Problem solved please deleted topic
It won't be deleted. Just lock it. The lock topic option is at the bottom left of your page.
That being said, avoid changenow at all costs, try those instant exchanges listed here. The higher the ratings, the better
102  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit locked/pending withdrawals on: March 22, 2024, 03:56:21 PM
Even though the screenshot exists, it will not be considered valid because all casinos will write about their right to update terms and conditions like this:

Quote
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
source: rollbit
But the same snippet you shared states that they have to make reasonable effort to provide a notice to the users as highlighted. Maybe OP missed out the emails from them. I don't know for sure.
A much better approach would be to Geoblock restricted Countries as soon as the Country is included in the list. These would deter users from those Jurisdications from continuing to use the casino

According to Wayback Machine

Somewhere in 23rd March 2023, Belgium wasn't in the restricted list - https://web.archive.org/web/20230323043938/https://help.rollbit.com/en/articles/6176539-restricted-countries

By 7th December 2023, Belgium was in the restircted list - https://web.archive.org/web/20230323043938/https://help.rollbit.com/en/articles/6176539-restricted-countries
So the change probably came in effect between that period. The question is, did Rollbit notify the users about the change?
103  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Careful if you using Solflare Solana wallet on: March 22, 2024, 03:41:07 PM
JE6Csox12XVCzqDz2kt2PCR8qnfiXcwTHSt2SvJ1Jkri

This is the address stolen my total crypto from Solflare, same as you mentioned in the subjected post. Can we report this address and can get back my assets?
Unfortunately, you can not get your funds back. But the best thing to do is to report how you were scammed so that this can prevent other future users from falling for the similar kind of scam

I looked into the address on Solscan, and it looks like the scammer is ripping big from his scam tactic. Absolutely sad.
104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware Shuffle.com Shady Casino/Sportsbook on: March 22, 2024, 03:16:44 PM
I went ahead and submitted my ID and now they further verification for KYC3! like utility or bank statement . Which is not even available for my country (according to settings) they want me to provide it in live chat.
That's probably for proof of location. Don't they provide Utility Bills or Bank statements in your Country?
Honestly, if you don't want to do any KYC or provide any sensitive personal data then I suggest you completely stop signing up for the online casinos

As I predicted and probably after providing that they will ask me to take selfie or video calll just to further hassle me.  I won't entertain them anymore and consider my deposit/money gone. But be careful with this shady casino
It's your call to make, though it's a painful one.
105  Economy / Services / Re: Need help loading my Vast.ai account credit with crypto on: March 22, 2024, 12:25:24 PM
i just used my binance account to fill the credit on vast ai
Would you mind explaining how?
I am seeing only Stripe, Coinbase and Crypto.com options. No Binance Pay.
106  Other / Archival / Re: mods to delete this on: March 21, 2024, 11:59:19 PM
A few hours after making an announcement and OP what's the mods to delete the thread? Why? I ask myself. Maybe some members put up some pretty strong point which made Op feel guilty and try to back off. Shady to me!

For context. This is what was in the OP

107  Other / Meta / Is the Merit circulation on a downtrend yet Bitcoin is on an uptrend? on: March 21, 2024, 11:40:51 PM
Is merit spending becoming more and more scarce lately?

I couldn't surely be the only one noticing this. Most of the time, I find posts worth meriting, but I can't, because in most cases I have zero sMerits, something that was rare to me in the past. I know about reporting them to some threads, but it gets tiring if I can't even have 1 sMerit every other time I see a post.

Not that I am a perfect merit earner or poster. I am just an average member and from this perspective, to me, it seems there has either been;
A. Depletion of spendable merits among members like me due to low merit circulation.
B. A drop in the number of active merit sources.
C. A drop in forum activity.

Could some folks please help us with the stats? @LoyceV, @DdmrDdmr @tranthidung

Theymos could you please look into this? I don't remember the last time you approved new merit sources.

108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 21, 2024, 10:59:20 PM
What is quite worrying is the results of Girona's matches in the future. Whether they can produce wins in most of the remaining matches or not. The problem is that the difference between Girona's points and the lower ranks is only 6 points. So this might be a bit risky when you remember that Girona still has to compete against strong clubs. If at least they can do this and maintain it better than Bilbao, it is possible that Girona will continue to stay in 3rd or 4th position
Like you guys didn't expect Girona to slump under pressure toward the business end of the season? This has been a come thing throughout the league seasons in Europe's top leagues. Nothing new, so personally I am not surprised.

The Liverpool vs Man City match controversy about refereeing decisions has been answered. The EPL referees commission ruled it was not the referee's fault but that both were in Doku's position to get the ball earlier than Mac Allister, so the shot towards the Liverpool midfielder's body was not a foul but a 50:50 situation. Howard Webb, chairman of the referees committee, agreed with the referee's decision at the time. Indeed, everyone has the right to have an opinion and there may be many people who disagree with this decision.
Mate, how is this connected to la Liga?  Roll Eyes
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BSV trading in USA on: March 21, 2024, 10:19:50 PM
Most of the exchanges that support BSV trading restrict US customers from using their service. You can still use Exodus wallet’s built-in instant exchange to do a cross-chain swap for a coin that is supported on US exchanges.
1. Service fees are very expensive. I tried exchange 100 USDT to USDC and what I was to receive 96.5 USDC that's about 3.5%  Shocked
2. They use third party API providers which may request for KYC. Pretty sure most of those exchanges don't want US citizens to use their platforms
Third Party API Providers
 ● The Services may incorporate, or may provide access to, applications or materials that are
hosted by or allow users to transfer custody to another party, including, but not limited to:
 ○ Crypto assets, such as Ethereum and Bitcoin;
 ○ Cryptocurrency exchanges (for token-to-token exchanges), such as 1inch

