321  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: November 11, 2017, 11:09:01 AM
Many people are now curious to know what bitcoin is, whereas once bitcoin was just underestimated, now upside down many people stop working instead they prefer to focus on bitcoin

Is this the impact of rising bitcoin prices?

A good answer of yes or maybe. Bitcoin gives lots of potentials for people to invest and earn much than their regular day job. As Bitcoin price goes higher and higher, many people are even enticed to know and try it. Some friends I know, they stop looking for a job but they focus more on how they can bitcoin instead. Glad that bitcoin is rising it's value all the more from the time it was launched.
322  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: November 11, 2017, 06:08:44 AM
Eventhough Bitcoin is getting lower in it's value at times, it is not good to do panic selling. In every investment, time is important. Risk is there and this should be embraced well. Though it goes down a bit, bitcoin's price is still high and we can believe that this will continue to go up because the market and even many countries are accepting bitcoin as one of their currency. Believing in bitcoin instead and it's capacity to grow is essential. We may not know what the future holds, we have to continuously believe in bitcoin for the opportunities we can see on it lately.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: November 10, 2017, 09:16:12 AM
why some country banned bitcoin?
is there any problem? i know that bitcoin is international crypto currency. but why some country banned this cryto?

Well there are several countries that still don't accept bitcoin or even banned them in their government system. To some of them it's a threat and this should be discussed further for better understanding. Also, the taxes might be different to be computed. One more important thing to consider why countries banned bitcoin is because we should also see each culture's acceptance of the new technology or crytocurrency.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: November 10, 2017, 07:38:52 AM
Maybe someday when all the important things that is missing in bitcoin are all set. For now bitcoin is too young and it needs to be develop by those who believe in it.
You're right! Although bitcoin is becoming more and more popular or known amongst individual, this should be developed as much as possible even more. Though many countries are believing in bitcoin already including the support of their govenrment, this should be enhanced further so many cam make money of it. Indeed for those that are using bitcoin in their daily lives, I'm sure people have invested on it and have experienced valuable results in earning.
325  Economy / Economics / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A NASTY DIVORCE AND A FAT BTC WALLET? on: November 09, 2017, 05:20:43 PM
I'm not sure what's to discuss. Should be no different than with other possessions. No?
I would agree in this! Bitcoin must be also the same with other possessions you have. However assuming that your partner doesn't know about your crytocurrency world up to the present, I think it will not matter whether she knows it or not. Funny to think that questions like this are in the forum. Oh! Reality of life.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: November 09, 2017, 09:42:40 AM
I believe that the statement: "bitcoin is new kind of money" passes the duck test.

Bitcoins function as money (they're a unit of account, a medium of exchange, and a store of value), and if PayPal started allowing Bitcoin transactions tomorrow I'm certain they'd treat them as Just Another Currency.

If you like, call it a commodity, but I think all you'll accomplish is confusing potential users who might think they'll end up getting pork-bellies delivered to their porch if they don't get rid of their bitcoins.

Just as how you said it, bitcoin is a new kind of monet. Bitcoin is also considered resources that has it's value. This is well used by people who knows bitcoin around the world. It has lots of potential to be trade off, invest and save for future use. Same as the fiat money, this has a value that this digital world considers. Digital currency should we say, bitcoin has it's unique function and use.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: November 09, 2017, 09:08:35 AM
Either to stay away or not to ethereum, it is totally up to you. Just as I read in the news recently, 33 % of younger Americans are far more likely to invest in ethereum, bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies than people from older age groups. Ethereum is one of the most considered crytocurrencies to be invested aside from bitcoin. Might as well try Ethereum too.
328  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: November 08, 2017, 05:36:21 PM
Ofcourse! It doesn't mean someone is a billionaire you no longer need to invest your money. I believe there are billionaires out there who invest on bitcoins because bitcoins are worth the investment. Some try it for experience and some just wanting to make sure the money is still flowing.
329  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: November 08, 2017, 05:20:44 PM
Bitcoin is a good investment now, because...now,it ha a good price and it has a good possibility to gain more in the future. As more people are joining, the demand becomes higher and so with bitcoin price value.  Grin

That's right! Investing in bitcoin now is indeed a good decision to make. Aside from the increasing demand of people worldwide of cyrtocurrencies especially bitcoin, it is being well known to a lot countries across borders. Bitcoin has established a good foundation for people to trust that bitcoin has a lot of possibilities to gain more income or revenue.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years on: November 08, 2017, 01:14:53 PM
BTC was around $300 3 years ago.

