ThinkCoin bounty tokens have been disappeared from my wallet without any outgoing transactions. What the heck?
Hi agress0r, Tokens do not just disappear from you wallet. If you haven't already please follow instructions below: To see tokens in your wallet of choice you will need to use the 'Add Token' function on your wallet. I am unable to give exact instructions because I don’t know what type of wallet you are using, but here's step by step: 1. Find the Add Token option 2. Enter the Token Contract Address: 0x6288014d6ba425d71f5fdc1dbfb01378241d78db 3. Give it a name: TCO 4. Decimals: 18 If you have any issues please email support and we will try to resolve your issue. Thanks, Caroline

When will the tokens be unfrozen? Need dates, not the "soon" words.
Hi WhiteManWhite, As soon as we are on exchanges / launching our platform you'll be able to use your tokens.

Because all bull runs go forever, Anyways I got contacted today, and market dropped back to where it was. So your point is kinda null. Update: Process started today. Process?? It shouldnt be a process your US refund it immediately theyre taking you for a fool right before the eth fork just gonna keep you waiting til they can send you the losing forks eth Hi Outsourced, What you are stating is not factual and completely incorrect. If you have any questions I'd suggest to message us before spreading false information. We have informed every US participant that if they want to get refunded they will need to submit their KYC by email and follow the instructions from there. For those who go through the process they will be refunded at their USD value at the time they funded and will be sent back in the required amount of ETH to keep that value. Hope this clears up the misunderstandings. Thanks, Caroline

Ok messaged several people, I'll probably get reported as spam on telegram but it's worth it to do the right thing.
Hi again Outsourced, You will not get reported as spam by asking questions. You can PM me on Telegram @carolinetradeconnect or you can email support@thinkcoin.io. Thanks, Caroline I meant by the people on telegram, not anyone from the tco team Edit: Glad to hear some are getting replies and things are getting sorted, some however have not after days. Curious, maybe it's the amount invested deterring replies. Not entirely sure how you figured out my country of origin considering they blocked me from their telegram months ago for mentioning there were some US citizens in the ico. That's either a really good memory or long term stalking. Hi again, Anyone who made a purchase would have had to register on the portal. We quickly put IP restrictions to prevent US individuals from purchasing as they are not allowed to participate, but a few got through or intentionally tried to work around the IP block. If identified as from the US (after completing KYC) they would have been refunded in the USD value, but back to their funding method i.e. ETH, or BTC. If for some reason some participants have not submitted their KYC or contacted us at support@thinkcoin.io then we cannot help them until they do. Telegram and other forums are not support channels. For any further communication on this specific topic email support@thinkcoin.io. Hope this clarifies your question. Best regards, Caroline That being said as long as that holds true I think it shows the integrity of the tco team, I've personally had to email due to outsourced's crusade I guess. At this moment the team is verifying my kyc to see if I truly am an American citizen and I guess the refund will come later on. So in re: to outsourced's claim of tco being a scam, I highly doubt it, in regards to the refund I will update here whether or not it was equal USD value to put your theory to rest. Also with your attitude you strike me as a bounty Hunter? Try not to ruin it for investors in the future because we're who buys the tokens you sell. Hi Jb91, Thank you for your support! It's good to see some positive mind set. Please allow up to a week for your KYC to be fully verified and should you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to me on Telegram at @carolinetradeconnect or of course emailing support@thinkcoin.io. I'm pleased to have you onboard and thank you again! :-) Best regards, Caroline

I do not think that the developers will agree to conduct AMA. They are comfortable with the current state of Affairs. Here rather need to send complaints to regulatory authorities I filed a complaint with the SEC because I've seen people ask what to do if they're US citizens and get banned from their telegram rooms afterwards. It means there is US citizens as either investors or bounty hunters, project might just r.i.p due to that alone unless they refund the US investors the USD equivalent of their purchase. Hi Outsourced, Once again, any investor that were identified as US resident after completing KYC have been refunded. Any others who have not completed KYC can contact support to make them proceed with a refund. Best regards, Caroline TradeConnect Team And they'll get the USD equivalent back? Or is it an eth refund. I'd like to know before I message some of those banned people. This also doesn't help the bounty hunters but perhaps employment is different than an investor. Hard to say Hi again, Anyone who made a purchase would have had to register on the portal. Apparently it was a promising project, I hope I'm mistaken. Maybe the initial success of the project wasn't expected, I think maybe the team wasn't prepared for it, I'm not talking about incompetence ...
I also think that more transparent explanations must be given, at least everyone will know what is happening and not just speculate the facts!

