1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX or DEX: Which One Rewards You More? on: Today at 05:09:09 AM
If there is an option to use CEX without AML/KYC, it is definitely better. DEX using a decentralized blockchain is slower and has higher fees than CEX, and some prefer compromise solutions such as using Layer2 or central networks with low fees like BSC, but in any case, CEX without AML/KYC is better and Do not trust them with large amounts.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the Metaverse Achieve Seamless NFT Integration? on: Today at 05:00:36 AM
What is happening is not the Metaverse in the true sense of the word, but rather noise. It is projects that are being developed and then taking advantage of the possibilities available in cryptocurrencies, just as happened with AI-coins. Therefore, do not expect breakthroughs to occur, in fact, if you heard about the merger of NFTs and Metaverse, but it may lead to pumping the price slightly higher.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Render - overrated coin? on: Today at 04:32:46 AM
Volume (24h) represents about 1/10 of total trading, Total supply is very close to Max. supply and the price is not far from the All-time high, but it is much farther from the All-time low. All of these factors will make the possibility of getting $20 possible, but the possibility that we will see a major correction is more certain. Therefore, in the best case scenario, you will double your investments, but inevitably we will not see $100, and in the normal situation, you will lose your money.
If you trust the project, it may make profits, but personally will not invest in it.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in stocks with crypto? on: Today at 04:11:27 AM
There are some stocks that are tokenized in some blockchains, but I do not know the legal status of those stocks because they are just track the stock price and give you profits from buying and selling those stocks.
In short, they are speculative tools and have questionable legal status, so it is better to buy shares through traditional methods, and if this option is not available to you, trading in cryptocurrencies can still achieve a good return.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Falseful speculations about bitcoin predictions and its halving on: Today at 03:58:53 AM
Focus on the big picture rather than the small details.
What is always established is that the price of Bitcoin rises contrary to speculation. If negative news begins to continue for a period longer than two months without us seeing any positive news, this is an ideal opportunity to buy more Bitcoin because, in most cases, the price of Bitcoin moves higher.
Therefore, if you bought Bitcoin thinking that the price would rise after halving and then the negative news started, know that it is a matter of time before the price rises, so do not sell.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hard fork to disable inscription. on: May 08, 2024, 09:04:18 AM
You will find a more detailed discussion about disable inscription ----->  (Ordinals) BRC-20 needs to be removed
The bottom line is that we may have negative or positive opinions about Ordinals, but in the end, the decentralization of the network means accepting opinions that differ from yours as long as they are compatible with the protocol.
The main problem is the high transaction fees, for which we see that there are lengthy discussions without ideal solutions.
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BPIP search issue on: May 08, 2024, 08:35:15 AM
It is not a big problem and its solution is to provide suggestions for the user, but it is better to search by the account number (UID) instead of the user name. open account, copy the UID and use it in BPIP until this issue is resolved.
8  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Introducing the Bitcoin Scoring Tool: Seeking Your Valuable Feedback! on: May 08, 2024, 08:23:52 AM
We must not allow the concept of “clean” and “dirty” currencies to be the basis for accepting transactions, otherwise there will be two prices for Bitcoin and bitcoin will be quickly destroyed.
How accurate is the tool? Will AI algorithm be able to track every transaction in Bitcoin and know its details, or how will anonymous transactions be classified?
Why are coins coming from mixers classified as high risk?
Will the code be open source or do I need to trust your service with my IP address?
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: LocalMonero/Agoradesk to be taken down on: May 08, 2024, 07:16:21 AM
This was quick and I don't know how the US government could scare them off, especially since services like LocalMonero/Agoradesk cannot be classified as money laundering services or used to launder large amounts of cryptocurrencies without being noticed.

Therefore, I think that the current generation of privacy services aimed to break privacy at the level of individuals, but they do not want to clash with governments, so either we will not see privacy enhancing services again, or the future trend for them will be to enhance privacy to a higher level of governments.

