42  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 94% Con by Jon Montroll on: February 18, 2014, 09:38:30 PM
So.... roughly 3-4 months on, and no progress has been made by Ukyo/Jon/People in Cypress/whoever.... In this time we've had some of the worst updates on the situations, some of the most bullshit excuses, and some mumbo jumbo of problems with code / problems with keys / problems with wallets / problems with block chain number 123456whatever.... and the only thing that we got back was ~6% funds that some people have withdrawn before the blockchain 277596 problem...

In that time, Bitcoins have been going up in price from ~$300 up to it's highest of $1200 - and now they've plummeted again back to where we started of about $320.

So... anyone know what the latest excuse is for having the funds tied up? Are we still hiding behind the "it's a legal issue and if I told you now you'd lose all your money" ?

Send UKYO to the  count !!!

I think if ukyo didnt pay me back in 2 months im sure his "plan" didnt work and i will go the court way... This amount of time surely should be enough to code his solution or whatever he does. If the timeframe went by then im sure he cant solve it.

The things I am working on are not primarily code. That, as you said, would be fast and easy and something solely reliant on my efforts which means I could fulyl control how fast that could happen.
This issue is that we are working with others who have their own schedules and have a todo list that mostly requires previous steps completed before moving onto the next.

And no, Graet is not an owner, just a Director.

Give me back my BTC!!!!will u feel ashame for taking money from innocent people?

we don't even know where he's right now, what he does or what the problem is / was...
don't worry, you're not alone! many poeple "lost" their btc to him Sad
Do u know how to find this guy?because I am going to sue him.....

Can someone find a pic of the guy?
As I mentioned earlier Jon is far from anonymous. I personally managed to find a few somewhat blurry and old(2002) pictures of Jon.
Including one where Jon has a cat on his head Cheesy He even confirmed it was him on IRC.

can u please send me that pic...I do like to call the police as well.
48  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: January 22, 2014, 04:40:03 PM
I have 15 bitcoins or so scammed by him. The thing is I am not in US and it's a fortune to go to where he lives and collect things.

I don't mind to pay the local gangster (or what do you call them in US?) necessary fees to collect for me. I don't know the price in US but if I can get my 15.xx bitcoins back, a 15%-30% commission seems reasonable?

You're full of shit. Sue the fucker. It's been two months with little to no communication. As soon as I have the time I'll go to Texas and start collecting up his assets myself.

For those who lost multiple bitcoins - you're a bunch of pussies waiting this long to do something. I've stabbed people over less money.

You will "collect" it? Im not sure how you will do this. If you want to sue him you are prepared for getting a court decision in months or years? Or should i take your "stabbed" more serious and your some kind of thug? Anyway... i think its nothing behind your loud appearence. You dont have a magic way to get the coins back either.

If I lost 10btc or more from this asshole I wouldn't be sitting on the internet like a dumb pussy contemplating when the thief was going to return what he stole. Usually what I do is go to the persons house and collect. Its called 'personal responsibility'. You call it 'being a thug' because you want your daddy government to do the dirty work for you.

Does Jon Montroll drive a car? Does he have expensive jewelry? A computer? I would take anything and everything to compensate for my losses.

nice name !~!

Hi Ascension,

It's gonna be Jan 15th, will there be any dividends for the first half of the month?

I wish we could see more disclosures in the investors' portal.

Best

Probably not. We did some sales with ACH but our costs were more than our profit. Credit card payments should be live in a week or so. Finally got the call today regarding the new merchant account.

hoping everything is fine , and happy Chinese New Year. @Ascension.
50  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: January 22, 2014, 05:11:58 AM
I think there would be no more news, the last hope we can do to get some of our BTC back is legal process.

You may be right Sad. I really hope we hear something soon!
So do I , but at least we still can try with legal action, don't give it up.  Smiley Smiley
51  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: January 22, 2014, 05:05:19 AM
I like to asking other's opinions about involving legal action to against UKYO?? because I am considering to sue UKYO.....

Im considering that too but i spoke with persons that know what happened and all tell me that ukyo's plan is the best bet getting my bitcoins back. So waiting some weeks or even months more wont hurt me very much but sueing him bears the risk that nothing comes back because the problem might be backed by the company, so ukyo dont have to pay, or that it takes years until a court decision is made and bitcoins come. If any.
For some reason weexchange as a company seems to be important for that "plan". Whatever it is.

I am not only had BTC stuck with WeExchange, most are tied with UKYO's loan which is about 177BTC. and the rest is about 17 BTC stuck in WeEX.
this is everything I have ,I am a true BITCOIN supporter ,I sold my previous car to bought those BTC, I can't simply do nothing and let it go.
Personally ,I am not live in the USA ,to sue UKYO will become a bit difficult for me, but since I got US VISA, I think that would not be a big issue.
if anyone sees this message and who have any friend can be help in this case ,please refer he/she to me. I will contact he/she to discuss about the lawyer fee and all other things... I planed fly to Texas in March, if I can't find any lawyer before that date, I will go there and find a lawyer directly by visit local law firm.
also if anyone has UKYO's persona information as his home address, his age or his phone number. please PM me.  Wink

Any news on the portal?
55  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: January 04, 2014, 05:30:41 AM

What about the funds loaned to you personally? Since the WeExchange thread is all about company vs personal, how does that relate to Ukyo.Loan? Since those funds have nothing to do with BF or WeEx.

Please provide some info on what will be able to get claimed? 10%? 20%? 50%? All? Dividends included? Some info

This is where I got screwed just as bad as everyone else from the situation. (Not that others care about my losses which far exceeded most.)
The bitcoins remaining from the loan shares were held with WeExchange like everyone else.

I am still working to make use of progress from loan which should be allow to get dividends going again as soon as things are ready.
This should also lead towards redemption as well.

-Ukyo
Hope U can make things become normal as soon as possible!

58  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 20, 2013, 01:56:15 AM
I should have a very pleasant 2013 ,but Ukyo makes me so
Depression.I think other Weex users have the same feelling.
No information ,only get back 6% of my fund, and still suffering sleepless night .
59  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Proces on: December 17, 2013, 12:42:29 PM
For anyone out there doing the math, everyone is getting about 6% of their money back, and there are 386 bitcoins that were available for distribution.  This means that in total, about BTC6433 are involved - with 6047 remaining involved after the payout of the 386.

That's US$4.5 million still outstanding.
And plus the loans ,it about 10000 btcs are stuck in this situation.
60  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 17, 2013, 01:41:17 AM
