21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: July 22, 2018, 12:09:27 PM
Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?

If the campaign period and sales is successful then you would most likely see it flourish also since its market will be at a very good condition so I guess investing or buying to it could very much prove to be profitable.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manipulating the price of coins? on: July 21, 2018, 08:33:33 AM
The prices are really manipulated, I see this, because by all the rules of the market, which are available today, prices should have gone up many times, there are a lot of tools, but prices are still going down.

I think these so called whales are the most influential people that can affect the market prices since they have the majority of the cryptocurrency that everytime they moves makes a drastic changes in the market value.

Should I invest in cryptocurrency and ICOs?

If you're here then I'm sure you are considering of investing in to one, yes cryptocurrency and ICOs are very much profitable if you know what you are doing so if you are not that  sure I suggest that you research first on the background of the coin or ICO you are going to put your money into, if somehow you landed on a successful ones then I'm quite sure you will earn a lot of profit.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty is like a Box Chocolate on: July 21, 2018, 05:24:47 AM
Being on a bounty campaign is like a box of chocolate you never know what you're going to get.

conclusion:

You never know that a Token you're gonna get have some worth or no.

don't you agree guys?

"Forest Gump Movie Qoutes"
Life is Like a box of chocolate you never know what you're going to get.

But you can choose your brand (bounty campaign manager )  of chocolates and its manufacturer ( people backing up the bounty )  in order to have a glimpse on what you will receive or how will it taste.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: All Airdrops and Bounty campaigns are a scam on: July 21, 2018, 05:21:01 AM
Hello!

Guys are all Airdrops and Bounty campaigns are a scam? any source for trusted ones? or any way to make crypto for free?

Most Airdrops websites are paid by the owners of the projects they don't care if these projects are scam or not since they get their payments in ETH or BTC so I don't trust them!

Thank you!

Not all airdrop and bounty campaigns are scam, though most airdrop campaigns gives out token with no value at all in the market most bounty campaigns are very profitable regardless on when their reach their hard cap or soft cap. Even with the recent issues regarding bounty campaigns not paying I still believe about its credibility.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold your coins in multiple wallets on: July 20, 2018, 08:07:04 PM
Hi,

I lost some coins this year (my own fault in Phising)
But if you send your coins to multiple wallets you can split your investments better.

When your wallet is hacked you only lose this wallet.
This is my lesson for the next time  Smiley (and some other securities)

What do you do to secure your coins / tokens?

They say prevention is better than cure, this is very much applicable also in the cryptocurrency world in which you can also protect your funds by securing credible sites and avoiding risky ones. You may want to book mark exchange platforms and wallet sites that you frequently use your wallet in order to avoid using phishing sites instead.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to buy Altcoin? on: July 20, 2018, 06:57:23 PM
Market we see green again. Is this right time to buy Altcoin?

What do you think?

Yep, if you wait anymore further then you might just miss the chance to grab on the profit from the recent market dump while it recovers gradually. This would be a very good time to invest and buy altcoins since the holiday seasons are coming and the market is expected again to rise.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we heading for full recovery now? on: July 18, 2018, 09:10:33 AM
You should be cautiously optimistic. I wouldn't say we are in full recovery mode yet, but a lot of altcoins seem to be moving up even when bitcoin is doing just.. eh.

True unless we see the market continuously recover until at least $9000 this august then I think it is safe to say that the market is heading now for a full recovery but until then it might still fall again between $6000 to $7000.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: July 18, 2018, 07:20:03 AM
Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

Most people will suggest you to hold and I agree that it is somewhat the best and safest way to respond in these kind of scenarios in these event but it does not always guarantee that it will get you out of the pinch but sometimes it will make you sink even further to the point of no return with your investments completely gone.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world. on: July 18, 2018, 05:57:34 AM

A always doubt or do not go for much easier ways the internet offers when it comes to investments. Always remember that comfort breeds weakness and being gullible is different from being courages you have to take risks smartly and do your research.

and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.

32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty is dead :( on: July 07, 2018, 11:29:41 AM
Guys hello to all, maybe somewhere that already created such a thread, but I'll try to ask again Smiley Recently, I increasingly see that people get quite ridiculous amounts for participating in the bounty, for example, when compared with what was 5 months old back, the amounts are absolutely ridiculous. Do you think this is a temporary phenomenon? Or is the bounty dying? Thanks to everyone, I really want to hear the opinion of people of the rank of Hero and Legendary.

Help us in the fight against bots and scammers!

