381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google Updates policy allowing bitcoin and crypto assets trust to be advertised. on: January 31, 2024, 07:47:52 AM
Am I the only one who feels that allowing advertisements will promote fraud, since most cryptocurrency projects are high-risk investments and involve fraud, especially with Google’s policy of tracking fraudulent projects and slow closing or deleting them?
382  Economy / Reputation / Re: NLS,bitcoinexchange.com,bitcoinmarket.com ou bitmarket.eu? on: January 31, 2024, 06:09:55 AM
bitcoinexchange.com only worked for a few months in 2010, and now you remember its data after 14 years. I don’t know, but good luck getting your coins back because you will become rich.

383  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should prioritize investment over saving on: January 30, 2024, 02:09:20 PM
Economic inflation is a problem, but its treatment varies according to the definition of the problem. Is inflation caused by financial mismanagement, or by an increase in shipping costs, or by an increase in the costs of services such as gas and electricity, or by geopolitical crises? Depending on the cause, the solutions may be appropriate.
Financial inflation or due to state mismanagement can be solved by investing in foreign currencies, gold and Bitcoin, but in the long term, while real estate may be at the beginning of a financial bubble, it will lead to losses, so without defining the problem, solutions cannot be thought of.
384  Economy / Services / Re: I need a sms provider that works with Audible.com and most sites btc on: January 30, 2024, 01:34:31 PM

You should also keep in mind the security of using a 3rd party for verifying your phone number on different websites. That's another problem that a SIM card would help you with.
In most cases, the reason is privacy or that the service provider has blocked a specific service. There are many reasons for using a temporary phone, but all of them may make it easier to hack your phone, so it is a comparison between privacy, price, and security.
385  Economy / Services / Re: KeychainX - Crypto Wallet Recovery Services since 2017 on: January 30, 2024, 10:39:02 AM
According to your site[1], the services you provide are

Quote
Trezor Passphrase lost.
Ethereum Presale password recovery.
Geth password recovery. GETH.
ERC20 Tokens from Metamask.
Bitcoin from Multibit Classic.
Your Dogecoin Core or Langerhans wallet.
Blockchain.com first or second password.
An Android wallet or spending PIN.
Ethereum password from JSON file like MIST.
Blockchain.info mnemonic or seed words.

If you do not customize your service, such as restoring short Passphrase, less than 5 characters, or missing 2-4 wallet seed words that are in the correct order, then what you are trying to provide is a scam.

I have checked your positive trust and they are all related to translation services that are not related to what https://keychainx.io/ is trying to provide so unless you explain your service correctly I will ask these members to review their trust and you may give you a negative trust.

386  Other / Meta / Re: Should bitcointalk ban promotion of other forums? on: January 30, 2024, 10:30:32 AM
These forums are profitable projects, and advertising competing forums may lose some profits, but bitcointalk forum already has 1,226 BTC, which I do not know how it will be spent to develop the forum in the future, especially with the increase in the price of Bitcoin.
In short, there is enough money for the forum and it does not need advertisements to continue its growth, as the legal repercussions are the only ones that might force the forum to stop.

better questions maybe how to use this money to develop the forum to give freedom as much as possible, and not more banning.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: btc payments and processors on: January 30, 2024, 08:27:20 AM
Between spending bitcoins or spending dollars, I will always prefer to spend dollars, and I believe that most people do the same as me... Bitcoin for me is a protection of my assets for a possible retirement plan.
least value is spent first. This does not mean that you may not want to spend some satoshis to buy coffee or daily products, but investing requires you to postpone buying everything that is not important until the profits are made.

Need best bulletproof , BTCPlay Server have a source code?

Yeah, it is open source, see: https://github.com/btcpayserver/
Not only are they open source, but the number of reviews and services that depend on them are the most important, and they do not keep your Bitcoin, but rather you add your MPK.
388  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why are 'B' Crypto Exchanges Dominating the Top 10 and 15 on CG and CMC? on: January 30, 2024, 08:15:32 AM
It is not a distinctive rule, but all of these services are looking for words that are easy to remember and close to the ear of the listener. Binance is closer to finance, and other CEXs that start with bit are closer to bitcoin, which originally consists of bit as a signifier of digital and coin as a signifier of currencies, and some other platforms are linked to Bitcoin as Coinbase is a term from coinbase transaction
But modern CEXs are moving towards exchange word than bitcoin like FTX HTX OKX are all linked to exchange

Some of them are linked to aliens, such as the Kraken
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: btc payments and processors on: January 29, 2024, 10:48:14 AM
how many of you use electrum payment processors? You often buy products with btc, would that mean that you are still buying less legal things than btc is so popular?
What do you mean by electrum payment processors, Electrum is a Bitcoin Wallet and using it as payment processor may not give good results, especially with large stores because it was not designed for that. There is a BTCPay Server[1] if you want to accept payments in Bitcoin.

