2  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook now joining btc? on: July 10, 2018, 02:56:20 PM
Since you are in Bitcoin community, do you know who own the most BTC? Winklevoss twins are the richest Bitcoin owner. Probably they got million of BTC by now. And do you know how Winklevoss twins and Mark Zuckerberg are related? Find out on your own, you will enjoy it. And you will realize Facebook might never join with Bitcoin.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: July 09, 2018, 02:10:34 PM
No, I don't think so. If bitcoin failed as a currency why every people talking about it, why it is so famous. I think it is very successful.

Bitcoin sure is famous and to some extent it is successful. Not just successful, it is very successful. BUT, you should realize by now that Bitcoin is not successful as a coin. People all over the world is using BTC but none of them use it as a currency. We might use it as a currency in the long run but I don't think it's going to happen any time soon.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoins valuable? on: July 07, 2018, 06:35:54 PM
Okay let's talk about Value first. Let's say you have a lot of coin in a certain game. Your friends and their friends all are playing that game regularly for 2 weeks. If you still have that much coin, it has some value for you. Some of your friend might give you money for some coin. Bitcoin is like that actually. If you have it and you can sell it for money then it is valuable.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will other coin beat btc in future ??? on: July 06, 2018, 06:57:53 PM
They might but it's not gonna be easy. Bitcoin is sooo big that the entire blockchain is known as Bitcoin. This is the truth, every newbie first heard about Bitcoin than Blockchain. Understanding the Bitcoins means learning how blockchain works. So, it's not gonna be anything simple that an altcoin will beat BTC.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gold runs blockchain technology on: July 04, 2018, 02:49:43 PM
One of the common and a good conductor for electricity is gold. Processors, some cables, graphics cards etc use gold just for the sake of conducting electricity. Generally these aren't pure gold and definitely not like the jewelry. I wouldn't count it as deflation.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: July 03, 2018, 05:12:09 PM
That depends on the situation. In every unstable investment you shouldn't stick to one rule all the time. It would be wise of you to make the right decision accordingly with the market growth and market flow. Selling all your Altcoins and buying only BTC is like putting all your eggs in one basket. And this is always a bad move to do something close to this kind of actions.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Brand new user on: July 03, 2018, 04:50:49 PM
Bitcoin is a way of investment to make money or earn money. But you have to invest something first. You need to invest your concentration, your time, your attention and most important of all; your patience. It's not easy as you may think, you need to learn about blockchain first. I wish you all the best.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain child porn on: July 01, 2018, 06:15:19 PM
Imaging a person making his/her living just with the help his/her digestive system. Their defecation and their shits are what they live with. They design their shits in many forms and then publish it in portals. And that's not they end of it, people come to see their shit and with their visits and tours people are making money. What an excellent economical venture.
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The root of newbies problem on: July 01, 2018, 04:10:44 AM
So how do you suppose a newbie like me make a quality post?  I need to rank up too while learning, so I post on off-topic and political/society board.  As a matter of fact, everything is already there on this forum or google.  I mean I can learn everything without asking or posting on the forum, but my rank will be forever newbie, right?

tiurminator is right. Just watching and reading and learning is not really that much exciting. You need to participate with the community to take your learning one step ahead. But you are right about "making money" policies. Newbies should learn about Blockchain technology first. Although the goal is to make more money but newbie should invest their time and effort to learn in order to earn money efficiently.
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: France v Argentina: Argentina lost! 4 - 2 on: July 01, 2018, 04:04:40 AM
It was obvious the Argentine were going to lose but they gave us a pretty good match. There were 7 exciting goals where one of them is from penalty. Argentina played well compared to their last 3 matches. With so many good players, Argentina can't do anything (sort of like an imbecile). All the best for France with their speedstar Mbappe.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the Maximum activity level for Jr Member with zero merits? on: June 28, 2018, 07:22:07 PM
Actually there is no limit for your activity. I can be a very good example of this situation here. I got a lot more activity than  required but I don't have any merits so I'm stuck in here. But I didn't stop. I'm continuously being active in this forum.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Are they really going to offer $1M Free Token? on: June 27, 2018, 05:51:40 PM
I have found that OpenGift team is offering 5 (m) GIFT tokens worth $1(m) to their community of software developers and entrepreneurs. I am bit confuse. Why does they need a blockchain and a token ? I research about them I found their ICO was launched back in Feb 2018? Why they are offering free token again? Should I try them? Is it a good option?

14  Economy / Speculation / Re: the reason why bitcoin falls on: June 24, 2018, 08:01:12 PM
It seems to me that this is a normal course for such a large currency, now the bitcoin rests and no one can definitely say whether it will return to its highest price. In my opinion, he will return, but before that all those who are not sure will sell their savings.
I don't think that's the story here. How do you define "large currency". Just with the price or volume of the price? No, that's not the way things are. Bitcoins is most definitely most expensive currency but the usage of Bitcoin is still not large compared to other large currencies (dollar, eupo, chinese yuan etc). All savers who are in doubt wont not need to sell themselves off to set BTC in higher price, but they are the one who will keep holding which gonna cause the rise of the price.

16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transaction fees is going down. on: June 23, 2018, 03:59:38 AM
Markets and merchants do not care about the cost

I don't think that's true. The most important goal of any business is to minimize its cost. When your cost is low, you can make more profit by selling at the same price you used to sell. And I'm talking about every economical business here, not only bitcoin. Costings, transaction fees everything counts. And as the price of the Bitcoin goes down, transaction fees needed to go down as well. And when the transaction fees are low, I believe there will be more transactions than before.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: June 18, 2018, 07:42:27 PM
For the technical purposes, I think Bitcoin is all good. People will say that the transaction price is high and transaction time should be reduced. But I think that's not necessary. The security possess the more importance. And this security cannot be maintained without a longer transaction time. On the other hand, I think the price or value of the Bitcoin needs to be more stable.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the lowest activity score ever to get promoted to a jr member? on: June 18, 2018, 05:43:34 AM
Just 30 will do. But your activity can't exceed 14 in two weeks. I mean, you can post more but your activity would not increase. Offtopic usually doesn't count as activity. So, you need to be careful about that.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I get my Activity? on: June 18, 2018, 05:37:53 AM
There is a different kind of requirement you are going to find here in Bitcointalk. Which is called Merit system. You are gonna find that the activity won't help you much without merits. That means your comments need to be useful or helpful for the others, then there would a little chance that you will receive some merits.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PLAYSTORE and APPSTORE!! on: June 13, 2018, 07:54:29 PM
I dont have any account on paying in the appstore or playstore that is why I only downloading the free version of the application. But if they consider bitcoin in their payment, it would be easy for some of us that do not have an paypal or etc... To buy some applications in fully version. I hope they grant the wish!

It's not that easy as it sounds. The price of the Bitcoin or any other crypto coin needs to be stable first. However, lets put the stability out of the picture. We need to consider the term "Trade". Before the human invented money as a median of trade, people used to trade irrationally. For example, a cow for a bag of rice. Well, Bitcoin will most likely to face a similar trouble here. Maybe Ripple or some other Crypto Currency can be used in appstore or playstore but BTC is too expensive for these.
