241  Economy / Reputation / Re: A clear change in airfinex's posting pattern. on: February 17, 2024, 03:25:21 PM
airfinex is obviously an alt account, which until now had been characterized by playing a role of "vigilante" so to speak in forum issues. Most of his posts were written in Reputation and he was the first to draw attention to Ratimov's plagiarism, for example.
Reason I didn't bother even responding to that thread he created. He is all about creating drama, and then he logs out until he finds something else to cling on and then he comes back.

I am not surprised he started applying for signature campaigns after achieving a full member rank. That's what they always do, sometimes they even criticize signatures in the forum only to start applying later.

There's another account I see following a similar pattern. We will see what happens once they rank up.
242  Economy / Reputation / Re: Since Richbased locked his thread.... on: February 17, 2024, 02:17:58 PM
So I did some brief checking today and what I noticed is that the alts are from the Nigerian community board. Someone is farming accounts through merit cycling and posting in specific thread and boards. The pattern is easy to follow.

This is one of their favourite Threads - Buy the DIP, and HODL!. If you look closely, you will see similar alts replying to themselves on top of merit abuse and trying to farm merits from merit sources.

This is their favourite signature campaign - {Resume} Eloncoin Signature Campaign | Member+ [Funds Escrow]

I will just post a connection of this two for now (Agbamoni and Dailyscript). Agbamoni is also connected to Richbased and other alts, no doubt.

1. hambler
To be honest i find it difficult to gamble with pressure. I believe a hambler should understand when he is in the right state of mind to gamble  because gambling when we are in pressure is not advisable.
Only when an addiction is considered bad is when it has a negative influence on the hambler. And there is no way addiction can have positive influence.

These are the only members to have ever posted Hambler here... could it be a coincidence?

2. JayJunaGee instead of JayJuanGee

I totally agree with you, @Jayjunagee. While speculations and predictions are important qualities that can be acquired relatively quickly, what i feel is more important is conviction, a quality so many investors lack especially those new to buying Bitcoin.
If you have been following this thread for some time, you would have come across the part where Jayjunagee mentioned that Bitcoin is best invested in percentages and DCA is the right strategy to invest in using percentages.

Again, these are the only accounts to post ever Jayjunagee here

Dailyscript came with quite a bang, demanding for merit sources in his local board (so he can farm more of his alts) on the very first day he registered. Some members immediately suspected that he's an Alt of someone. Well, the clear picture is now coming out.

Be careful! Fuckhead (*) might as well accuse you of racism for talking bad about members of his local community.
If I was from that board. I would instead try to make it clean rather than playing the race card. Of course, not all people from a certain nationality are bad. Given the angry tone of the newbie. I think one of his alts might have as well been implicated in the scandal.
243  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: February 17, 2024, 01:33:38 PM
Looks like something about the Address archive or search function is broken @TryNinja.

When I tried to search any Bitcoin address ever posted by this user, no result shows up

When I try a reverse search using one of the addresses ever posted (bc1qc4s30nvgsl9g08e3llarcta6q7az30crrwqhw3) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5472155.msg63550795#msg63550795
No result shows up
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Questions about perpetual trading on: February 16, 2024, 11:54:04 PM
Hi everyone,

I have 2 questions about perpetual trading:

1/ If I don't use leverage (i.e. x1) do I risk being liquidated if my trade doesn't go in the right direction?
Yes, your position will be liquidated if the price falls below the liquidation price. Remember, in crypto, anything can happen. For example, remember the LUNA crash? Even people with extremely low leverage got their positions liquidated when the price dumped to cents from over $100.

2/ If I don't use leverage (i.e. x1) can I keep a BTC contract, how can I do this in the Spot market?
Spot markets and perpetual contracts are two completely different markets. Better to use a spot market if you are going to open a long position at x1 or else you might end up incurring funding fees
245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi let me proof to you my signals follow my trading on: February 16, 2024, 11:32:03 PM
You can see my signals
My first signal i think they are best you can find for free.