I received an email informing about the acceleration of TradeConnect development and the update of the website. But the listing has no date yet defined... Waiting for the market to recover is very relative. Who guarantees that this will happen. As always the same excuse...
They do not want to make a listing on the exchange because it will be very difficult for them to sell their tokens on this bear market. But promising everyone "soon" makes things worse, they have no chance. I am sure that if ThinkCoin will be able to enter the exchanger in 2019, they are always updated, this is very good Alot of exchanges have started last year even, hardly any get above $5m USD in volume a day, this token from appearance had said they had the product fully developed. Untrue, they were also going to share 5% of their .2% trading fees let's break that down. 100,000,000 volume * .002 = $200,000 in fees if everyone shares the same fees (unlikely) * 5% = $10,000 divided amongst all of the sold out tokens.... 10,000 / 500m, sorry that's incorrect they changed their total supply to make it look like it sold out. 10,000 / 21m = $.0004 per token held, which will decrease as bonus tokens get released. So let's assume $ .00015 daily per token held, that's pretty good, then costs of sending that over drops it to $.0001 per day per token still pretty good except 100m volume must be achieved at a .2% trade fee rate. In reality: It'll look more like: 5m * .002 * .05 = 500 / 21m = .000002 USD per token held. Hi Outsourced, I'm not quite sure where you are getting your numbers from, but your calculation is completely wrong. Either you have chosen to ignore what was said in the Whitepaper or you have got things the wrong way. If you go to Staker Distributions in our Whitepaper you'll be able to read everything. It is not based on total supply, it will be based on Monthly Staking Contracts and Distributions will be based on participation. Please let me know if anything in unclear. Best regards, Caroline Marketing Project Manager at ThinkCoin

and now he announces tokens will be listed in the market after they will launch beta. and this will also take months. will be even 1 year more
Hi Exadro, I understand your frustration, but we are doing this for the benefit of the project itself. Remember, ThinkCoin (TCO) is a utility token for the TradeConnect network and NOT a crypto currency to be used in other ecosystems or to be speculated on, there would be NO benefit to listing the token at this time just for the sake of listing. Our main project and achievement from the early beginning has been to be able to develop TradeConnect. ThinkCoin was our way of funding it - if you read our Whitepaper you would already be aware of this. There's no reason to spread FUD about our ICO being a scam or that this will take a year, I do get that you have less hope in this as we have delayed the project for some time, but we are now strongly focusing on deliver on our exchange network that we know will make a difference to the current market and contribute to more efficient, transparent, cost-efficient trading on the blockchain. Should you have any concerns - feel free to contact me directly on Telegram: @carolinethinkcoin or you can email support@thinkcoin.io. Best regards, Caroline Marketing and Project Manager ThinkCoin

Hello 'outsourced', We are aware of that we have delayed the project for some time and that you should be informed with a clearer date and time that we will be getting listed on exchanges, but unfortunately we haven't got an exact date yet from the exchange we are getting listed on. Hopefully we will receive this soon and then we will inform you straight away! It's unfortunate to see that you think we are a scam just because we have decided to delay some parts of the project for the best of ThinkCoin and TradeConnect. Please feel free to contact me should you have any concerns. Telegram: @carolinethinkcoin or caroline@thinkcoin.io. Many thanks, Caroline Marketing Project Manager

Initially, in the conditions of the bounty of the company it was not said that its participants will need to pass KYC?
As far as I gathered that is correct, then they decided it was. In the beginning they also apparently would have released bonus tokens at the same time and now have a delay on those, and delayed distribution 5 times(?). It seems they aren't great at sticking to their word. Since we began the bounty campaign the legal situation has changed, in order to comply with new laws we've been made to conduct a KYC on bounty participants. The good news is our team handled the process swiftly - we're now just a few loose ends away from being able to mint all tokens.

How long do I have to go through the KYC procedure? Until the end of closed sales or unlimited amount of time
Please join the bounty channel and read the pinned message - @ThinkCoin_Bounty Maybe that's a purchaser . I've written couple of articles about ThinkCoin and TradeConnect platform as I found this project peculiar allowing to trade various assets with each other avoiding obstacles and intermediaries. And this articles shows an example how it works. Do I find it correct that the platform takes only 1% fee for a single deal done? "Only 1%". Bittrex takes .25%, Cobinhood takes 0%. @thinkme1st I guess whenever, since the sale is never going to end. Wait, sorry the sale ends this week, it also ends next week. The 1% ConnectFee is not for the team - it goes to market makers, takers and stakers. It's our way of incentivising active use of the network, in reality, our fees are much lower than existing services.

The idea of the project is very good, especially useful for traders. Interesting, on this platform, you can trade stocks and bonds or only currency?
A complete range of financial markets will be available - if you can trade it now, you will be able to on TradeConnect. We will be beginning with forex and adding more markets as the year progresses. Thanks for the question, and if you have any more please get let us know. In which jurisdiction is your business registered? We're a licensed brokerage in both the UK and Australia.
