for cryptocurrency. This is something that is needed for the mass adoption and doesn’t exist. Can be easily used by merchants and private sellers alike.

Monetha accepts:
- Just ETH.
UTRUST accepts:
- All major cryptocurrencies.

Monetha adoption by merchants:
- Limited to merchants that wish to accept ETH and no other cryptocurrencies. Amazon, Ebay, Ali, and many more already have feedback scores, therefore Monethas model will not gain tracking and be adopted by any major merchants. Since it solves no problem, very low appeal to buyers.
UTRUST adoption by merchants:
- Buyers can pay with multiple cryptocurrencies and have a safety net when making their payments, with sellers having a higher selling rate. Will gain organic traction, bringing more clients by referral as they feel more satisfied and protected.

-Monetha adoption by buyers:
- Buyers can only pay with ETH. Feedback score system already exists and solves no problem in practice. Feedback rate is unreliable and subject to false reports and paid bias, as many others.
UTRUST adoption by buyers:
- Buyers can pay with multiple cryptocurrencies. Buyers feel safer making payments with cryptocurrencies knowing that if something goes wrong they can appeal, escalate and be refunded.

If you pay with Monetha and an vendor scams you, the only thing you will be able to do is put a negative review and your money is gone. With UTRUST you will get your money back.

Clearest comparison I've seen so far.
Just for the reference ... do not compare any payment card issuers like TenX, Centra, Monaco etc .. to UTRUST or Monetha. They are inherently different

Exactly - projects like Centra, TenX or Monaco won't have much common with Utrust. For Utrust closest competitors are Monetha or Paypal
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟 ⚡🚀ANN: GATCOIN Blockchain Rewards Program for Mainstream Retailers🌟 ⚡🚀 on: October 02, 2017, 05:34:04 PM
Japan legalized Bitcoin, and around 45% of all turnover of Bitcoin trading - in Japan.
But Japan only trading Bitcoin. They not trading any altcoin as I know. Have Gatcoin a chance to going to japanese market?
the altcoin do not trading in Japanese? based on what do you draw this conclusion?

japan only accepting bitcoin now, but in the future maybe they will another cryptocurrency such as GATCOIN

Japan legalized bitcoin, but that doesn't mean other altcoins like ethereum are not being traded, and these tokens will be easily used as card points, they won't be used as coins or commodities, gatcoin will be used as a way to get into the platform, so anybody could obtain discounts, or the ones that has discounts can get money out of it.
Maybe you can pay bitcoin like yenes there, but other cryptocurrencies can only be traded on exchanges like stocks and you can not pay them for goods/services?
I'm sure that they will be able to pay directly in ETH. Maybe there will be some kind of build in exchange for yens. Only time will tell
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SOMA - The Social Marketplace on: October 02, 2017, 05:24:31 PM
when will this project start ,i see this only 5 pages ,look like so quite ,right . any bounty campaign ?

It's on the ico phase and already raised more than 4m $.

For an ico, the important thing is how much money raised, not how many posts is on ann thread. So it's going well and silent a bit.

one guy say he seen they only get more than 800 ETH in last month. how they can get 14000 for 2 day. is this a mistake or something?
Maybe some big whales have recognized the possibilities of this ICO and jumped in with large amounts of money.
This could be some institutional investors or venture capitalists. Anyway it's great news for SOMA! Let's make Social Marketplace great again  Cool

Who knows how intensively DAF, which are planned, will work? Will it be intraday trading? or a transaction, for example, once every three days, once a week?

Deal once a week? It's a robot. High-frequency trade. Why do I need an algorithm, once a week and I can make a deal. However, I believe that the bot will have different strategies for trading. Although in order to use the algorithm to maximize, I would prefer high speed. But the developers know better, I rely on their professionalism. Investors do not need to do anything, only to make a profit. Smiley

Yes, usually robots are used for trading within a day, when the question is about seconds and small, multidirectional fluctuations are occurring all the time. Many bots are set to receive a small profit, but more often.
Napoleon bots should be more accurate in terms of timing local bottoms/tops. Anyway I'm sure that they will be able to support HFT, maybe not now, but definitely in the future

Monetha succeeded their ICO but it's been three month ago and there wasn't any news since then. I think that Utrust will outpace Monetha and it will became superior payment processor  Cool
