1041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the existence of bitcoins a threat to jobs and national currencies? on: July 18, 2018, 03:24:23 PM
It won't be a threat but rather it will be an opportunity, an opportunity for people who does not meet the requirement on acquiring a job, for people who weren't able to comply with their education, and it doesn't mean that these people who were not able to finish their education doesn't mean they are also automatically disqualified in joining here, I think that some people actually have potential, and some of the successful people that are famous right now like Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, etc. these famous people didn't have any degree or diploma, but they actually achieved the unachievable, and this is why it won't be a threat it'll be more of an opportunity.

On the other hand, National currencies won't claim BTC as a threat, it can be an actual threat if they don't know the real potential of BTC and how it can uplift a country's economy. And this is one of the reasons why governments from different countries are banning BTC, because they claim it as a threat to their very own currencies.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: July 18, 2018, 03:35:33 AM
There is always success in gambling, and then there is also what we call "luck" in every gamble we do, sometimes we abuse it, we get addicted, then we transform, we become obsessed with it, we become so obsessed that we won't stop gambling until we win again, even if our budget gets ruined it doesn't matter, and this is what we call "addiction" in gambling, there is SUCCESS in gambling, however there is also ABUSE in it, be wise, be more strategive, and more practical.
1043  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this true that GOOGLE will ban the ICO and crypto related ads? on: July 18, 2018, 12:47:15 AM
In my very own opinion, they should ban these ads, why? Because it is misleading or it lacks information, not everyone who's surfing on the web has basic ideas or knowledge about crypto and specifically BITCOIN, these ads are misleading people, because their main focus is not teaching the society about crypto, they just simply want people to join their ICO, without any further basic information given which is very wrong. I get the point that these ads want attention not only here but also on social media networks as well, sadly, these people are not eager to know but are eager to earn or make money through crypto, though I cannot blame them for this but to blame the people who had given false information towards them, I think these are the major keys why GOOGLE will ban these ads, atleast some of the ads should be banned, some of them are clearly irrelevant.
1044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Exchange In Japan Is Offering Bitcoin Loan on: July 17, 2018, 06:08:18 PM
Well, since it is from Japan, I think that it'll be successful, not only because the project is made by Bitbank, but to also think that they are very clever and witty about this, Bitcoin loan is very unique, there are lots of theories about it and now they are making it happen, BTC-USD is a great form of loan, hopefully this comes out well.
1045  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: July 17, 2018, 04:34:59 PM
I mean why not right? What kind of charity would not want to accept Bitcoins? If we're talking about budget or money then I think any charity would be glad to accept BTC as an offering, 1 bitcoin is equal to $6,750(as of now) and it can dramatically change overtime, it is a big help for the charity to reach out more hands, help out disabled people, kids, and homeless people, etc.
1046  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lot of countries do not allow to use Crpto? on: July 17, 2018, 07:29:14 AM
Its because that since BTC is decentralized which means the Government does not have control to it, it means that people can take advantage to it, some countries are aware about its power but does not dare to comply with it because they know that it is decentralized, especially Bitcoin.
1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: July 16, 2018, 12:54:02 PM
Not actually quitting, I'm thinking more about the risks I'll take once I gamble after losing, it's go big or go home, because there are only 2 possible outcomes, you can either lose once again or win and be more strategic, it is risky, the mindset goes like I'd rather quit than to lose once again, or if you are very much confident about it then why not take the risk, it's all in the mind, being strategic is the key and you can never only rely on your LUCK, simple as that.
1048  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ATM machine for bitcoin reached kenya on: July 16, 2018, 11:47:10 AM
In Africa, BTC is heavily appreciated, in certain countries in Africa BTC is very much welcomed there, and now to think that ATM machines will also be made there, then I'd be happy to take a vacation there, I'd be happy to explore not only how BTC is appreciated there but to also take a look around the tourist spots and their culture as well, this is great, taking a step forward means that the economy will continue to grow.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is struggling? on: July 16, 2018, 03:36:53 AM
BTC, ETH, LTC, and other cryptos are experiencing the samw thing, as a matter of fact the whole market is going down, Ethereum is not the only crypto right now that is struggling, as well as BTC continuously going down every week, ups and downs, it's normal around here to experience that kind of movement, sooner or later the price will go back to normal, and so as the market too.
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny wins over Matthysse!! on: July 15, 2018, 05:53:10 PM
It was an honor watching him box once again, I've heard that he wants to keep on boxing until he can't box anymore, his performance was likewise not like his past fights wherein he showed the quickness and how agile ans deadly he can be in the ring, its not yet the end for Pacquiao, but again it is good news since I won the bet! Thanks Manny!
1051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PLAYSTORE and APPSTORE!! on: July 15, 2018, 09:30:54 AM
We are into gadgets, most of the people are addict on it.
We spent more of our vacant time facing our Cellphones and Ipads.