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period Smiley

Bitcoin is quiet interesting to use especially if the desire to use it for your needs and wants is occurring. I'm there are few folks in this group can do really keep them and allow to grow for investment and other stuff in the future. Ofcourse, the good hope that bitcoin will continuously rise in the future, many people will still use it immediately and not to hold it first. But for those who have enough of investments around. Those who have traded their bitcoin and earned a lot already, we can say they can hold it even more than three years.
331  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: November 08, 2017, 07:31:40 AM
It is not more popular but what's sure is it's safer, better and pricier. Invest in bitcoin when you still can before Bitcoin take the leading role Wink !

You're right! I definitely agree on this. It is not being more popular because definitely, USD is still more popular nowadays. But when we are talking about a currency that is more safer and pricier, bitcoin is better than USD. Bitcoin can be invested at the same when you have it on your bitcoin wallet. Though USD is more popular still around the world because people has no enough idea what bitcoin really is until now, I think there will be come a time that bitcoin will be better known and used in the future, which many of us hopes.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: November 08, 2017, 07:03:05 AM
As the days goes by, we can see how bitcoin also evolves and how it has been widely accepted by various countries worldwide. Bitcoin becoming a global currency is not impossible to happened years from now. As bitcoin continuous the flow of it's market, I'm sure it will be used and accepted all the more even the people who haven't heard of it now. We all know for the fact the bitcoin is so useful most especially on global transactions like changing the currency in USD, Euro, Yen, etc... this means, it is as if it's liquid matter that can be used well anywhere.

336  Economy / Economics / Re: Central of the Philippines Recognizes Bitcoin on: October 29, 2017, 03:53:32 AM
I'm from Philippines also. Yes its good news to us! Because many Filipino heard that news they might been interested to invest to bitcoin. So the price of bitcoin will pump to high.  What if big investor can read that and invest big money the bitcoin price go to the moon. Thanks to bank central ng pilipinas for publishing like that news. Many people the job is bitcoin and many (ofw) overseas Filipino workers the sideline in bitcoin. I think it will not end this year bitcoin will become popular in my country.

Yes! This is a good news to us and even for the Filipinos who aspire to discover more about bitcoin for their own investments. I'm glad that Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas or BSP is recoginising bitcoin in the Philippines now. It can surely help the Philippines' economy moreover the Filipino's way of how they can earn more.
337  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: October 29, 2017, 03:46:04 AM
So I have 2 cousins. One of them doesn't save and is a huge spender while the other is a saver and spends only once a year. So would bitcoin be a good way to teach them about saving? Since, mining bitcoin is the only way to make alot of bitcoin, I would use a alt wallet to show them what happens if you spend and don't save. What do you think?

That could be an innovative way on how you can teach your two cousins about saving, investing and spending. I'm sure it can help them but you have to explain it to them in layman's term. They have to understand it simply. Surely they can with proper education on these kids can do it.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Hackable? on: October 29, 2017, 03:40:38 AM
Yes Bitcoin is hackable buts their is a way on how to secure your Bitcoin you need to install this apps in your devises Google authenticator this apps could secure all your sites and profit, you only have to do is  scan the code and then enable the 2FA and that's it your account now is secured, Everytime you log in to your account just put the six digit code so you can log in successfully.

Definitely agree with this. My friends are doing the same. Everything can be hacked easily nowadays but depends on the gravity of how things can be hacked. It depends on how it is secured by the developers and the owners of the account as well. The same thing goes with bitcoin.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: October 28, 2017, 05:46:49 PM
Unfortunately we can see altcoins may struggle for few more years to be successful like bitcoin. Bitcoin has been the number 1 and still the number 1 of all the cryptocurrency because of it's reliability and sustainance to people. Altcoins like Ethereum and Litecoins are also doing well however, we cannot predict yet even the performing altcoins will be also successful later on.
340  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: October 28, 2017, 01:51:42 PM
Virtual currencies are for the advancement of our society. Having bitcoin and other altcoins are good for the cashless world in the future. People nowadays look for faster way of transaction. For what I see now, it is not possible that the world will be indeed a cashless society and how the technology will evolve. World economics will be as well different as it will handle digital currencies that time.
