It is over 4 months
I see your site want to steal my funds

I sent all documents as requeted but nothing happen except "We will inform you after checking and receiving the answer"
The casino is probably a scam

We have another case of a user waiting for over 6 months now, and they have never responded to him again. Here is a scam accusation he open against them - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465252.0

You could also do the same and open up a fresh scam accusation about their scam scheme using a similar format so that we can let the internet and gambling word more aware of this scam casino.

Flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3275
Flag Type: 3
Reason: From around July last year, Yas.bet has refused to refund some user's money. He did create a type 3 flag, but I noticed it's not active because no DT member supports it, yet it's a legitimate case. Please support.

323  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Buying a miner from Bitmain -- worth the hassle? on: January 28, 2024, 10:55:24 PM
Depends on how you look at it and how passionate you are towards mining. If you are willing to go for the long term play, then buying the miners shouldn't be a problem, as you have all the time and patience. With all other factors such as changes in the total network hash rate over time, nicehash fee estimations won't give you a clear picture on when you think you might break even.
Buying bitcoin on the other hand doesn't involve much hassle, except just hoping it pumps in the next 1 or 2 years, and you take profit.
324  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Is bitmain.us.com a trustworthy retailer? on: January 28, 2024, 10:46:58 PM
The site is fraudulent. Avoid it. It even appears in their blog's list of fraudulent sites impersonating Bitmain.com
Check it out - Statement Regarding Fraudulent Websites

The only official shop link is shop.bitmain.com

Please remember:

1.   We do not have any official distributor or reseller anywhere

We receive various queries about whether X or Y is an “official distributor” or “official partner” of Bitmain’s products simply because X or Y claims to be an “official distributor” or “official partner” of Bitmain. We have no official representatives or distributors in any country. This brings us to the following point.

2.   We only sell on bitmain.com

Even if a Bitmain executive wanted to order an Antminer, he or she has to place the order on shop.bitmain.com. There is no other way of ordering hardware from Bitmain. We will never send you an invoice on Skype or using a Gmail email address, both of which have been used by impostors to scam Antminer buyers before.

We have previously sold certain hardware models on www.newegg.com and, if we do so again, we will announce it on our official Twitter and Facebook account.
325  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: drak forum on github, is there something? on: January 28, 2024, 10:22:35 PM
Maybe you should direct the questions to the GitHub support instead of here... don't you think?

The website is fairly new (Registered On: 2024-01-14) and there is zero proof that they are selling illegal stuff. Perhaps that's why they are reluctant to take it down. I mean, just look at their homepage. I am seeing just test product, $10.

Eranet International Limited [ https://www.eranet.com ] is their domain registrar. Maybe try reporting to them.
326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where i can sell fast 1.0036 bitcoins? on: January 27, 2024, 11:58:50 PM
Do P2P trading. There are some few platforms that you can use depending on whether you care about KYC or not. I don't know which country you are from but try to look into the likes of agoradesk.com, hodlhodl.com etc and search up traders in your locality.
Local bank transfer between two individuals is pretty easy and fast. In my locality, transfer of 42K would even be a problem between local banks.
327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 27, 2024, 11:24:15 PM
I haven’t seen what happened in the Barcelona-Villarreal game yet, it seems the refereeing was problematic there again, but in any case, 5 goals at the Camp Nou? What? Barcelona has officially been dethroned, now there is only a fight for the top 4.
Technically they are not in their "beloved home ground" as it's still under renovation, so the place is Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys. That's why they're getting battered home and away by different teams without any fear.

The recent scorelines really show how they have completely lost that fear factor.

Xavi Hernández: "I want to announce that on June 30 I will no longer continue as the coach at Barça. I think the situation needs to change course, and as a culer, I cannot allow the current situation."
Well, that was bound to happen. I still remember how some Barcelona fans were just daydreamers thinking that Xavi would just turn thing around and bring another tiki taka era to the Catalans  Cheesy

Can a gambler uses VPN to access your site? Even if he/she is not on the list of restricted countries?
Why would you want to use a VPN if you are not from a restricted country?

What if the gambler is under those countries and then uses VPN? Will the gambler be automatically banned if found or you will allow them to play?
According to their terms, they don't want usage of VPNs and they also don't want anybody from the restricted countries to use their platform
This is what clause 2.1 of their terms says

2.1. It is a Player’s responsibility to ensure that their Participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Any person who is knowingly in breach of clause 2., including any attempt to circumvent this restriction, for example, by using a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or by otherwise providing false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence, or by Participating through a third party or on behalf of a third party located in a jurisdiction where it is unlawful to Participate, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. You may be committing fraud and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Want To Invest Money From My Inheritance In Bitcoin, But? on: January 27, 2024, 10:39:25 PM
I do hope you are aware of the risks involved when investing in crypto or any other digital assets and thus why they always emphasize that you should invest what you can afford to lose so that should anything go wrong, you won't end up in a rock bottom and depressing situation.

It would be preferable that your other interested family members also decided to invest on their own and not make you the custodian of their money. Money breeds enmity even among family members as you grow. If things don't work out, you will be in a tight spot. It's better you just guide them through, and they also do the fishing for themselves.
330  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Reference thread for the flag against WinningJoy on: January 27, 2024, 02:13:19 PM
What a joker  Grin

Flag supported

There are just few boards like trading discussion and marketplace and their child boards that users trusts can easy be seen summarized in numbers, unless you click on the the users trust on his profile, but I think a flag can be seen everywhere. So this is a good idea. I added another negative trust and also support your flag. Supporting the flag will let people easily know that the user must not be trusted.
So the same thing happens to trust flags too. They don't appear in certain boards where the trust ratings are disabled, like Project development, Bitcoin discussion board. I don't know the main reason as to why admin disabled them in such boards. Scammers usually try to post their adverts in such boards because they know about the disabled ratings, but the good thing that mods will move the topic to appropriate boards if reported.

https://www.benchmark.co.com/ i cant gain access anymore though
They probably shut down their website after scamming some people. Weird choice of domain name by the scammer, though.

