261  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WAZIRX is a fraud indian platform dont trust it they stolen my 1000 USD on: March 06, 2024, 08:12:24 AM
Your topic did not add any details about WAZIRX or how they scammed you, but a fast search on Google shows that this service is not trustworthy, as they have low ratings on trustpilot[1].
Even positive reviews appear to be fake or paid, generally I tend to think they are scams and adding more details would be helpful.

262  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best decentralized exchange for Bitcoin to fiat on: March 06, 2024, 07:14:14 AM
I have one more question. What are your recommendations for DEXs for crypto to crypto exchanges and swaps between different stablecoins? There should be no KYC or chance of fund freezing.
Bestchange[1] provides you with a service to search for crypto exchanges that exchange BTC ---> altcoin, comparing them in terms of prices, reliability, and no KYC identity. Use it to find exchanges for small transfers and only use exchanges with a lot of reviews for large amounts.

For swap exchanges, eXch.cx is a recommended option, and they have the usdt, usdc and dai option for stablecoins, however if you want to swap from BTC to Monero, Unstoppable Swap is also a recommended option.

eXch.cx is still a centralized option, but it is good for those who want to exchange Bitcoin to stablecoins, Ethereum, and Monero.

263  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign | Sr Member+ on: March 05, 2024, 08:03:52 AM

I liked those avatars, one of them will appear soon. Wink

@Best_change Wouldn't it be better for each member to have a unique avatar? This would help bring attention to avatars.
@examplens please create a service to customize avatars, I will support you and will buy some of them.

edit:
@crwth That's right, I've already worn one of them and am waiting for confirmation, if it's not approved I'll go back to old avatar.
264  Other / Meta / Re: I think we should have a dedicated Notifications Tab on: March 04, 2024, 07:48:20 AM
There was a suggestion from TryNinja ----> Demand for non-Telegram forum notifications?
and as a result of this demand, we may see the possibility of receiving notifications either by email or website. If it is via email, you can customize notifications to your phone, smartwatch, or anything else you want.
265  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 04, 2024, 07:18:25 AM
It's almost like that now. Currently, most of the reserves are in BTC and ETH, with an insignificant share of XMR and stablecoins.

This is another problem. I see that the balance is improving now, but I fear that it will be low when Bitcoin price skyrockets.
@eXch Wouldn’t it be better to display a reserve chart for the last 7 days or 30 days or more? This would greatly help those who want to predict your reserve.
266  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] WasabiWallet.io Signature Campaign | Up to $120/W on: March 04, 2024, 07:14:17 AM
Week 9 has ended so I decided to remove my signature. Thanks for 9 weeks, everything went smoothly and professionally.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sensitivities of Bitcoin secret hunters. on: March 03, 2024, 08:23:08 AM
It is unfortunate that you have been exposed to such a situation, but it is better to store your cryptocurrencies in a cold storage wallet and for the wallets on your phone to be watch-only, with some balance in other wallets for emergency purposes.
You must also choose the password so that it is unique and cannot be known by anyone, and avoid storing it digitally or in a place that is easy for others to access. If you are in a shared house, it is better to have a Multisig wallets where you leave one of the seeds in your house, and the other two in a safe and separate place.

Network error and I have been trying to refresh and reload for a successful upload on several occasions.
I am already deleting some of them off at this moment but not working out.
I almost did the same thing, but I decided to open a new tab before refreshing the page and found that the post had already been posted.
268  Other / Meta / Re: Is the forum running slow? on: March 03, 2024, 07:23:30 AM
I can confirm this, as the browser tells me a security server certificate error, so it is not a DDoS, but rather a problem with the site’s server or in the connection between BTT server and the database.
269  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Seed and hardware wallets on: March 02, 2024, 10:08:15 AM
If your hardware wallet allows you to spend by simply entering the correct PIN, then showing the wallet seed or not will not change anything. Conversely, showing the wallet seed will reduce the headache of creating a new wallet and paying onchain fees. Therefore, if the wallet does not show this option, it is a defect, not an advantage.

In general, it is difficult to trust ledger, especially since it is closed source and it has been proven that they lie many times.
270  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Satoshi Nakamoto's networth ever being rated? on: March 02, 2024, 09:40:39 AM
We do not know how much Bitcoin Satoshi owns and whether he will spend it or not, so we cannot answer this question. All talk about Satoshi is speculation because we do not really know whether he is alive or not, but inevitably his appearance will bring about a major change in the direction of Bitcoin.

Everyone talks about bitcoin that Satoshi owns, but I see the greatest impact on the extent to which Bitcoin will be decentralized if Satoshi exists, meaning can s/he/they convince all the full nodes of the necessity of making the block size 16 MB?
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What options do we have to currently buy BTC in the UK? on: March 02, 2024, 09:04:33 AM
Unfortunately, if the bank is not CryptoFriendly, it is better for you to use online payment services via PayPal or via P2P using any online payment services, but you must make sure that you carry out the transactions with a reliable person and not with random *many* people.

