301  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: October 30, 2017, 06:07:44 PM
short answer no, just a little crisis due to the price being low/many lost huge amount of money because they bought at the peak, taxes being a problem, and other small stuff

just a despair phase that is very long apparently

True, bitcoin survives despite its anonymity  and very small value and manage to grow upto this point of time. Maybe those who declare Bitcoin is dead because they lost their investment by cutting their loss early during the red market values during crisis and issues about bitcoin.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: October 28, 2017, 08:42:46 PM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

Of course just as it make sense that bitcoin can possibly used as a currency. Everything is subject to change like gold and cash for investing which now  is replaced by bitcoin so for me it is not impossible for bitcoin to be replaced also by another cryptocurrencie or maybe a new form of currency but I doubt  that it will be replaced soon I think a decade is the minimum time to outshine bitcoin in the investment industry.
303  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: October 28, 2017, 06:39:14 PM
i think it is, because in the year 2011 you can buy a Bitcoin for only 4$ and if you buy 100 Bitcoin before and you still have it now , then you are a millionaire , and if you buy bitcoin now it's late, because the price of BTC now is expensive

Its a normal response to feel late specially when bitcoins price change drastically compared to when its started. Even I when bitcoin was discussed to me by my friend this early 2017 I thought it was too late for me to even invest and participate to bitcoin but according to experts and based on the market chart I think bitcoins is even almost halfway of its highest potential value which means it is still not too late to buy and hold your coins.

305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: October 24, 2017, 08:02:59 AM
I dont think so. In the end game Gold is still a precious metal and a beautiful thing in the eyes of a person. Bitcoin is a different story as it is a very good way to make transactions so as for the better currency the bitcoin would be best of two as for my opinion.

But I think in terms of trading bitcoins defeats gold in that field.  More people were able to participate in bitcoin's market compared to gold since it is more accessible and easily earned even by a regular enployee and non professional traders which makes its demand and supply flourish greatly this year compared to gold.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: October 24, 2017, 07:24:06 AM
https://www.deepdotweb.com/2016/01/23/bitcoin-playing-an-increased-role-in-crime-europol-says/

Would you believe that the existence of bitcoin has increased the number of criminality in  some countries in the world. This is the issue that was being thrown by the EuroPol and the UK Metropolitan Police. According to them bitcoin has played a huge role on the increasing criminality in their area. They added that a huge number of cybercriminals were using bitcoins in their activities.

This just shows that as bitcoin develops both advantages and disadvantages will tag along.

Not really, its more likely the existence of internet because bitcoin is only a mode of payment which is used for illegal transactions in the internet. With or without bitcoins underground transactions would still continue and they will just find new mode of payment because it is easy to mask your identity and actions throughout the internet.
307  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: October 24, 2017, 06:42:44 AM
learn trading it would be more beneficial for you in the long run. Just learn how it works, the basics, etc. then you're money/bitcoin will grow. Just don't rush things especially when you invest.. it's take a lot of time and hard work.

True, your money will be more well spent on learning and education because whatever happens to your future investments everything you have learnt will support it and will play a major key in the success of your trades. Take your time, find trustworthy people and a well establish investment company if your are going to try it.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: October 23, 2017, 08:37:53 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes

a 100% yes, aside from bitcoins value its not like everyone can buy or mine a pure gold in their local stores or trade market and it is somewhat prone to thieves specially in third world countries you can't even wear gold accessories casually in the street. Anyway what I'm saying is bitcoin is more accessible to everyone since it is internet based and everyone who has an access to internet is capable of trading , buying or earning it.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: October 23, 2017, 08:04:30 PM
I am sure that in the coming months, Bitcoin can be a part of the discussions in many classrooms. Now, instead of focusing more on Bitcoin, what should be discussed is the technology behind Bitcoin which we all know is Blockchain Technology. I think that is the game changer of this whole thing and it can be applied in so many industries and can even be applied in schools.