So, who will be the next?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most "Memecoins" are not even coins, most "Memecoins" are tokens on: May 06, 2024, 02:29:44 AM
Who cares? Investors do not even care about withdrawing these tokens outside the platform. They care about the price, the rate of change and the rate of profits. Anything other than that is not important. Onchain transactions for these currencies are limited and liquidity is concentrated centrally, which makes them more central tokens than cryptocurrencies.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH, accessing them with bitcoin keys? on: May 06, 2024, 02:19:33 AM
We do not know the truth about the reason for Satoshi’s disappearance. Perhaps he was involved in an accident or something, especially since he did not indicate that he wanted to leave, but I do not agree with the part that bitcoin was never meant to be something that was built for profit.
Satoshi explained in one of the quotes

Quote
“I'm sure that in 20 years there will either be very large transaction volume or no volume.”
12  Economy / Exchanges / Re: NARCOS.EXCHANGE ✅️ CRYPTO EXCHANGE ✅️ SWAP OVER 1000+ COINS ✅️ REGISTRATION FREE on: May 06, 2024, 02:00:08 AM
'Narcos' means drug traffickers, so it's like having an exchange name as follows: drugtraffickers.exchange.

Ironically, they are using a third party API that has KYC rules so there is no way they can promote themselves as a place for criminal activities.

Crypto services with even a better name have gone to court for just doing there services, your name already raises an eyebrow and calls for stigmatization and that makes it a risky association or having to do business with you guys OP.
some use it as an expression against governments. The problem is not with name, but rather the quality of service, which is very bad.

bump
I will assume that this a bot account if you do not answer the questions above.
13  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have $25 in ETH. Looking for $25 in Solana on: May 06, 2024, 01:51:21 AM
Here you will find a list of all the services that enable you to exchange ETH to Solana ---> https://www.bestchange.com/ethereum-to-solana.html
The amount is small, so it is better to use instant exchanges
14  Economy / Exchanges / Re: NARCOS.EXCHANGE ✅️ CRYPTO EXCHANGE ✅️ SWAP OVER 1000+ COINS ✅️ REGISTRATION FREE on: May 05, 2024, 09:41:30 AM
exchange fees are not the cheapest, as I can easily exchange 1 Ethereum to 0.046 to 0.049 easily, while the price offered to you is 0.04586704, which is much lower than the price displayed on https://simpleswap.io/, which is 0.04871713.
Your definition of privacy is inaccurate. It is true that you do not require creating an account, but you can request identity verification.
15  Other / Meta / Re: Merit source observations on: May 05, 2024, 09:26:29 AM
Did I understand correctly that currently, 109 users are merit sources?
I haven't noticed so many of them, at least not on the global part of the forum, I assume that most of them are from local boards.
Most Merit sources[1] came with an average of less than 300 sMerit per month, there are about 5-6 with around 1000 sMerit, and the rest are between 250 and 100 or less, some of them are inactive or active in local baords.
I also think that @El duderino_ and some sources are more interested in WO so you don't notice many of them.

16  Other / Meta / Re: Locked threads on reputation board on: May 05, 2024, 09:19:20 AM
will try to report using "locked topic please move it to Archival"

It is still unhandled. It seems that reporting does not help much in such cases.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Role of Proof of Reserves in Crypto Exchange Transparency on: May 05, 2024, 03:05:09 AM
At some point, Bitcoin may move from being bought and sold on these platforms to banks, and then we can say that your money will be insured according to a certain ceiling, but other than that, the auditor understood it well, and the data was published publicly and updated. It is still possible for you to lose your money because of hackers or for it to be hacked. Selling all the assets they have to avoid liquidity problems.
The best thing that could happen is to create funds to compensate users for any loss, but the compensation will be a percentage of your assets.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What did you really think about the future of solana in the next 2years? on: May 05, 2024, 02:49:37 AM
Solana will not die easily like most altcoins, as there is a group that believes that Solana has value in itself, and hence the investment is emotional. If the price rises, even by 5%, they will begin to buy more, so the general trend will be low with strong increases, and so on.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why you shouldn't force someone to invest in bitcoin. on: May 05, 2024, 02:15:12 AM
You should not invest in something that you do not believe in or that you believe will bring you a good return, and thus forcing your friend to invest will make him sell at a loss with the first price correction. If I were in your place, I would convince my friend to invest when the market is down and then wait for at least 10 years. The risk rate will be 1% and the probability of not getting profits is very low.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Legendary Memeber defaulted 70$ Loan [agustina2] on: May 05, 2024, 02:03:23 AM
Can you show me the connection between the agustina2 account and those of chaser15 and Heartilly? I will support your flag if there is proof that all three accounts are connected and part of a larger farm with the intent to scam people and/or participate in signature campaigns.
I think that Loan Defaulted is enough to put a negativet trust on the account. Tracking alt accounts may help him recover part of his money.

This real hurts  Sad

Shasan, why do you ignore such warnings when giving out loans?

For a long time, I thought that the Legendary account was worth more than $70, so it could be trusted with these amounts, but it seems that the value of accounts on the forum has declined sharply.
