281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I protect my self from being hack of bitcoin on: November 24, 2017, 02:37:14 AM
Just yesterday I come across one youtuber where he says
he just wake up and saw his 50 btc was vanish from his exodus wallet  and also before that another 20 btc was vanish
he says he dont even know how this happen.

pls how can I escape this.

If you have larger number of btc you should keep in hardware wallet. Ledger nano.

If you are daily trader or frequent trader then you must go to safe hot wallets like  coinbase . Coinbase i recommended

I would agree in this too. Bitcoin price is now getting higher so protecting well should be also a big priority. A Hardware wallet or Ledger nano are good recommendations. Try to google more about it on how it works. Better to make sure not share to anyone your bitcoin links as well or any of your identity so anyone cannot hack it. Make sure that you properly keep your password and not share to anyone else.
282  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: November 23, 2017, 02:31:36 PM
The best time to become a trader is if you are ready to also take the risk of your decision of becoming one. In each decision a person can take, risk will be involved. Facing and embracing the risk must be first considered. Then if you have the enough bitcoin or capital to invest/trade then go for it. Make sure before even starting the trade, you have researched well too and know the important things to keep in mind. Eventually, you will also learn the best practices of it as you take time on learning everything while trading.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: November 23, 2017, 02:17:14 PM
In our country, we can only store our bitcoins in a bitcoin wallet. But as far as we know even in other countries, there are so many ways you can store different crytocurrencies or altcoins to protect these as an asset like store it in KeepKey, Nano Ledger S, Trezor, Coinbase, MyEtherWallet, Jaxx, Software Wallet and TLDR. These things or these wallets can store your bitcoin with your password that will make sure these shall be kept well.

286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: November 22, 2017, 02:24:01 PM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley

It might depend on the reason why Bitcoin can die. In case when the death is due to total ban of Bitcoin as done by all governments or regimes then there is a possibility that Bitcoin death can also mean the death of altcoins. Now, if the reason can be other than that or it is within Bitcoin like losing the appeal from the market then there is a possibility that another coin can rise up to take the vacuum of leadership.

I would agree in this. It will surely depend on the reason why alternative crypto currencies will die in the future. This may effect to die if bitcoin will suddenly be banned in different countries of the world because of the government's policies that will affecr their economy. Altocins may be die as well because we know that just as how bitcoin does it in one's country, the same does to the altcoins. But if the reason that people will lose interest of bitcoin, this may not affect much of the other alternative crypto currencies like Ethereum and Litecoins.
287  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: November 21, 2017, 04:00:35 PM
Definitely bitcoin can save more money if this stay in the wallet for a longer time. Just like with other investments, the value will continuosly improve if this is being used by the people. Value circulate in the market and it does give more benefit for those who invest and keep it long term.

290  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: November 19, 2017, 03:43:46 PM
Surely, bitcoin can improve a country's economy if this will be used by more users. If bitcoin will be adopted by many countries as well, this will help more employment and extra income for others longing for profit or income by simply giving little investment on it at first. Bitcoin has been a good help to many in different parts of the world. Through that, as people gain more income, people can help in the circulation of money in their country through those they earned through bitcoin.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin 'save' Greece? on: November 19, 2017, 12:07:14 PM
The probability of bitcoin to "save" Greece is most likely to happened depends on what strategy will be used to gain somehow their economic standing. Indeed Greece is experiencing economic depression for how many years and the idea of bitcoin to be also used in this nation could be of help. People can now start investing away from the influence of their banks but of the use of crypto currencies.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: November 19, 2017, 10:49:20 AM
Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

"The-next-Ethereums" arise everyday. But Ethereum's market cap at the moment is $18,5 billion. So let the time judge everyone.

Indeed time can judge about it. We cannot say for now that Waves can beat Ethereum any time. Any cryptocurrencies have it's own time to shine and show their strengths. But certainly, I can think that if ETH will not continue its rise and it's way to make the people who believe in it increase, the possibility of it Wave or any other alternative coins can beat ethereum.
293  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: November 19, 2017, 10:28:22 AM
i had about $200 worth of bitcoin.
How can i earn more with that amount?
should I trading? or make an investment?
and please give me some trusted site to investing my wealth.

**i dont want to give a loan, or else.**

if you had some advice, feel free to tell me.
really apreciate it.
thank you.
That's a good amount of bitcoin you have. Of course, bitcoin can be traded or invested. However, this depends on your preference. Which one of you would fit better? I would suggest since you have that amount of bitcoin already, try investing some and try trading the small amount of it first, then get the hang of doing the two. Do more research as well in which you will invest your bitcoin and which trading you will join.
294  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What places do you do your shopping online? on: November 19, 2017, 07:57:03 AM
Wow, great service your site is offering!  Do you offer cash back even for the Canadian sites, for stores like Walmart?

I typically shop online only with Amazon, eBay, best but, future shop, and bitcointalk. Smiley
Just like you, I usually shop online through Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee and Zalora. I wish one day, many online shop can also accept bitcoin for shopping for easier transaction. In our country, since bitcoin is still new for many everyone is hopeful for it's development.

296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: November 18, 2017, 04:39:25 PM
Yes, I use my bitcoin. But not as always. I use it whenever I need it or if there's an important need arise. Bitcoin has been a helpful asset for me to gain more income through some of the money I invested in it. It is a really good way to keep on pursuing until it's value goes up and up. As the value of bitcoin profits me, I also want to use it for more in our country soon. Hoping that bitcoin can be easily used in different transactions like in groceries or malls.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM in Taiwan on: November 18, 2017, 04:24:25 PM
Hi folks,
Stumbled totally randomly today on this in Tainan City (south-west of Taiwan):

Found out later that this is the only ATM in Tainan, what a lucky find!
And there are for now a total of 5 in Taiwan.

Anyway, made my day and thought I should share here  Cool

Great news! Thank you very much for sharing. This information is a big help for those who use bitcoin in the country. Surely not just the common users but also those real investors would be happy to know this for it will give them less hassle in terms of withdrawing their money. Taiwanese users could gain more comfort in terms of transacting wherever there is Bitcoin ATM in their place. I hope this could be also possible soon to our country and even to other nations.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: November 18, 2017, 04:00:33 PM
Yes, nowadays it’s being used in crime, they buy and sell online and pay by bitcoin. Because it’s untraceable. So police can’t get clue to caught them. I think it’s dangerous.
You got a valid point on this. Bitcoin is being used for illegal transaction online as well because of its untraceable nature. Though we know that bitcoin is helping a lot of people for an easier transaction for good use, there are also bad people who use it for their own gain to make bad intention for others. Example, the new crime we know now at the internet like the child exploitation live videos allowing the perpetrators to command children to do something illegal. They usually transact through bitcoin to make sure that their transactions has no record to the public.
299  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaches 8000 USD on: November 18, 2017, 11:02:35 AM
Truly that Bitcoin is reaching it's highest potential and has almost reached 8000 USD nowadays. Of course most of us hope that bitcoin will increase all the more its values. Bitcoin has a very competitive nature amongst other alternative coins of course. People nowadays delights on investing on bitcoin since it has been marketed well around the world. No wonder this can reach more than 10000 USD in the next few months.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: November 18, 2017, 10:51:50 AM
The situation of our economy in our country is fine. Though we are one of the developing countries in Asia, I could say that our economy as well is competing well with other countries. Good thing that our government is doing something about it even little by little. Also, just recently, our central bank just recognized bitcoin in our country to be used by our people. Great progress so far.
