I hope they just officially declare it dead. The uncertainity is no good for WDC. Last time when UNOCS shutdown WDC rebounded sharply.

WDC survived UNOCS, it will survive Scharmbeck too.

Sounds to me scharmbeck is dead in the water. Big losses for investors (including  me).

Still believe WDC will rebound. I mined my WDCs anyways and will hold them till the end.

I was a actually suggesting implementing a smoother decrease through a hard fork, but heh, a copy is a great idea.

Very surprised (and happy) with the price. I mined for the first few days and got quite a few donations and then forgot all about it.

Looking at the specs, the 4 year reward halving is archaic. IMO it would be better served if there is a smoother reward decrease. Worldcoin, for instance, decreases by 1% every week.

Congrats everyone for the successful burn period. I expected it would hit 3k BTC, but less is better (for us). Can't wait for the GUI wallet to be out.

I enjoyed taking all the trouble to get counterpartyd set up and do all the stuff. I am a non-technical guy and usually its just click qt for me.

Still missing my BTC. When will the 'another person' work on it? I want to buy some DGB but afraid to deposit any BTC until it becomes clear there is no issue.

I wouldn't have needed to spam if you would have just replied in the first place that you (or someone else) will look into it later. That BTC gets you some 4-5k DGB, so no need to dismiss the amount.

Anyways, the exchange works great and I am happy trading here (except for the terse support).

The total number of coins depends on the number of BTCs burned during the period.
