Reflecting on my journey, it's clear that there won't be a cheerful resolution to this tale. It's a source of disappointment for me, underlined by the fact that even they seem to have abandoned the very wallet that now holds significant value. The reasons behind their actions remain a mystery to me, and it's a sentiment that evokes a sense of sadness. This is the account of my experience, albeit one that lacks a happy ending. 🙁
But how on earth would you create an account on a platform, make a deposit and completely forget about it?
Are you sure you never gambled off that money you had deposited there before you completely forgot about everything?

That being said;

I saw this about inactive accounts in their terms

This could simply mean that the balance that was recorded in your account could now be close to zero after all those months. Is it worth the hustle? I don't think so.
802  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet - account closure request not satisfacted on: August 29, 2023, 10:58:16 PM
If there were any funds in the account that you had deposited but had not staked and lost, then it would be more than far that they return your funds. I don't think they would hold on to that, but if you are expecting to be refunded the money on the bets you have already lost, then forget about it
803  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trading stradegy on: August 29, 2023, 10:43:35 PM
Shouldn't you be having enough funds by now since the strategy seem to be working for you according to your narrative?
Shorting low cap altcoins is pretty hard because there are certain one minute wicks that form (pump and dump in one minute) and they can even liquidate your position or activate your SL with ease.

It's not as easy as you think
804  Economy / Services / Re: Services offered for crypto on: August 28, 2023, 11:34:24 PM
I can offer crypto buying/selling with out KYC.
A number of trustworthy p2p exchanges that do not require KYC verification to use their platforms, such as localcoinswap.com, HodlHodl.com, Agoradesk can offer buying and selling of crypto. Why would members abandon such service and use you instead?
What more do you offer than those already reputable exchanges?
805  Economy / Goods / Re: Platoo.Business - Free Unlimited Virtual and Physical VISA Cards on: August 28, 2023, 11:03:00 PM
Any trusted members that can vouch for this service?
Not any that I know of

I advise you to be very careful with such a service. Brand-new accounts bumping ANN threads of services with positive reviews isn't something new here and most of those services are always suspicious as it's easy to create multiple Bitcointalk accounts.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [banned mixer] 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: August 28, 2023, 10:38:04 PM
Yeah, he performed amazing last year with his match point goals, and he deserves all of the personal awards he received in the league, but if I'm not mistaken, the Ballon d'or power rankings are determined based on club and country performance, and here is where Messi and Mbappe beat over Halaand in the list. Not to mention that Halaand ghosted in every major match and cup final for Manchester City last season.

He's still young, and his time will come, but I don't believe he deserves the Ballon d'Or this year. Rodri deserves to be higher up than Halaand, but people no longer watch football because they are more interested in the goal scorer than the creators.
I think European achievements play a very big role, and this is where I see a city player bagging it, especially for the fact that they made history for Manchester City in UCL. Haaland putting the EPL top scorer record to shreds with ease after so many years.

But of course it's going to be about popularity, publicity as usual, and they will just hand it over to Messi because of the world cup because club wise, Mbappé edged him.
807  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: August 27, 2023, 11:48:09 PM
I made this screenshot today, and I think it means they are not abandoning their  site
Perhaps a way of giving you false hope?
or
They are not abandoning it so that they can continue to scam more in the near future?

Honestly, whoever continues to trust this site after the recent events, will be on their won.

they are trying to fix it, whatever happened with it. When they are back, they may explain to us what happened and they may not.
If they were to explain what happened, they would have done it by now. An offline site or "scheduled maintenance" does not stop the owners from explaining through other channels what is going on.
808  Other / Meta / Re: how to know how many members have badges? on: August 25, 2023, 11:45:53 PM
If we talk about some forum contests, it seems to me that the winner keeps the badges permanently, and the others get them temporarily, while for some other badges the status is permanent.

@gmaxwell has a badge called "Bitcoin expert" and there is no doubt that it is something permanent, although I have to admit that @achow101 seems to have had a badge in the past that I can't see now (Bitcoin-Qt core developer). It is possible that (like some other things) badges can be removed on request.
Yeah, achow101 had a badge at one point. I have to ask though, was the Bitcoin expert badge too through a contest or just a recognition that one is a very active bitcoin developer?
809  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎮LEETBIT.IO - 1337 Casino & Esports 🎮 Telegram Casino ⚡️ on: August 25, 2023, 11:21:15 PM
Well, it's a nice thing they stated this and it's easily seen on the site. But full KYC when we reach a $2k deposit/withdrawal is a bit funny in my opinion. Why not from the start?
Exchanges have these kinds of limits from as far as I recall, but I don't see you complaining about them. How different is this?

Obviously, I am not a fan of KYC, but let's be fair. They are upfront about their limits and what they will do once the limits have been surpassed. This can help you make a choice on whether to sign up and use the service or not.
810  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake Google Sheets Extension - Scammed | Last Update! on: August 25, 2023, 10:52:35 PM
I've only used Ubuntu once, quite a few years ago, and it's a completely different environment that I couldn't get used to.
Trust me, with time, you eventually get used to It.
I will speak for myself, I am not a nerd and Linux gave me some hard time for the first few weeks, but I got used to it after a while. When I am into transactions and trading, I often use it as compared to my Windows 11. Everyone always starts from somewhere.

The only downside is that there are some platforms that just have Windows and macOS app support and no Linux, but this is minimal
811  Other / Meta / Re: Request for unbanned my account. on: August 25, 2023, 10:21:07 PM
Since the last two lines of my post match that article, everyone thinks I copied that post. But I don't think I need to copy and post information from somewhere else to post on my local board. I wrote the post in my own way but my last two lines coincided with the article unexpectedly but still I apologize.
Coincidence, huh?

