The list should contain all IEOs of the named exchanges.
Of course, there are many more exchanges that hold IEOs.

I think you're reading the ROIs wrong.
For example, look at the IEOs on bitforex.
A ROI of 1x means you can sell your tokens for the same price you bought them.
A ROI of 0.5x means that the tokens have lost 50% of the initial price, thus your ROI is negative.

Ganz in Gegenteil: Eine VPN Verbindung bietet (vor allem in öffentlichen Netzwerken) Schutz vor MITM.
Auch wenn du dich mit einem falschen Access Point verbindest, ist bei Verwendung eines VPN der gesamte Datenverkehr verschlüsselt und somit unlesbar.

Trotzdem sollte man natürlich sichere HTTPS Verbindungen verwenden (wenn möglich) und bei potentiellen Phishing Mails aufpassen.

Ich für meinen Teil vertraue (m)einem VPN mehr als (m)einem ISP.

VPNs bieten daher mehr Sicherheit bei der Nutzung von WiFi-Verbindungen.

Einfach fragen falls irgendetwas nicht klar ist.

Statt dem Ledger Live wallet kannst du z.B. auch Electrum verwenden. (würde ich empfehlen, gibt einige Vorteile wie UTXO management)

As PrimeNumber7 rightly said, with a private VPN you are using a static IP address, which makes everything very easy to trace.

Moreover, I would never consider a VPS as actually secure. The provider has access to the hardware, the logs, etc.

Sending btc to an invalid address is not possible because of the checksum.
Your wallet validates the checksum of you entered address. So it won't be processed.
It is also highly unlikely to accidentally enter a valid btc address.

In general there are two types of cryptography:

symmetric cryptography: The same key is used to encrypt and decrypt messages. ( this key must be known to sender and receiver)
asymmetric cryptography: 2 keys - an encryption key (public key) and a decryption key (private key) - also known as 'Public Key Cryptography'

Public key cryptography is now used, for example, when a wallet is created or when a transaction is signed.

Bitcoin itself uses digital signatures, called ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) to create a public/private key pair or derive the corresponding public key from a private key.

Important: the other direction is NOT possible, that is from public to private key.

Then the SHA-256 hash function is applied twice to this public key and the public address is generated.

Important: the other direction is also NOT possible here, so you can NOT get from the public address to the public key.

This address is now made 'easier to read' using the Base58Check encoding.
This also excludes the following characters: '0', 'O', 'I', 'l', '+', '/ '
