141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador 🇸🇻 Mines First Bitcoin With Volcanic Energy 🌋 on: October 01, 2021, 09:23:41 PM
This is Bukele's tweet. It is as exciting as it is, he is stimulating people to believe in his project on a world scale. It is certainly the beginning for El Salvador.

142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advise on Bitcoin Ban/Regulation to the US government on: October 01, 2021, 09:18:28 PM
I have been reading an article that talks about the IRS in America.
"Yes, the IRS can tax bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies."
After reading it, I told myself that I must prepare myself for when it happens in my country that there is some regulation that forces me to pay it.
It is worth informing us and getting used to the idea that one day we will pay taxes on the profits obtained by bitcoin and crypto.

143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have any real value? on: October 01, 2021, 08:35:17 PM
OP, the decision is yours. If you still have doubts about investing / trade in bitcoin it is because with all the information that there is it is not enough for you.

I would recommend that you create an account on any global exchange and observe the markets that at some point you will also use and notice the dynamism and the amount of transactions, sometimes almost instantaneous.

This experience will tell you about the supply and demand of bitcoin and will encourage you to invest in either bitcoin or any other coin.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / El Salvador 🇸🇻 Mines First Bitcoin With Volcanic Energy 🌋 on: October 01, 2021, 07:58:34 PM
My first impression when reading the headline of this news was:
OMG! 😱 Bukele did it! He is a president determined to continue with his plan to make the country of El Salvador the first country to own bitcoin and he goes with everything.
He studied it with his volcanic energy specialists, installed his equipment and already mined his first bitcoin.
The image he shared on Twitter reads:

Account balance
Payment complete.              0.00000000
Payment in progress            0.00000000
Payment pending                  0.00483976
Mined pending (estimated) 0.00599179

                              Total          0.01083155

145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador to mine bitcoin using Volcanic energy on: October 01, 2021, 12:44:16 AM
The use of volcanic energy to mine bitcoins in El Salvador would be a novel case study.
The news is in various digital media and describes how this stage will work in the adoption of bitcoin in the country.

If the international public opinion aware of bitcoin supports this plan by President Nayib Bukeke of El Salvador as well as his fellow citizens who support its management.

Something so novel that we are seeing is progress for the nation, we can agree based on our own experience because we have discovered that investing in bitcoins and cryptocurrencies has improved our lives.

Obviously, like any country in the world, there are problems, not results, that should be addressed to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.

146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Isn't speculation and volatility a problem for Bitcoin? on: September 30, 2021, 11:09:52 PM
Speculation and volatility in bitcoin are two situations in which we are accustomed but for the new ones who are just learning how to handle it it is a complete challenge. Some are fearful of losing their money, others assume it. I think both are natural characteristics in bitcoin.
I remember a few months ago I introduced my brother to crypto in the recent bitcoin crash he kept calm and continued to invest.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin on: September 30, 2021, 10:25:33 PM
Thanks for this inspiring post. Because with your ideas you help others to think that anyone can invest in
bitcoin with a tiny investment.

Inflation and lack of employment is a difficult situation in society that bitcoin can fix is the solution that investors are taking. Society needs to educate itself today more than ever, it is easier to access information and knowledge thanks to the internet.

I think we are getting closer to people around the world making the best decision which is to invest in bitcoin and the crypto space.
148  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa’s crypto market has grown by more than 1,200% since 2020: Chainalysis on: September 25, 2021, 11:52:51 PM
In my time as a bounty hunter, I did two bountie campaigns to support the South African and Nigerian market in products such as wallets and exchange platforms. Which is why I am happy that their crypto community is growing to gain freedom and improvement in their economy for which they fight as well as we do because we know that it is the right direction.
The statistics do not lie where bitcoin is we will know given the number of transactions in those nations.
149  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: September 25, 2021, 11:36:58 PM
I'm not denying it. It caused me pain when I saw the ad on Coingecko that the bitcoin.org website had been attacked by hackers. Raising $ 17,000 under the classic promise of doubling the investment.

This scam tactic is the most common one that never seems to end.
Our commitment is to alert people and educate them on how not to be scammed.

Thanks OP for your post.

150  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin slumps as China bans all cryptocurrency transactions on: September 25, 2021, 11:20:59 PM
No need to worry about China's bitcoin ban. Of course, I understand that we can get angry because sometimes it happens when one least expects it.
The best we can do is keep calm, if we have a diversified portfolio we will not have major problems.

In this position what we do is practice and execute our best trading strategies.

We are fortunate that bitcoin does not get a scratch if we look at it in a funny way.

I would recommend that you consider adding AVAX to your portfolio as it is struggling to rank in the top 10, my view is that it has enormous potential as an altcoin.

151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: United state 🇺🇸 take the lead in global Bitcoin adoption 2021 on: September 25, 2021, 11:01:02 PM
I have realized that the most outstanding events in relation to bitcoin since its inception have occurred in the USA.