A small search shows that there is a warning about them from the FCA UK - https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/benchmark-benchmarkcocom

332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Share Your Thoughts on the Recent Crypto Price Drop on: January 26, 2024, 03:39:40 PM
It's just a not-so-big slump compared to past bitcoin price dips, so I don't see why this should make anyone so worried. It's how markets behave, I actually expected a price correction a long while back. With Bitcoin Spot ETFs getting approved, I know so many people expected an immediate Bitcoin price rally all the way up, but that is not what happened. The fact that Bitcoin rose all the way from 20K prior to the Spot approvals means that those who were smart enough bought way back and did have to wait until the day an official announcement was made.

I believe the same thing is going to happen after halving. There won't be an immediate bull run. It might take a while. Well the market can be unpredictable sometimes
333  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hidden Portals on: January 26, 2024, 03:06:49 PM
I performed a whois lookup on the domain, and it's from late 2023, the first red flag. That's why it's not indexed, and there's no mention of it anywhere. When I asked him where he got this exchange, he said a person from a crypto channel on Telegram contacted him—second red flag. This person has no references beyond the Telegram channel and is asking him to invest more money while urging him to keep the operations secret.
It's nice to know that you can at least sense some red flags. The fact that he got the buying/selling portal through some stranger on telegram means that it's 99% scam if I am being lenient. Advise him to stay away from the too-good-to-be-true deals and if he is still in doubt, invite him to read through the comments in this thread.

Also, why don't you do the community a favor by mentioning the so-called exchange here? Members will help to dissect and give out an alert if they see more red flags. This will help anyone else in the future who is trying to do their own research about the portal.
334  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Please Help on: January 26, 2024, 02:54:45 PM
You have probably been scammed. Do not send any more money. The so-called completion of a Liquidity check is meant to milk out more money from you.

I had an AI generated account with Benchmark.
Could you please post the URL of this platform if you don't mind? I want to do some small research for you.
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This Bitcoin block is new for me. Can anyone explain what happened? on: January 26, 2024, 02:17:58 PM
Why do you call it an empty block if at least 1 transaction was recorded in them. Secondly, assuming it is an empty block as you have called it, do miners get a reward from an empty block?
Because that one transaction you see is known as the Coinbase transaction, which consists of newly generated Bitcoins to be paid to the mining pool (miners). So yes, miners will get the block reward (6.25 BTC) exclusive of all other transaction fees

For example, This is the Coinbase transaction - https://mempool.space/tx/4ef407af7ded0c34482c41b728a54ebd39e304b525a952355dde67de142e3a50
336  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion payment for those new member on evil IP. on: January 26, 2024, 02:05:53 PM
Another suggestion is that some VPN can bypass paying the evil fee.
I actually thought using VPNs (mostly cheap or free ones) and TOR when trying to register on to the forum can lead to higher chances of you ending up with a proxy ban. This is because most of the bad actors use VPNs and Tor to abuse the forum, so the IP addresses get blacklisted. The next time an innocent user uses, let say, the same VPN service with that free IP address to register, they get a proxy ban.

This issue happened to me when I attempted to register using Tor. The new account had a proxy ban and just gave up on it.
337  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scammer Amani Hilpert on: January 26, 2024, 10:04:43 AM
Sorry about the lost funds, @kwwk50.

How much did he scam you if you don't mind sharing? Since you have no access to PM that have now since been deleted, could you provide some blockchain evidence like a Transaction ID. It's important that we have some evidence against him. I will help you tag and probably raise a flag against his account.

A locked announcement thread is red flag number one. Never deal with newbie accounts that have locked threads. They are trying to hide something.
338  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 🟦BitChanger - The best place to exchange Crypto on: January 25, 2024, 11:27:58 PM
They have pictures of the support team. The pictures are edited to make it difficult to follow and there are no additional pictures or information about the team. The service registration date has not yet completed 6 months, and if we dig deeper, I bet we will find more. Everything related to them is suspicious.

https://bitchanger.io/our-company

I made a reverse search and did not find any data about the team or the company registration number.
In this current error of AI Image generators, I bet you will be chasing ghosts trying to reverse search those images. I remember in 2017-2018 ICO boom. Most of the scam projects would use stock photos and were so easy to expose. Then came those who started using AI to generate team profiles. The images were easy to detect as AI was not yet perfect, but today, AI image generators seem to have improved a lot compared to a few years back.
339  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Help and Ask! How to recover Parity Wallet? on: January 25, 2024, 10:40:40 PM
Are you talking about parity signer, right?

I remember using it a couple of years back. I think your problem could be the derivation path used. Furthermore, I also noticed that the wallet or app is now called Polkadot vault. I am not sure where this leaves its compatibility with Ethereum, but I believe your old seed phrase should be able to generate your addresses on MEW or Mycrypto wallet (https://mycrypto.com/)

It has been a while since we last saw the fee rate in the in 20s range... currently some transactions of 23 sats/vbyte have a chance of getting confirmed into the next block. Probably a good time to consolidate before the ordinals mad men wake up and spike it up again  Grin
