The update of merit system is for us users here in forum to be able to rank our level , if someone gives you merit in your post and when you earn enough merits for you to level up on your rank. Giving merits to someone is to have a merit also , and only those post that are usefull and helpful are given.

Do not be lazy if you want to motivate yourself to work , think about your future and the future of your family. Because nowadays it is difficult to find work , and earn money for a living , being lazy means you do not have any interest in the fate of your future. Think about also those who inspire you , for you to work more harder , because you will be the to benefit all those hardworks in the future.

Both of the choices i spent most of my time everyday , here in forum i always reading and finding some techniques on how to earn more money and learning more about cryptocurrencies. Yes its worth it , investing your time to something without earning money is a good thing to do , when it feels like you are happy doing it and the time spending from it is a worth. That is bad if you do not end your depression because it may lead to death. The best way for you to overcome your depression is to make something or do something that you can relax yourself , like going out with friends , go outdoor and play basketball , or going to a hike , ride a bike , fishing. Do something that you can feel happy with yourself.
