241  Other / Meta / Re: Are Legendary and other higher rank members abusing the Merit System? on: September 23, 2018, 12:30:01 PM

242  Other / Meta / Re: sMerit participants – A quick follow-up after the changes – Advance -Good so far on: September 23, 2018, 10:19:38 AM
I'm a newbie to this forum so you can tell me how to get merit from others and how to become a copper member
Gosh! Do you even take time to read threads at all? A thread has been opened boldly by one of the moderators in the forum right above in the Meta section buy yet you just walk blindly into any of the threads and start asking questions about merits. Anyway i will indulge you for now.
READ THIS THREAD https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.msg28250551#msg28250551 CAREFULLY AND PLEASE DON'T ASK ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO GET MERIT AGAIN BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS IN THERE. GOODLUCK.
243  Other / Meta / Re: Report plagiarism (copy/pasting) here. Calling for Mod action: please permban on: September 23, 2018, 10:10:07 AM
Great job! LoyceV the forum will really look cleaner and would have less spammers if we have just a quarter of your kind in this forum. Keep it up and I will from now onwards be on the lookout for anybody who does copy and paste in this forum.
we really have to make bitcointalk great!
244  Other / Meta / Re: Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements on: September 23, 2018, 09:54:26 AM
This is a right step in action to cleanse the forum of some of the numerous irrelevant post but seriously i don't think this will solve the situation fully as already some folks have started abusing the merit system as reported by LoyceV. I know this forum has a system where it rates the relevancy of post so what if we can use this system to automatically delete post that are irrelevant to topic under discussion. For instance if a comment is not more than 50% relevant then such a topic or comment should be automatically deleted by the system.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH recover? on: September 23, 2018, 09:47:30 AM
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and hence there can be some fluctuations in its price from time to time but it also has tendency to bounce back. Currently i think Ethereum is resurrecting gradually, all we need is to be patient and it will rise and hold its position as the most valued altcoin.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS !! on: September 23, 2018, 09:17:54 AM
You are very right because investing into bitcoin can be like investing into real estate meaning that your returns could be stuck up in the investment for long but you should not feel remorseful because when the market rises you will definitely receive your income.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leave Crypto? on: September 22, 2018, 09:31:13 PM
Seriously  i don't think nothing is ever going to make me leave crypto and i understand how volatile it is so the situation of the market does not move me into drawing any conclusions because i know that the market will rise someday.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: September 22, 2018, 08:58:07 PM
Yeah currently that is what we can see bitcoin to be but with time i know most countries would tend to accept it as a means of payment method for transactions being done. Satoshi Nakamoto's dream would soon be realized.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: September 20, 2018, 03:14:39 AM
Don't worry about the sitaution of the market bruh because it will rise in no time you just got to be patient and watch your cryptocurrency investment grow so hold unto the little Ethereum till the market is restored.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop being pessimistic. The potential of bitcoin is still immense! on: September 20, 2018, 03:08:44 AM
the potential of bitcoin has always been solid and that is the reason why most people keep on investing into it because even though the price is very low at the moment it will certainly increase with time.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want you to panic :-> on: September 20, 2018, 03:02:14 AM
That is quite true so that out of the panic most people would sell their coins and later the market will rise. That is the reason why i have decided to hold unto all my coins because i would only regret it after selling at a cheap price.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long should one have to wait to sell on: September 18, 2018, 10:17:06 PM
Yeah bitcoin has been decreasing in value for quite some time now but i don't think selling any cryptocurrency at this time is not good because of how down the market has gone down. The best thing to do right now is to wait for the market to rise before thinking of selling any cryptocurrency of yours.
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS !! on: September 18, 2018, 10:09:05 PM
This is actually how cryptocurrencies run you know. \you should have the mentality of investing an amount of money which you don't mind losing because in case of a massive dump in whatever the cryptocurrency portfolio maybe you can lose a huge amount of money. so that should be the mindset of anybody who invest into cryptocurrencies.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: September 18, 2018, 08:59:23 PM
\you are very right about the weird perceptions people have about cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin but currently i think the trend is changing as several people have to come understand the blockchain technology and also bitcoin investment. With time the world is going to embrace cryptocurrencies fully.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The FALL OF BITCOIN on: September 14, 2018, 01:04:27 PM
Well things are not looking too great but don't you think you are jumping into quick conclusions by proclaiming the death of bitcoin? I think the only hope that we have as at now for the ressurenction of bitcoin is the bull run. Let's hope it comes so soon.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want you to panic :-> on: September 14, 2018, 01:01:35 PM
It is so clear you that they want some of us to panic so that we miss the bull run of bitcoin as soon as we sell cheaply. But some most of us have wisen up now not to sell cheap because we know this period of the market is just passing by.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH recover? on: September 14, 2018, 12:16:47 PM
Yes Ethereum will recover with time and please folks this should not be something new that you see Ethereum going down in value. This is crypto and it is very volatile at a point in time so embrace the new trend and hold till the market rises.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Red Period but be Patient on: September 14, 2018, 11:30:33 AM
Yes! we all believe that we are in the red period and so many people are selling cheap but i am holding on unto my tokens till the market is restored. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and hence its value can change at any point in time.
259  Other / Archival / Re: Future of crypto is good or bad? on: September 13, 2018, 02:33:17 AM
The future of crypto is a very bright one as there are several institutions that are coming on board. Currently there are so many ICOs running in the cryptospace and these are all geared towards fusing the digital world with the physical world.
260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may reach $ 20,000 by the end of this year? on: September 13, 2018, 02:28:11 AM
I do believe in the bull run of bitcoin but to be honest do you think reaching a value of$20,000 US by the end of this year is something i doubt. The highest bitcoin can reach by the end of this year is around $1500 US.