It is normal to see in the nation that there are schools and universities that teach about bitcoin, blockchain and cryptocurrencies for some time. If we make a comparison with other countries, the USA could lead among the countries towards mass adoption.

Also the move of bitcoin mining to the United States is a great advantage of having it in a nation that respects rights and freedom.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Twitter can make impact in the BTC world? on: September 25, 2021, 10:04:14 PM
IMO, the impact will be positive because backing for bitcoin means acceptance.
We already know that there are people who are unaware of how bitcoin works as well as empathy and rejection. But while bitcoin is trending many times on Twitter the community communicates.

I am eager to see it work, the time we are living is key for adoption.

Also, it could offer how wonderful it is to empower people who need to make an income.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Shall We Hold Our Bitcoin Like Gollum? on: September 25, 2021, 09:53:56 PM
If I needed to sell bitcoin or spend it, I would. What I am doing is hodl for as long as necessary because I think that with that I could contribute as large investors do so that the price of bitcoin does not fall too much. It is my point of view maybe this wrong but I do it for that reason and also because I am investing it in the long term.

What I could recommend if someone feels the need to spend a bit of their bitcoin can do it, is what I did a while ago.
154  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador Bitcoin payment option on: September 25, 2021, 09:23:57 PM
The president of El Salvador Nayib Bukele has announced that the Chivo Wallet has already reached 500,000 users, this is positive in my opinion because Salvadorans are benefiting from the solution that their government seeks.

It also seems to me an excellent strategy for the government to install 50 Chivo ATMs in different cities in the United States where most Salvadorans live, in San Francisco, El Doral, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Laredo and McAllen.

155  Economy / Economics / Re: How has inflation affected your savings and investing? on: September 25, 2021, 08:36:48 PM
Since I live in a country with inflation, I have already learned to deal with it. I live in Venezuela and I don't have money in my bank account until I need to pay my bills, that happens every week. I deposit some money and do my expenses and repeat the cycle.

This technique made me show that I can save, invest and pay everything I need and of course believe in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to get out of an economic crisis. In addition to having plans for the future with my investments.
156  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you notice how corporations took over the internet ? on: September 25, 2021, 08:26:36 PM
I understand the nostalgic opinions but it is difficult to turn back time. From what OP says it's like a snowball that grows. What we can do is occupy those spaces and create our communities.
On the other hand, bitcoin could be taken as a means of payment by more people with the developments proposed by the lightning network.

I do not know if it is already available to send tip on twitter through the lightning network under the developer Jack Mallers founder of Strike. Because that's good news for bitcoin and opportunities for more people to join us.
157  Economy / Economics / Re: knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment? on: September 25, 2021, 07:51:03 PM
Of course, knowledge and capital is necessary to make an investment. Many times we observe businesses that go bankrupt because the business owner has no knowledge as administering it.

Knowledge is necessary to manage a business, skills are also important whatever we dedicate ourselves.

I remember once my sister opened a hairdresser and she is not a hairdresser in less than three months she sold the hairdresser because she realized that she could not manage that business. As far as capital is concerned if we love the work we do we can make it grow.
158  Economy / Economics / Re: China Is making Fuds Since 2017, But BTC Always Gone higher on: September 25, 2021, 06:31:53 PM
China banned bitcoin. Already the crypto community sees it as a meme. I can only say: China again with an annoyed face.

There is no doubt that we can see that the crypto market is affected because cryptocurrencies fall. But not everything is negative because if we have the opportunity to buy some of them at a discount, so to speak, this is our opportunity.

Despite China's FUD, bitcoin is foolproof and will come out undefeated. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is the way out of the economic crisis and we know it.

Stay safe guys! Let's not panic!
159  Economy / Economics / Re: Future economic fear of the rich and poor. on: September 25, 2021, 06:06:56 PM
There will be rich people who become poorer in this time of pandemic. Let's imagine for a moment the businesses where shows are created with the crowd that is the main source of income, such as the tourism sector, airlines, etc.

While the poor will remain poor and even more so because of the lack of employment.
We are about to witness the birth of a post-pandemic time that will demonstrate the new way of doing business with digital technology where new sources of income, and work will be created.
As the popular saying in our community: Bitcoin fixes it!
160  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and wealth as the major religions in world. on: September 25, 2021, 05:28:34 PM
I'm going to comment on the ambition for money. Although it is not a very focused issue on what OP raises, it is also derived by money.

There are people who receive help to obtain an income for example a job and they do not show due appreciation for the person who allowed them to get to work. Instead what they show is ambition and greed.
Why are there such people?
The answer can be many, what I can say is that when one does something for the benefit of one person or more, those actions are priceless, they are incalculable, because they are presented at the right time and when one needs it most. Let us not lose our humility, let us be grateful because the actions of goodwill are not paid for by money.