Super/usdt long***
<...>
Sounds so funny. How exactly is this proof that you made the right calls?
From the time you made your so-called signal, the market price of the token dropped to $1.0040. So I guess a stop loss was hit, or the whole position even got liquidated, since you didn't show us any stop loss area in your "signal"

246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: February 16, 2024, 11:09:30 PM
Just because Girona lost some games and had some bad performances recently, you can't say if they are not in the good form to win this match against Atheltic Bilbao. In fact, we saw Girna winning games even harder than this during this season and that's why I think beating a team like Atheltic Bilbao can't be hard for them that's why prefer to go for Girona.

Athletic Club is no joke my brother, especially at the San Mamés their home ground. This season so far they have the third-best Home performance in la Liga after Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid, losing only one match there against the league leader Real Madrid.

Also, don't forget that Bilbao have thrown Barça and Red hot Atlético Madrid out of the Copa del Rey recently. Girona are slowly crumbling and have sort of lost the confidence they had in the beginning. Do not let those tempting odds fool you. I think Bilbao is going to win that match.
247  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Has anyone used the 'Bitgamo' platform for cashing out BTC without KYC? on: February 16, 2024, 10:51:33 PM
probably no registration or kyc required because they dont care about the identity of the people they rob lol
Some scam exchangers do care, because they also need to still user Identities on top of taking their funds  Grin

This exchange is not a scam; there have been a lot of negative reports about them on the internet and in other press releases.
What are you trying to imply?

Did you just say they are not scammers? You are going to confuse OP.
The exchange is a scam.
248  Economy / Gambling / Re: MetaWin.com | The First WEB3 Casino on: February 16, 2024, 10:30:10 PM
To celebrate the addition of BTC as a supported currency, we're running an amazing promo over on our X (Twitter) account https://twitter.com/Meta_Winners:
We're giving away $10,000 (0.2 Bitcoin) each to 10 random winners who REPOST this and FOLLOW us.
Very tempting promo
I think It would be a good idea to add the link of the tweet here, which users are to repost. So many tweets up the timeline since the announcement of the promotion, I suppose there will be more by 26th Feb. Could this be the tweet (https://twitter.com/Meta_Winners/status/1758175799239123256) users are supposed to repost?
249  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet Scam - Account Blocked for Over a Year!! on: February 16, 2024, 09:19:55 PM
I want this issue to be resolved gently. It is very unfair to keep my capital money waiting.

Thank you...
Hello Mate, sorry about the bad experience. The cloudbet customer service in this forum has not been responding to complaints for a long time, Especially after Ronnie @ Cloudbet left the job or got replaced. I am seeing similar complaints in casino guru, but they are unable to help due to lack of expertise in sports betting,

Cloudbet Casino - Player's winning payout delayed due to Integrity Investigation.

My suggestion is try your luck a file a complaint with askgamblers (https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint) make sure you read the complaints guidelines before file one.
They seem very active in responding to issues over there, and you might get your also resolved in the shortest time possible.

250  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from Bets.io on: February 15, 2024, 11:52:10 PM
<...>
I am just a little curious and trying to follow up things here. The issue you had with the other casino where they ended up blocking your withdrawal. Did you happen to play the same volleyball game over there, after which when you tried to withdraw your winnings, they just decided to block your account?
251  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Has your bank or credit card told you they will stop you buying crypto? on: February 15, 2024, 10:37:00 PM
I want to agree with them, because there are loads of Ponzi schemes out there, where they use bitcoin as a payment option.
Ponzi schemes don't use Bitcoin alone as a means of payment. In fact, one of the most popular is perfect money. These banks make Bitcoin the sacrificial lamb because they just hate it. I don't remember when banks started caring about what you invest your money in until Bitcoin came around.