The problem with banks is that one red light is enough to make them monitor you, especially if you have more than one international account. Therefore, I think you should look for Bitcoin-friendly services that you can link your bank account to them instead of direct payment to Kraken, Coinbase, Binance.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I was able to donate Books to school pupils with my little Campaign Bitcoin on: March 02, 2024, 08:51:41 AM
It seems like a nice story. I gave you some merits accordingly, but I noticed that faces of some children appears in the picture, so you should delete it. It is good to see the impact of Bitcoin in your life.

BTW, Bitcoin dates back to before 2009, unless you are talking about the first block.

This is obviously another attempt to fish merit.
These photos are all edited that's why you ensured there was no background. Plus if you look closely you will notice that the images on the books the kids are holding is totally different from the Bitcoin ones you said you customized. Plus those don't look like kids in a school setting ( they are on flip flops and not on socks ) what school accepts that?

If you can prove this, please provide all the details here. I will leave a negative trust if the allegations are true.
273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to guess or estimate the tx time ? on: March 02, 2024, 08:13:08 AM
To estimate how long it will take for your transaction to get block confirmation, you can look at the data here https://bitcoinfees.net/ and find out the average number of transactions in a block. At https://bitcoinfees.net/, each fee rates range displays how many transactions were made
bitcoinfees.net does not seem accurate compared to the tools above, which measure data based on real time, as the fees mentioned above are different from the data in other services, and the site is updated every 60 seconds by updating the entire page.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Retail is here on: March 01, 2024, 11:47:15 AM
If we compare what is happening now with what is happening in 2017 and 2021, we see that retail traders are still out of the game, but when the price rises without any reason and there is positive daily news about Bitcoin and the price moves in one direction then the ATH is close to that, so what is happening now is nothing more than noise. Due to the rise in the price of Bitcoin, but it is not an indication of the end of the cycle.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to guess or estimate the tx time ? on: March 01, 2024, 11:44:33 AM
If you want a quick confirmation, wait until the time from the last block is +15 minutes and see what the Next Block will look like. Through that and evaluating the fees above, you can find out the appropriate fees for inclusion in the next block, and the average will definitely be less than 10 minutes.
Fees are estimated according to an analysis of the data of the current block and the next block, the congestion of current transactions, but no one can predict the shape of the upcoming transactions, so these estimates, even if they are based on real-time data, are a look at the mempool in the past.
276  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best decentralized exchange for Bitcoin to fiat on: March 01, 2024, 11:00:50 AM
Can you recommend something else that you have personally tested and where the fees are acceptable?

All bank accounts and financial applications are centralized and KYC-intensive. If your bank account blocks Bitcoin, receiving international transfers or in a large amounts from accounts that are not linked to place will raise suspicions. Therefore, there is no difference between using CEXes or DEX, and perhaps if your bank is CryptoFriendly, then using CEX is better.

I personally prefer to search for the second party in any of the P2P services (binance, twitter, facebook, etc.) and tell him to use Bisq, carry out periodic transactions with him, which is much better than making those transactions with new people every time.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The impact of Bitcoin ETFs on market and Top Exchanges. on: March 01, 2024, 09:58:56 AM
I've seen different kinds of tags on me about this. I had to ignore them cos thats the only exchange I use. And I research, read news and try to know more about them everyday than other exchanges. So, I mostly prefer to include what I know in my posts or conversation just like anyone would love to do.

Yes, but the word Bitget is present on every page of your posts, which is not normal.
I searched for it here

this is not a normal behavior for an account that wants to discuss, not promotion
278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for a particular VIP Signal group on: March 01, 2024, 09:34:55 AM
If it is true in two prediction out of 100, this group is still bad, and anyone, after Bitcoin ETF approval, can predict that the price of bitcoin may reach 60,000 dollars easily.

If you believe that there is VIP Crypto Signal Group and they achieve guaranteed profits, then this is closer to a dream, but the reality says that the owners of these groups will earn a lot if they decide to take loans instead of trying to sell these signs.
279  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 01, 2024, 09:24:35 AM
I think that, among other things, they gave an explanation related to Monero. They turned to customer-provided liquidity, even though they might lose some profit that way.
So, it is probably the reserve will be zero in most cases.

No need to change anything.
This is clearly not a mixer, and you can't send bitcoin to get mixed bitcoin, or send ethereum for mixed ethereum.
If there is something that we learn from last year, then any service is linked to a hack and does not cooperate with the authorities or delete user data, then it will be on the government's radar, the easiest accusation that they are running an unlicensed platform and I think that what happened with Fixedfloat is a good reminder.
280  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coingecko - portfolio tracker? on: February 29, 2024, 09:47:59 AM
Your profits may have been calculated from the beginning of the year, or the last 6 months, and not from the start date of your investment.
Are you sure you have added all your investments and all of your balance calculations are correct and up to date?
Are you sure of the increase percentage, and that the method of calculating it in Coingecko is the same as yours?