44 words translated from the English article, and it was a coincidence?
Hard luck getting your account unbanned!

Quote
You can see my past posts that I haven't copied and pasted from anywhere I post my own way.
Mods don't care about your past posts. What got you banned is not your past.

It's like killing someone today and then telling the cops, "Hey, you can look into my past, I didn't kill anyone, so you should let me go"

When I was new here I started posting by looking at all the rules first. I have also seen this rule that no plagiarism or copying posts can be done here, ID will be canceled immediately. If you read my entire post I did not try to plagiarize my post but accidentally the last two lines match that article. Posting in your own local thread in your own language does not require plagiarizing information from other places.
The last two lines accidentally match that article! Alright boss.
812  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] SecureShift.io , instant crypto exchange with full privacy on: August 25, 2023, 10:08:54 PM
To add on more, I also noticed you folks have no maximum limits for the number of coins I can exchange, which I think is a flaw.

For example, if I needed to exchange 1,000,000 BTC for 15,364,415 ETH. Do you have that much Ether in your reserves? For a new service? I doubt.

813  Other / Meta / Re: Request for unbanned my account. on: August 25, 2023, 01:49:02 PM
What stopped you from referencing or quoting the source of the last two lines you copied from somewhere?

Honestly, I know it's a bit harsh, but it is also your fault copying someone else's work and passing it as your own. We don't do that here. You lose completely nothing if you quote or cite the source in your post. It's a shame.
814  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Account seller is Back on: August 25, 2023, 01:41:23 PM
I never understood why they allow people to sell their accounts to each other here. It's indefensible. Or maybe I am missing something here? Inform me about it. I want to know both arguments.
Because having multiple accounts is one thing that has been allowed in the forum from the beginning so to curb account sales, banning multiple accounts should be put in place which is close to impossible or might lead to catastrophic effects to the forum growth so I guess that's why admin is reluctant when it comes to that.

Accounts back then were of little value, so there was no point buying an account. One could grow an account from brand new to legendary effortlessly until spam and bots became a problem, so measures were put in place to curb spamming like activity points, merit.
815  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Telegram and it's misue for scammers. on: August 25, 2023, 01:23:03 PM
It's why I developed a total hate for telegram. I used to love it back then, until it became a safe haven for scammers. Royse777, whenever you come across such accounts trying to scam you, I advise you to report for unsolicited PM spam and also scam.

You can also encourage your business partners to report the accounts. Telegram will block them from sending messages after a few reports. I have also seen cases where telegram leaves a banner near the username of an account showing the word "SCAM" though I don't know the required threshold of reports before they decide to label it scam.
816  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎮LEETBIT.IO - 1337 Casino & Esports 🎮 Telegram Casino ⚡️ on: August 24, 2023, 11:42:21 PM
The only thing that i dont like is this;

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

I would say that it is really just that a small amount which it could be easily be achieved out on that 2k eur deposit.
Then asking these?
A copy of Government Issued Photo ID (in some cases front and back depending on the doc)
A selfie of themselves holding the ID doc
A bank statement/Utility Bill

Source
It's better if they are upfront about the KYC verification requirements and rules rather that lie to you that customers don't need any KYC verification and once you make a big winning they impose on you an impossible to pass KYC verification procedure.

I mean, how many casino out there will you play in and there is a guarantee they won't ever ask for KYC. Very, very few.
817  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Trust wallet dust UTXO error on: August 24, 2023, 11:17:58 PM
I have a couple of questions:
1) Is it correct that only BTC will be imported? The other coins can still be used in the trust wallet?
Yes, you will only be able to see Bitcoin balances and spend only Bitcoin. Electrum supports only Bitcoin.

2) How does making a transaction in Electrum with imported BTC address with UTXO dust solve the problem? Does Electrum automatically disregard the utxo? My transaction will be pretty large.
Trust wallet doesn't offer a good solution to the UTXO dust problem, and it's even closed source. Avoid it. You will be able to sweep all the UTXO's with Electrum
818  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake Google Sheets Extension - Scammed | Last Update! on: August 24, 2023, 11:00:00 PM
I'm going through a fresh Windows installation as we speak, even though my computer looks safe so far, as no antivirus can detect any kind of malware right now.
If you can, install Linux OS as well on your PC and use it only to install wallets, performing transactions and maybe trading.

There are fewer chances of picking up malware via Linux unless if one is way too careless. I have mine and I have never ever felt unsafe like I do when using Windows even though I have not many random apps installed in it.
Antivirus software programs are just bullshit and can give you a false sense of security.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: TX Broadcast timestamp on: August 24, 2023, 02:40:52 PM
Remember it's a network of nodes and not just 1 node. The time it will take for the broadcasted transaction information to reach a blockchain.com explore node vs mempool.space node will most likely vary.

The lock time information is what matters.

Any reason you need to know the exact time a transaction was broadcasted? Because I personally don't see any use case  Tongue
820  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] SecureShift.io , instant crypto exchange with full privacy on: August 24, 2023, 02:07:56 PM
You talk about full privacy and anonymity, yet your exchange has a full section of AML procedure in the TOS. How does that work?
Isn't this like giving your customers a false sense of privacy, but then at one point you hijack their transactions and ask them to send the documents and data they thought they would never need to send to you?

Also, who determines a link to criminal activity?
I receive my ETH from Uniswap after a trade and send the funds through your service to get Bitcoins and hold my funds citing suspicious activity which I have no idea about. Does that make me criminal in your terms?

4.4.By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction you sent can be verified using the security system of the Service.