In any way, it is always a bad idea to buy bitcoin with debt. I would have been angry if they blocked my savings account, when I transfer my own money to a Crypto exchange, but not money that the Bank are borrowing to me.
There was a time when the Bitcoin price crashed and took 3 years to recover... imagine paying off the credit card for something that will only break even in 3 years.  Shocked
Anyone who borrows money or a loan to invest in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency will have broken one of the major rules of investing in crypto, which is "Not investing what one can afford to lose"
252  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 🟦BitChanger - The best place to exchange Crypto on: February 15, 2024, 10:13:15 PM
Something new, I was wondering if memecoins will be added to your exchange?
You are seriously considering using an exchanger that has quite a number of red flags that have been already pointed out in the replies above, and yet there are lots of much better and trustworthy exchanges?
Good luck but don't see you didn't see the warnings.
253  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitrue - good exchange? on: February 15, 2024, 09:32:07 PM
That exchange has been hacked atleast twice if i recall well. There is this incident
---> Singaporean's Exchange Bitrue Gets Hacked, $5 million XRP and Cardano Lost Huh and
---> Bitrue exchange hacked for $23 million

On top of that I have seen some serious scam accusations/issue about them in this forum. Personally, I would avoid the exchange.
---> Scammed by Bitrue on 100,000$ (Scam 1,78 BTC)
---> Warning With Bitrue Exchange.
254  Economy / Reputation / Re: Since Richbased locked his thread.... on: February 15, 2024, 10:21:58 AM
I was even going to do the same thing of opening a new thread regarding the Richbased - Agbamoni case. Thanks for doing so.

There are patterns of merit abuse going on between the accounts, and they are probably not just two.

I asked Agbamoni to tell us about the Dailyscript account, but then Richbased rushes to lock the thread even when his alleged "impersonation" issue has not been resolved. Is he scared that he is now getting unwanted attention and more merit abusing alts are getting discovered?
255  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: February 14, 2024, 11:56:48 PM
the device i use is a pc and only a pc and its a new one to.
he never login from my pc cuz i didnt even seen him for a few month..
and about the ip he never login from my ip to but i might login ones or twice from my parents house which he was playing from there so thats what might be the issue i need razer here to check it all out..
I think we are now starting to see a clear picture as to why your account was flagged in the first place. Most casinos record a lot of sure data including IP address, Device ID, browsers used etc, So why wouldn't a casino connect two accounts if they use the same IP address? You sort of can't blame them for that.

Wake up, we are not living in 19 century anymore, and $500 is not big money anywhere.
In some places where the cost of living is still low, it is sort of still big even after the recent inflation rates.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Btc transaction stuck almost 3 months!!! Please god help. on: February 14, 2024, 11:33:57 PM
Next time, don't use Cashapp.
Cashapp must be one of the worst wallets or services to use if one want to withdraw bitcoin out of it. This is probably the 4 person I have come across complaining about a stuck transaction from cashapp due to unreasonably low fee rates
Here is the latest victim.

The transaction is fee rate is 5.99 sat/vB! Imagine, and it has been in the mempool for a week now!
257  Economy / Reputation / Re: Impersonation of my wallet address. on: February 14, 2024, 11:08:22 PM
So, let me get this straight: both users registered a month apart, both use the same local board, both are in a gambling signature campaign, both have the same posting style, both send each other Merit, both take a loan from the same user with the same centralized currency.... I see a pattern here. It looks like you mistakingly used the wrong wallet address.
I see some sort of pattern here too. Probably we are talking of more alts that have been hiding in plain sight.

@Agbamoni, is Dailyscript also your Alt account or not?

You must be surprised and wondering how I am asking you about this.
You can do things in the dark, but one day they eventually come out.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Homelesswap on: February 14, 2024, 10:48:39 PM
How is this supposed to be under project development? I think it's best suited for Exchanges board
I would be very careful not to connect my wallet to such an exchange, which is full of lies, or else one ends up becoming "Homeless" after losing all their money just like the name of the service suggests

buddy my brother got banned for some reason
Any chance your brother used the same wifi network or even device to access his Rollbit account, just like you did?
If he did, then they (Rollbit) believe that you are the same person. Most casinos prohibit multi-accounting, especially if one account was banned. Good luck convincing that he was your brother and you are you.

I also have a feeling that "tip" might have caused you some trouble. Again, maybe they think the tip sender and the receiver are the same person. We don't know for sure. Only you and Rollbit technical staff know better.
