Yes, it's an ERC-20 token. What do you mean by no fees - when making a purchase with UTRUST tokens? Don't Erc tokens need some gas to move it? Utrust is using ethereum blockchain so there should be some fee for transactions? Every ERC-20 token needs gas to move it. It's the specification of Ethereum blockchain and it can't be avoided so UTRUST will also need some eth to transfer it |

yes. and, when soft cap not reach, they will re-adjust the plan. hope they reach cap in next week. 16 M more to sell. What is a soft cap and a hard cap? Soft cap is normaly the cap with the amount of "investments" the project needs at a minimum to get working. The hard cap is normaly the cap with the maximum "investments" which are possible. If it is for example 100,000 ETH, then the ICO will end automaticly after reaching 100,000 ETH even if there would be still time to invest. And what happens if the soft cap is not reached? they will continue the project even if they will not reach the soft cap. the might be re adjust something of the what they have already planned. but the project will continue. Everything will be fine, there is no need to worry about REAL ICO. Just give it a little time, people will invest and everyone will have nice return from this project  |

There is no way to protect themselves from whales that pump and dump. actually, it's expected from most icos. Hackers hopefully they will be able to wither. You can kinda protect an ICO from whales by having a donation limit per person. And as far as hackers are concerned. I think if you're just very careful and monitor all channels (twitter/telegram/slack) before investing, you should be fine. hard to control this. people can ask their friend help them buy more. If we make hard verify for this issue that will make many investor give up You mean early investor whales will buy with a discount, then dump at the normal price? That is not a phenomenon unique to ICOs. With IPOs on stock markets the investment bankers or IPO deal leaders can also get underpriced shares. If it's true that this product is better than paypal and bitpay than it will be huge. My biggest problem with paypal are the high transaction costs. Exactly - paypal transaction fees are outrageous.
