281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: November 07, 2017, 07:19:02 AM
Ok guys. It's time to inform porn industry that we want to pay in Bitcoins. You have any ideas on how to do it? Bitcoin is perfect payment method for p0rn - anonymous and very fast. And they don't care about fluctiation because they profit anyway.
If some major sites will start accepting bitcoins, there will be huge demand for Bitcoins  Cheesy  What do you think?

I agree that it is the perfect payment method for porn and I have seen some adult websites lately resurfacing that uses bitcoin for their vip accounts and services and most of them are online cam and live streams though I know there have been porn sites that accepts bitcoin even when its value was really low, I actually see one in deepweb if you want to access their full gallery but I don't use my hard earned bitcoins for porn since I find ways to access premium sites anyways.
282  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: November 07, 2017, 07:04:42 AM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley

I don't actually share it to everyone but only to my close friends and family members  and  I do it mostly by showing them my actual profit and wallet though some of them still become skeptic but most are curious and tend to research it themselves. Then most of them learned bitcoin's technicalities deeply as they research it themselves, I find it hard to share knowledge by just spoon feeding information so I spark their attention and make them curious about it.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: November 01, 2017, 08:22:59 PM
Where there is a chance , criminal will take the advantage of it so as long as we can prevent our self  for getting scam, I think it will be okay
World are fill over many type of people, they have their own reason to be a good or bad guy especially when this world getting over populated, many people look over the wealth more often

I agree in whenever there is a chance a criminal will take advantage but I think not just criminals do it, we all take our chances and opportunities whenever we had it its just that we are educated and privileged enough to see all our opportunities in life not just the ones that would take advantage to other people. I'm sure most of the people who scams are those that do not know how to earn money properly.
284  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: November 01, 2017, 08:18:33 PM
Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.

No matter how good you are or expert in trading you will not be able to predict nor control the outcome of the market and the people who affects it through supply and demand but you can always hypothesize your every move and increase your chance of success by applying what you have learned and observing the market and the society that affects bitcoins.
285  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: November 01, 2017, 08:11:27 PM
What is freedom tho? Free will is an illusion. Henceforth, what would we qualify as freedom? Bitcoin reduces barriers, but there is no such thing as freedom. You are always subject to the amount of BTC you have, to your hormones, and to your genetics to adquire these BTC.

I agree in some of your point about not being free, its true that we are not free and are a subject to our needs and biological functions though it goes back to us controlling what we can control. What bitcoin offers is not being free in terms of its availability it is somehow lets us do more compared to what we can do about money.
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: November 01, 2017, 08:05:00 PM
Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

Well cash is bound to get obsolete anyway since the ever changing advancement in our daily lifestyle and technology. The creation of atm machines, debit card and credit card itself is like a prologue to a cashless society with all transactions made securely with a touch of a button. If ever by any chance internet improves so great and major services relies on it then I believe it would really happen.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: November 01, 2017, 08:01:27 PM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ?
nope. I think satoshi did not make bitcoin for that bad use.

I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
yeah, actually it will make people who do not use bitcoin will think that bitcoin is for criminals. and I ever read someone made a thread who said that his father did not agree his job to earn bitcoin. it was reallt bad.

Well we can't help it since one of the many great features of bitcoin is being private and fast when it comes to transactions online and this advantage have been exploited by criminals to their vile use and so did other currency before bitcoins and even trading materials like from drugs to animals parts like ivory. Everything of value is bound to be used and taken advantage by good and bad people alike.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: November 01, 2017, 07:40:36 PM

The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers.

I haven't been blessed. It was through my foresight that I saw bitcoin for how valuable it was. No man helped me along, and many discouraged me.

And now you are in the right place, I'm sure most of the people here and thread topics encourage you about bitcoin. Blessing is not a matter of chance that you only get ones, you can still be pretty confident since you know something about bitcoin than most of the other people do. We just need to start again and do not let other peoples negativity build you up.
289  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: November 01, 2017, 06:14:34 PM
Which one suits you the most?

I use myetherwallet for me it suits me the most. I started using it ever since I began investing and involved in bitcoin. I find it easy and very user friendly and before trusting my coins with it I have read a lot of good reviews from it plus it has multiple security and ways before getting the information in your wallet which somehow give me peace of mind.
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: November 01, 2017, 05:59:40 PM
The possibilities it could bring to the world and the fact that it is easy to move.

I like the fact the the government is struggling with bitcoin, they try to bring a stamp to everything and have no idea where to put it on bitcoin!

