that was 14,000 for 14BTC

someone bought ~41000 CGB! (~14 BTC) price never went that low... they trade over 1BTC for 1000

How does proof of stake mining actually work (I've never kept coins this long with POS coins)?
So i have my wallet unlocked for minting and running (it was giving he message that minting is disabled etc)
Every few hours I see 10.00 CGB under "Stake", then after 26 confirms, the 10 CGB gets swept back into my account, and it shows 0.00 for the amount in the transaction history.
Is it giving be like small fractions or something that I can't see?

Don't worry about the price... miners will mine and dump immediately. The reward will 1/2 in a few days making it harder to mine. you have to remember its a market, and the price will go up and down.
Don't panic and sell your coins, and the price will go up. If the price drops, people panic and think "oh no this is the end" and then dump, and then the price drops.
Then the same people who panicked will try to buy again when the price rebounds and end story - they have less CGB than they started with because they have to pay a higher price to get them back.

People, you better do some research before posting smth like ppc-clone and nothing more, scam, premine, 50% interest and so on.. But, I can understand, that someone just hate NVC/Balthazar or just everything that smells "russian" Oh please, one of the most infamous launches in history defined nvc forever as a scamcoin. Too bad... Who cares about the launch, or the pre-mine (or the mess that followed). BTC was pre-mined. That scamcoin is the 2nd most valuable crypto out there... Just sayin.

Well, in Russia you don't own Novacoin, Novacoin own you
i have strictly solo mined until now but i will throw some hashes at his pool tonight
Yep this was a pool problem... blocks are definitely being solved at the rate that they should.
Nice, small dumps, price rebounding/steadying, should rise. I have 50K+ CGB, and I'm not dumping (haven't sold 1, and haven't deposited any to cryptsy either).
same here, i know cryptsy has had a lot of ddos problem, just hope the have time to implement CGB... they did say it was on the top of the list
It will be really hard to accumulate CGB once the reward halves. Lucky I have a nice stash
LMAO no one in their right mind sold you CGB for 0.0001 BTC when people are paying .1 BTC per 100 (.001 BTC per CGB)
does anyone want 400 cgb for .4 btc so i can get a new graphics card as even pool mining here now is losing me money lol ?? I want it but I don't want it I would buy it if I was 100% I would at least make that back thats cheap, you will make it back +
And on top of that, people have already sold CBG last few days for much more. Keep dreamin.

OK, my offer is 0.0001 BTC / CGB (0.2 BTC for 2000 CGB)I think that maybe halve of the mined CGB will be dumped/put on the market in the first few days when it (if it ever dose) gets on cryptsy. Now I have not herd much talk about CGB in the trollbox and forums, so I guss that there won´t be many investors at the beginning. So I took 160k CGB by 0.0001 BTC, so that would be an total of 16 BTC, I think that we might see that volume on Cryptsy. I hope that that is a fare price Well my friend, it looks your SOL because if you think your going to buy 160K CBG for 16 BTC, you have a better chance of winning the real lottery. No one will sell anything of any volume anywhere near that, and whatever fools sell cheap immediately, believe me, the offers to sell will dry up. If you want CGB, I suggest you look for giveaways to maybe pick up .1 - 1 CBG for your troubles LOL

Obviously whoever made craptsy.com has a part in the DDOS.
Yeah, the thing with this coin is you can't dump and easily get them back. Especially once the subsidy halves and difficulty rises.

If you want structure become an architect

I've been away for a while, but I'm coming back around to the idea that a well designed altcoin could complement/supersede Bitcoin.
There's a bewildering array of them available and it's difficult to quickly compare their properties. Could anyone bring me up-to date on any current implementations that are designed for GPU-resistance?
GPU resistance as in Botnet friendly? The only reason someone wouldn't want GPU and faster is because they either are using their entire workplace as an overnight mining operation or a full fledged botnet. I don't think GPU resistant at this point is a very good idea. But thats just me!