But if you mean a payment processor called Electrum, I found some of them when I searched on Google, and I think they are scam. In any case, there is no connection between them and Electrum Bitcoin Wallet, and there are better alternatives, so do not use them.

SMSpva[1] have a service for renting numbers ----> https://smspva.com/arenda.html. You can rent up to 3 months and a wide list of countries. Contact them before starting and check if there is a way to rent the number for a longer period.

391  Other / Meta / Re: Email used to create this forum? on: January 29, 2024, 10:05:43 AM
Satoshi did not post on this forum. The forum was part of SourceForge before it changed to forum.bitcoin.org/XXX and then https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=XXX

Which forum do you mean?
392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why having access to many top crypto trader signals / info / TA is good! on: January 29, 2024, 09:25:44 AM
Web page design is unprofessional, all the CSS templates are overlapping with each other so that reading becomes impossible, even if your signals have parsing, the site makes it difficult to read them and again (paid signals are more likely to be a scam than something that might bring you a good ROI)
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Chrysosoma Bitcoin — a fly from Papua New Guinea named after Bitcoin on: January 29, 2024, 09:22:08 AM
This seems funny. Bitcoin has become a sign of online payments more than PayPal and Visa, which have topped the lists for years. Therefore, you may find it natural for some who believe in change or not to cling to the past to defend it. Now, when you search for the word Bitcoin, you have to specialize in any field you want to search.
394  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion payment for those new member on evil IP. on: January 29, 2024, 08:13:46 AM
but I personally do not think the target audience would be as savvy in using LN, if it comes with a guide you n how to make payments through channels it can increase usage, but majority would freak out and think this forum is a scam.

@upgrade00, even with on the bitcoin payment available, many newbies will see it as a scam. Imagine where you haven't been before and you are asked to pay to atone an evil you did not commit.

I completely agree, especially since Bitcoin fees are high, The amount is very small and the forum does not benefit from it.
I do not know if there are alternative solutions, but according to what is available now, we will try to help as much as possible.
395  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Arkham found BTC wallets for issuers of spot Bitcoin ETFs on: January 29, 2024, 08:02:19 AM
There are many big players such as BlackRock, Grayscale, etc, but investors might be attracted to asset managers that have made their wallets public. We might see other providers join Bitwise and also seek other means to gain the trust of prospective investors.
They announce the data publicly, and it will not be difficult to track the flows, especially since they are in the thousands of BTC and the data results are updated periodically, with a low possibility that these funds will commit fraud, especially since everything is subject to taxes and auditing.
The only advantage of showing the address is that it only helps in quickly detecting scam if it occurs.
397  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ACN trading platform: legit or scam? on: January 28, 2024, 08:31:07 AM
If anyone has a suggestion for me so I can get out of this hole I would really appreciate it (like for instance another source of accurate and trustworthy trading signals or any other suggestion).

I hope that you are now in better health and that this will be the end of your pain and the beginning of a happy life for you.
Unfortunately, the site above is a scam and you will not make an income from such a scam.
Try to start developing your skills and look for additional work. Developing your account here may help you collect about $250 per month if it is a large amount in your country.
398  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why it's wrong to save vital information on your phone. on: January 27, 2024, 06:17:52 AM
Not only that, but keeping it unencrypted adds additional risks. If anyone is able to access your computer, whether a friend or a hacker, he or she will be able to access your data.

Keep all your passwords encrypted and add a second layer of protection with an airgapped phone specially designed to protect your important data.
Keep several encrypted copies on a USB in a safe place.
Do not download random applications or connect to unknown WiFi APs.
399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullrun top on: January 27, 2024, 06:07:55 AM
most of the predictions say that we will be between $40,000 to $70,000 this year and $100,000 to $170,000 for the next year. Therefore, unless there are changes, these expectations will remain the basic ones, even though in the previous cycle the bottom was less than $20,000, which is what It may suggest a change in the shape of the 4-year bitcoin cycles, but it is better not to bet on that according to the current circumstances.