True bitcoin is starting to become a game changer in terms of economic approach that bypass usual way we see currency. I think bitcoin shakes up the investment world and somehow has given a chance to various kind of people regardless of status to somehow participate and earn benefits from bitcoins high value. I like how bitcoin is used in different services and market online that branches out to different kinds of companies and communities that supports it.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: November 01, 2017, 05:45:01 PM
I think that this is the best thing to do if you have a family and you want to secure your family. If you want to have a great future then you should save bitcoin for your children and you should do a lot of work before you reach to the point that you can relax and feel safe with your savings because if you will become greedy in spending money from bitcoin then the savings will not happen because the problem is from you.

I agree, even though I do want to take benefits of the profit from my investment in the future I think mostly my future children and family will make the most out of it specially the bitcoins I will earned and hold by that time. I'm afraid I'm at that stage where I wouldn't be able to travel and move much but as long as I see my plans succeed and my family happy then it wouldn't be a problem.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 01, 2017, 05:31:14 PM
There were many similar threads.
I don't treat Bitcoin like a scheme. I think it's a great piece of technology and an efficient payment system that will take over the old and slow ones like Western Union. It's also a way to get rich, because if it does explode all investors will profit.

Right on target, bitcoin is not a scheme nor an investment program like multi level marketing or other networking investments that promise great profit without a concrete system of earning and security of investments for investors. Bitcoin is a currency that opens the way for small time investors to earn through various ways not just by selling or inviting. Bitcoin is very important for me and I'm looking forward to my investments profit.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: November 01, 2017, 10:24:33 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

I think we don't need to do that and I haven't even seen any country or banks that advertises a currency. Bitcoin is already popular and its bound to know more by worth and willing investors and enthusiast a like. If I don't know bitcoin or anyother cryptocurrency and would seen it on t.v. I think I would think of it as suspicious or a potential scam plus it would get unnecessary attentions that it needs to.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn more BTC?? on: November 01, 2017, 10:10:04 AM
I have been earning BTC through different claiming faucets like BTC clicks, Freebitcoin, Bonus bitcoin, adBTC, Moonbitcoin, Fieldbitcoins with no referrals for about 4 months now. It is so hard. Can someone tell me how can I earn more??   Huh Huh

The best way to earn more is to buy and hold bitcoins so whenever the market goes green you will have a greater percentage of increase in profit based on your initial investment though I find it risky but effective. faucets and freebitcoins are too slow and you may even get baited to some malwares and phishing sites. Honestly I don't trust website giving me coins unless its here in bitcointalk forum.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the currency of the future? on: November 01, 2017, 09:53:17 AM
I see that the more bitcoin the more users seen from the significantly increased bitcoin price increase, is this a sign that bitcoin will soon become the future virtual currency?

Well its starting to turn out to be the most used currency online and since internet is the gateway to future I think bitcoin would be able to continue to adapt and take benefits as internet improves in the near future and since it has become an investment choice of most people in the present then maybe it will truly become the currency of the future whether offline or online.  The increase price is a sign of high demand and somewhat limited supply which makes it exciting for me to try and earn some bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: November 01, 2017, 09:36:22 AM
I'm not going into all that debate and whatnot, all I know is that I can use bitcoin to buy things,
I can use it to pay for my bills, I can even convert it to cash anytime I want. So, as I see it, it's money.
More than that, like fiat it can buy things and like gold it's value could go up or down. Bitcoin does all these while making it easier for payments ;with the near instantaneous transactions and low fees then, as for the value; it could be both good and bad in terms of investmen/speculation becauee of the volatility.

Correct, there's no need to meddle and argue about different aspects and factors of bitcoin's existence as a currency to whether it is money or not. We all know that bitcoins is used in various services and market online and a good way to invest proven by most people and companies who are now adapting bitcoins in their systems.

298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: October 30, 2017, 07:19:21 PM
can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?

Yes they can, every system has flaws and it is not impossible for hackers to bypass security but brute force hacking a wallet is almost next to impossible and would just be a waste of their time but they can still hack you by unkowingly getting your information and credentials like phishing sites or scams.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: October 30, 2017, 06:52:10 PM
I am sure that bitcoin will exist for longer time than we have imagined even when its value will be very low. Blockchain is self stable and self operating platform so there will be nothing like all of sudden bitcoin will disappear.

The proof is the countless companies and services that is establishing and taking a foothold with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies as their core because they believe in Bitcoin's future and I think its value wouldn't go high this much if its just a bubble and also blockchain has been proven and has a well established security  to give investors peace of mind and assurance for the future of their money.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin on: October 30, 2017, 06:26:20 PM
When is the best time to buy bitcoin and when do you think is the best time to sell?
I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)

The best time to buy bitcoins is when its market value goes red, and usually it happens whenever bitcoin faces negative issues and threat through media or current events in some countries. Just set your goals when to buy, hold and sell, your last resort would be cutting your loss if you think it would really put your investment to worst case scenario. But I suggest be firm and hold and buy some more if you can.