The forum should also have a regulation regarding these scammers or atleast flag campaigns associated with scammers like tokensuite. It do not just tarnish the name of the credibility of the bounty threads but also the approach of people when it comes to upcoming legit ICOs.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ICO period long? on: July 07, 2018, 11:25:33 AM
This is a question I ask myself all the time that why do so many ICOs usually take so long period of time before they are  finally over. Some ICOs could go for long period of time as long as 6 months and 7 months thereabout. Does it mean the longer the period of ICO the better the rewards? Does that long period of time really mean I will have better profits either as a bounty hunter or an investor? I need some clarification and probably some  advise as a newbie to ICO bounty.

I think because it is necessary to gather as much funds as they can to support their projects just like kickstarter company does. ICO utilize the campaign period to hire bounty hunters to promote their projects and give early bird investors perks and bonuses.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: July 07, 2018, 08:39:54 AM
What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain

I mainly use it for trading but I keep a portion of it for long tern investment since the market is very low now and my portfolio and eth value is far from recovering yet. Compared to other altcoin I find ethereum to be more useful and reliable for various transaction not to mention that its transactions were also fast.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SLeepless nights doing bounty campaign is it worth it? on: July 07, 2018, 08:37:49 AM
I know that there are other members here working day and night doing bounty campaigns. But i think that doing bounty campaigns is not worth it especially if you had a lot of work during the day. Some are just boasting on their bounty campaign earning wherein fact maybe because they are lucky to receive those awards but somehow do not wish that you could be like them because some of the ICO project that you will going to work will not give bounty rewards and some of it will fail, or just pause. So no reason for sleeping late at night.
Im sure there are really people who do have sleepless nights but majority of them are those who work on translations or moderation but talking with signature and repost/retweets then its not actually a valid reason since those things doesnt consume too much time.
Doing bounty is depending into your preference if you do seek up for potential additional profits then it is worthy  to try but you should be ready on the risk behind it.You might really end up on not getting paid and waste all of your efforts been done.

True this is only the case for those who tend to rush to their deadlines when it comes to campaigns that has a deadline of a whole week. Signature campaigns are very easy to do and does not consume a lot of time since you are just almost like browsing through threads and interacting with them .
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook against bitcoin? on: July 07, 2018, 07:06:45 AM
Because they believe that Facebook prohibits bitcoin and ICos and other cryptocurrency
The new Facebook policy will not allow announcements of known digital currency exchanges or initial offers of currencies.
Is it to avoid fraud or false advertising? That's why?

It is not against cryptocurrency but it is preventing the increase scamming schemes via cryptocurrency related projects that utilizes facebook's cheap and easy to access advertisement in which if this will not be regulated then it will also affect the credibility of facebook itself.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best criteria to judge a good bounty on: July 06, 2018, 06:51:43 PM
While some bounty hunters lay more emphasis on the community members of the project. I tend to look at the technical aspect of the Whitepaper, website structure and team because I have seen a lot of projects with large communities failed.

As long as it is not associated with token suite then you have lower risks of being paid according to your efforts. Most campaigns associated with token suites often fails to give rewards and turns out to be a scam so I suggest you stay away from these bounty platforms.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: July 04, 2018, 08:36:56 AM
Are you picky with ICOs?

Ofcourse I am, and you have to also. You really have to be picky when dealing with ICOs, one because there are a lot of them that seems to be good and second is there are a lot of them that just wants to scam you. If you are not picky to these ICOs then you would most likely fell to some random scam ICO that usually gets your attentions first.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etherdelta my favourite on: July 04, 2018, 08:34:44 AM
I am very pleased to use ed, its now familier. When starting days its like a cartoon. Now i get used with userinterface. Its eAsy.

The charges also resesonable. Those days i used poloniex now ed.

I send my eth to cex also using by this..

I love ed.

I used to do so also but after the recent incidents of hacks and very slow service I now resort to other trading platform though etherdelta is my first trading platform used I wouldn't say it is the easiest nor the most user friendly also.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token bounty must hold or sell? on: July 04, 2018, 08:28:10 AM
Many bounty campaign give token..often token bounty has not been paid .. you already exist in the market .. after the price paid it down drastically ... if we hold the token .. later will be able to rise or even added down the price of token bounty

I think you should sell it specially now that the market is quite low and keeps on crashing not to mention the increasing number of the bounty campaigns that do not give out rewards it is much safer for you to just sell the tokens you receive right away but on a reasonable value instead of just holding it to just lose further value.