It would be best if they study the core of bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies on how it became successful and the system behind it just to inspire the students, a minor topic would be enough but to see bitcoin as a course or a part of curriculum would be too much since the very basic and nature of bitcoin can be self studied. They should focus on its strategy and trends in investing to discuss to students with related programs like business administration or accounting majors.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: October 23, 2017, 06:56:44 PM
How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

Neither technology or legality issues will stop it, only the people who uses it and the market and services available then if that happens all bitcoins would stop circulating and become obsolete which might result to going back to usual currency or a birth of a new cryptocurrency but I doubt that it would happen.

312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: October 23, 2017, 01:33:09 AM
Not unless imposed by force by the state.

There still are people that aren't dumb enough to go all virtual and risk the loss of everything if there is no internet connection

And not to mention the vulnerability of coins to threats such as phishing sites, hackers, viruses, malwares etc. that might take all your bitcoins which I think has a higher chance than holdups and pickpockets occurence. But it all depends on our attitude towards our security measures and being vigilant.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: October 22, 2017, 03:48:05 PM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
The risk in investments into bitcoin is losing all of money because there are not people who gives us guarantee
bitcoin will be survive for long time and still there is values in bitcoin,
but if we see on the marketcap.com bitcoin is the best digital coins be compared with other altcoins
so how much do you be ready to losing money in digital coins?, that the amount must be invested in bitcoin.

that is if you invested 100% of your resources and money to bitcoin, the greater the investment the higher the profit and risks which is applied not just in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies but also on any other form of investments such as gold. The odds are affected by the market charts and the trends itself ever since bitcoins started but it is a matter of perception on how you view things, are you willing to take risk? I will, because nothing will happens by always by staying in our comfort zones.
314  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: October 22, 2017, 03:14:18 PM
better to invest in bitcoin, gold maybe more secure, but bitcoin has more potential to grow

saving money in the bank, will only mean losing them in the long-term with the current high inflation

Investing online is indeed better than saving in the bank, but be careful when investing because there were so many scammers out there. Hiring some people who has experience with investing may help you and it will lessen the risks but make sure you are surrounded with trustworthy people when you are giving them the control over your resources for investments.

What are the things to do to succeed in trade? What are you doing to make your business bigger?

Study and learn.  The first step to be successful in trade and business.  Aside from that you need to do research and get some successful people as referrence and mimic their strategy.  It works for them there is a big possibility that it will work for you, but of course always make your decision according to your current status.

How can we make more money?

Get a job and add many side jobs.

It is indeed right. The first thing to do before you start a business is to educate yourself, you can't just go out there and start a business without knowing what it is and what would do. Before starting business, you must identify first your skills, starting from where you’re good to bad. If you did it right, you may start a business related to the skill that you’re good at and you can also prevent a huge loss because you already know what your weakness is.

Most of the time, people don't have enought time to go out and  expanding your business into internet will help not only those people but also your business.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 17, 2017, 03:33:01 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes it is but by chance it would also give you great profit though it is not recommendable. Investing all your money is like gambling and the more resources you invest the greater the risk you are dealing with. At least save 30% or 40% of your money and invest the remaining, bitcoins still provides greater odds for profit as a form of investment.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on Uber on: October 17, 2017, 03:19:54 PM
Great news! I'm dreaming to see Bitcoin as payment option for Uber as well Smiley

Same here! and imagine if even fast food chains and super markets accepts bitcoins too then it would be great for bitcoin users. This step that UBER made will surely increase the likeliness of bitcoins as a mode of payment for other future services and I hope it will lead to a world wide acceptance of cryptocurrencies.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: October 17, 2017, 02:42:22 PM
First of all, learn to accept the fact that nothing is free and thus if you want to earn something, then you must invest something and it doesn't need only money. So even if you don't want to invest money, even in that case you can earn sufficient amount by spending your time and using your skills. There are many ways out there to earn bitcoins without investment, the best one is to offer the skills and services and charging bitcoins for it.

correct, there should always be an equivalent trade in everything that we do, ruin comes in your life without balance of these even in terms of bitcoins, I would suggest that he should explore hes way through bitcointalks forum and learn a lot of things from different thread thus you will gain skills and improve your account rank too make you eligible to other opportunities for earning bitcoins without having to release money.