Simpleswap.io is another no-KYC instant exchange that supports BSV.
Simpleswap sometimes needs KYC according to their TOS. Be careful

110  Economy / Reputation / Re: DomainNamePRO Selling Domains in Service Announcements? on: March 20, 2024, 11:22:43 PM
BitcoinCollege is still in the service announcements board, though, despite your report. Did the mods just miss it out, or he moved it back to the board from digital goods?
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10x vs 15x Margin Trade Question on: March 20, 2024, 10:57:48 PM
ROE
Price
PNL
What you should be using to take profit is PNL (Profit and Loss) instead of ROE (Return of Equity) to avoid confusion. PNL is direct and easier to calculate, whereas ROE has been explained by tvplus006.

I wanted you to mention the exchange you are using so that I can help point you to some articles you can try reading, but you didn't bother to mention it. Anyway. I hope you understood what was confusing you.
112  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Keterion.com - Send Bitcoin and more without fees!🌶️ on: March 17, 2024, 11:56:01 PM
Even withdrawing can be the same as sending Bitcoin to an external addressa and yet you charge fees for it

NOTE: We do charge a fee for withdrawals! It's 1% + network fee.
Therefore, your title is completely misleading.
113  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp withdrawal delays, failure to execute withdrawals, Bitstamp failing? on: March 17, 2024, 11:30:30 PM
Try buying some of the BTC using the GBP, move it out of Bitstamp to some other exchange that works in your country, and you have already registered with it and try to withdraw to your bank account. Do In small amounts first to see if it works
This could save you from the unending drama that Bistamp is trying to throw at you.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10x vs 15x Margin Trade Question on: March 17, 2024, 10:57:13 PM
craigs, what crypto exchange are you using?
I would love to check it out for you. Honestly, take profit ROE is new to me. Never used it before on the exchanges I use to trade perpetual contracts, and I think I am getting to understand why your take profit seems much lower than you expect

On the dropdown arrow after ROE, what other option do you see?

115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: High-Frequency trading (HFT). on: March 17, 2024, 10:43:40 PM
I have mostly heard about High-Frequnecy Trading in stocks and it still makes no sense to me. In terms of stocks,  the point of buying stocks is to give your money to a company so that the company grows, allowing your money to grow with it. In the case of HFT, you give your money to a company and you sell it a second later, so what is the point of doing that? The company might as well go private and save itself the troubles associated with the stock market.
It makes sense because the traders are trying to make profits, and they are doing it much quicker rather that wait for the company stock value to grow, which is a long term thing if you have been observant about stock markets.

If you are a trader and had an opportunity to make quick profits trading Bitcoin, would you still buy bitcoin, sit down and await for several months or years for the price to grow to your desirable profit?
116  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Mexc wont unfreeze my account on: March 17, 2024, 02:15:39 PM
To what extent? I've been told contracts have been ruled unenforceable if one party can unilaterally modify terms to their sole benefit in bad faith. Certainly they have the right to do what you said but if any violations were found they SHOULD have to provide proof, no?
So you just registered your account today just to respond to @albon  Grin
Are you the same person as OP, or you have some other hidden agenda we don't know about? Because, to me it all seems personal.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the most secure BTC futures exchange with good trading volume? on: March 17, 2024, 12:17:48 PM
From Coinmarketcap or Coingecko, you will find top exchanges, need Futures, you can choose Derivatives and see their lost of top exchanges.
He seems to be mostly focusing on quarterly/delivery contracts and not just derivatives that are general, and the most popular ones in the crypto space are perpetual swaps. I have taken time to look at for example the Bitcoin quarterly futures contracts on exchanges where we think volumes are high, but the liquidity doesn't seem good there at all. Which is why I asked OP why he prefers those kinds of contract over perpetual swaps.
118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10x vs 15x Margin Trade Question on: March 17, 2024, 11:42:11 AM
How do I upload a screenshot here?

Just upload the screenshots to https://talkimg.com/ and share the links here

craigs, Oshosondy pretty much answered your question.

5% take profit for a $1000 position ($100 and 10x leverage) is approx $50
5% take profit for a $1500 position ($100 and 15x leverage) is approx $75

But we haven't looked at other factors such as your TP being triggered by the mark price or last price, trading fees and funding fees. They very much affect the profit you could make. Don't also forget that some exchanges have a risk management feature whereby when you try to adjust the leverage, the position size automatically changes, which is why looking at your screenshots is important to deduce what could have happened.
119  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wonderland Time Scam (Invested $100,000 Originally) on: March 16, 2024, 11:28:34 PM
$100,000 is quite an amount to let it lying with altcoins that can get hacked, change code and chains anytime they want. If I was in your position, I think I would keep checking the address and community chat everywhere  Grin

The swapping process happened about 3 years ago, you probably missed that if you did not check the community chats and channels
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: High-Frequency trading (HFT). on: March 16, 2024, 10:49:35 PM
High-Frequency trading (HFT) exists even in crypto, but is more common with markets like stocks and is often carried out by big players and corporations that have a lot of resources to purchase very fast computers and also build right next to servers of an exchange or broker. In HFT, even a millisecond matters, so High Frequency traders have to ensure they catch the deal earlier than anyone else.

I don't think there's any trader lying around in this forum who uses that strategy.

Anyone interest can watch this documentary on Aljazeera - Money Bots: The truth behind high-frequency trading
