I have one more question. What are your recommendations for DEXs for crypto to crypto exchanges and swaps between different stablecoins? There should be no KYC or chance of fund freezing.

Use it to find exchanges for small transfers and only use exchanges with a lot of reviews for large amounts. For swap exchanges, eXch.cx is a recommended option, and they have the usdt, usdc and dai option for stablecoins, however if you want to swap from BTC to Monero, Unstoppable Swap is also a recommended option.

It's almost like that now. Currently, most of the reserves are in BTC and ETH, with an insignificant share of XMR and stablecoins.  This is another problem. It is unfortunate that you have been exposed to such a situation, but it is better to store your cryptocurrencies in a cold storage wallet and for the wallets on your phone to be watch-only, with some balance in other wallets for emergency purposes.