Playing games and downloading some apps on the store require payments, Is this the best time for those stores to open their payment method with cryptocurrency specially Bitcoin?

First and foremost, it is not called "cellphones" anymore, we call it smartphones, everything is smart nowadays, there are smart TVs and almost every gadget actually.

Going back to the topic I think that Google are not yet vested onto cryptocurrency, it is a good idea for Google's play store and Apple's app store to put in BTC as another payment method, I honestly think it is a clever idea, but there are a lot of improvements that are needed to be made before they put BTC as a payment method for buying apps, books, movies, etc. If the demand on this subject goes higher then I'm quite sure that Google or Apple will be making plans for this.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: July 15, 2018, 01:08:22 AM
You can also say that quitting gambling is also living onto the real world, it's not just simply quitting onto yourself, but I do understand what you want us to think, gambling is a kind of drug actually, it's addictive, risky and can deplete your finances and budget, if you go way too far it is either you'll win everything or lose everything you have and will result in depression, after depression it can result to suicide, which is a thing that no one wants to happen right? If you are an addict at gambling try to put 50% in your safe, instead of going all-in with your money, remember, quitting gambling is not only by quitting yourself, it is also living, making money the right way, we just have to accept the fact that we cannot only rely on our luck.
1053  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India banned bitcoin but I don’t want to quit bitcoins ?? on: July 14, 2018, 02:17:21 PM
Bitcoin has became integral part of my life since last couple of years... I started with faucets then I bought and started trading bitcoins and later started writing articles about bitcoins and cryptos and now I am spending a lot of my time in this like altcoins trading and many things..... with this news coming I am shocked.. please tell me what can I do to continue on this as RBI will stop any transactions of bitcoin from my bank so I won’t be able to buy or sell bitcoins which will make everything useless what work i do... please advice me what can i do in this situation
If India banned bitcoin,I will continue because we are not an Indian people. We are Filipino and in our country its not yet be ban so continue use on it.If our country going to ban bitcoin then that the time I will going to stop because theres nothing we can do just to respect what our govenment rules about it.

This is kinda off topic from what you've said cloudbleron…

Anyways if India bans BTC, then it's either you'll have to stop or you can pursue it but it is completely risky, then that leaves you no choice but to go undercover, no matter what you do they can actually trace you and you're location as well, it's a dangerous decision pushing through, you can actually call for help from an expert if you do actually want to but BTC and make some investments out of it, but again I do not recommend you pushing through this, you can go behind bars if you get caught, anyways best of luck to you and your country and may the Government unban it soon.

1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins are worth buying NOW on: July 12, 2018, 05:21:17 AM
My best advice is to look it up on the market and not only rely on the suggestions of other people in the forum, anyways if this will help you decide way easier then I am happy to help you with that. ETH, XRP, and LTC for me may be the best coins that you should be buying at the moment, not because of the ranking but also because that one of these  3 altcoins would likely to survive in the future.
1059  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin fair for those who buy for the first time now? on: July 12, 2018, 01:59:38 AM
As an economist you should know that the market price is always the 'fair' price. If people don't want to pay it for whatever reason then they won't. If you are intent on using bitcoin to purchase goods and services as it's intended then it does not matter if you buy at $1 or $10000, the use is exactly the same.

Scalability is a clear issue and it's being worked on, it's not so prevalent right now because there aren't huge amounts of transactions but we saw in November/December what an increase in transactions can do to fees and transfer times.

Again I question your reasoning for investing, if you are looking for profit from an investment then maybe an ICO is better for you, or if you are looking for something different to bitcoin then an ICO again could be best. But if you want bitcoin and its futures then there is no reason to look to an alternative.

I agree completely with the quote. The price of bitcoin should not be an issue if you will invest. Whatever the price it will always be fair from the time you invest. That’s the risk of investing in bitcoin. If you are having problem with bitcoin price then ICO may be the best for you. To answer the question about the best time for the first time in bitcoin. Whatever time or anytime you invest, it is the best time. Just be wise on how you invest.

Yes, I do strongly agree with this one as well, the price is always fair even if the price crashes or it skyrockets it shouldn't be an issue within investing, but what if these first time buyers of BTC has limited and tight budget around them, then they should really observe the price, because they cannot invest without BTC, and therefore if you are looking forward to buy some Bitcoin/s then you should really take a look at the price and it may get you more if the price is down.
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO ICOs are much safer on: July 12, 2018, 01:28:16 AM
It is true, but it is kind of biased around here, any ICOs can bbe a scam regardless if it is another crypto or if it is NEO, but I do believe that ICOs in NEO are safe, but it does not mean that their ICOs are 100% safe, there will still be ICOs that will scam you, be safe and make sure it is legitimate.
