1221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should government consider bitcoin as a legal global currency? on: May 11, 2018, 06:30:52 PM
I do hope so bitcoin gets legalized in my country, as of now it is standing neutral though It is also gaining alot of attention in my country, though I also understand why some countries demands to ban bitcoin, it is because of its anonymity, people can send payments without getting traced, because of this people can buy illegal stuffs which is dangerous because governments would be pressing alot to ban btc.
1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO. Buy or not? on: May 11, 2018, 06:20:25 PM
Definitely buy buy buy! NEO is a great platform, I have just recently knowned neo and I think that promises great value, though the price went down there is no need to fear since this may be normal, aside from that the technology neo uses is different from other alts and I think one of the reasons why people should give it a try.
1223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Favorite Altcoin. on: May 11, 2018, 08:48:25 AM
Alot of people in this thread are favored with NEO, I pretty much think that NEO is a great platform and I also think that it is going to stay on top for awhile, then I also have my favored alt which is Ripple, I think that ripple is going to be one of the next, ripple technology is quite agile and their technology is quite different than the others.
1224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin BANNED in bolivia on: May 10, 2018, 02:10:23 PM
I fully respect the decision of the government of Bolivia, and I also think that the government was thinking about the tax and everything that works here in the cryptocurrency, which means that bitcoin and other cryptos are freely roaming around without processing with the government, in simple words the government is not benefiting with the cryptocurrency but only the citizens of Bolivia are benefiting which may be the cause of banning bitcoin there, correct me if I'm wrong though.
1225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keep safe your Bitcoin from hacker on: May 10, 2018, 05:08:22 AM
Its either you should withdraw your holdings if you try to hold it on your wallets it is very risky and since it can be accessed through anywhere I'd suggest changing passwords monthly or annually, and put a 2FA authorization key, therefore it adds more security if you have plans on holding it.
1226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we remove @Bitcoin on twitter on: May 09, 2018, 03:48:26 PM
Yes you are right and aside from the BITCOIN and BITCOIN CASH feud, it is true that there are numerous scams in twitter and not only twitter as Facebook and Instagram and YouTube are most likely also having ads about bitcoin, and I think it really needs to stop.
1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates: I would put against bitcoin on: May 09, 2018, 03:35:01 PM
Bill Gates has so many points in what he has stated, and yes for the people who wants to know if bitcoin is used for illegal activities such as drugs, weapons, etc. yes it is true there are numerous cases of it, this is one of the reasons why Gates has doubts with bitcoin and one of the reason he'll oppose bitcoin.
1228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin making alts useless on: May 09, 2018, 03:18:45 PM
For me in my very own opinion, I think that bitcoin is developing right now, since bitcoin is the oldest in the cryptocurrency there'll be no doubts that it will be the popular amongst alts, It is also a good thing that the devs are making changes as this will be a big help in maintaining that top spot bitcoin has, and lastly I think that if this continues alts won't completely be useless since competition is a must here, it's business and therefore business means competition, and I think that alts won't back down to bitcoin.
1229  Economy / Services / Re: Nexybit Signature Campaign (Sr/Hero signature revised 4/13)(4/10 rates revised) on: May 07, 2018, 12:57:47 AM

1230  Economy / Economics / Re: When will Apple accept bitcoins? on: May 06, 2018, 08:22:12 PM
I think in the next few years or so, I fairly think that apple would start to accept bitcoins as a payment method, and I think apple would also gain additional income with bitcoin being so popular right now that without a single doubt I'm sure that they would grow more.
1231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: May 05, 2018, 03:59:38 PM
Why wait when you can already prove your fellow friends about it or people in the web who are against bitcoin and try to make something right? If you know how to make videos or know how to edit? then why not make a video proving that bitcoin is not fake at all. We can actually change everything, the people are social-minded nowadays, people often check their social media accounts and I think this is the best influence or effect we can do to prove the doubters wrong.
1232  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Money = Cashless Society on: May 05, 2018, 06:28:25 AM
Yes you are right there, because if we plan to pursue digital money people will tend to use their digital wallets, more like a blockchain thing since people would grasp onto their e-wallets, one great thing here is that  people will be instantly buying all the things they need, one disadvantage here is that we are prone of getting robbed bt hackers, wishing in the future that security will be tight in order for our safety.
1233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in bitcoins today late? on: May 05, 2018, 06:16:52 AM
Nope It is not too late, it may not be the best time to invest in, it may be expensive and it may be a lot harder but I think give bitcoin a try, maybe try splitting your holdings, go 50/50 on bitcoin and an altcoin then try comparing and contrasting the two, and if the other works for you and the tother one does not then fully invest to that one that fits you.
1234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Choose a Good ICO on: May 05, 2018, 05:38:24 AM
You need to be literate in choosing a good ICO, there are thousands of ICOs right now and I think that there are ICOs that will scam you or there are ICOs that offer bad services, and there are also ICOs that are legitimate and will help you alot, and lastly offers great service.
1235  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks Won't Make You Rich on: May 05, 2018, 05:12:42 AM
I believe you got the word 'BANK' wrong, it won't make you rich, it won't uplift your life or make it any better, banks won't make you rich just by simply throwing in money there, you need to earn it and not by just simply depending on a bank, that's just plain stupid, and lastly you can actuallt earn if you'd invest on banks, that's one way I know how to earn, feel free to make additional comments about my reply if I missed something out.
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: May 04, 2018, 05:52:34 PM
If I were to choose whether to either sell or hold It I'd prefer going to hold the amount you have, though there are risk, one of those risks are the value might go down, and if you sell the amount you have it can either be a good choice or rather a bad one.
1237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Shut Up Bitcoin Haters on: May 04, 2018, 05:40:56 PM
Wow, that is one of the most astonishing posts I've ever read in this forum, I like how constructive the post is and how you managed to put up words like that, sentences like these deserve a merit and I did gave you already  before replying onto it, pretty much you have said everything that the people needs to know, I really do hope it gets more attention.
1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / MiO - Miner One ICO: A revolutionary ICO on: May 03, 2018, 06:07:18 PM
First and foremost I am not advertising nor promoting this ICO. I just feel like this ICO is kinda promising and seems to be taking the game to a next level, miner one is clever since they have focused on Youtube, youtube is one of the most used apps through a month, and one of the modt clever things Miner One has done, aside from that the advertisement's quality is very much edited well, and the content is also on the top.

I decided to make this topic because I am pretty much sure some of you out there uses youtube for their own reasons. Here is a brief info about miner one and who runs this ICO, also here is the link to their advertisement.

MINER ONE'S AD: https://youtu.be/-ELO4unQ5KM
What Is Miner One? What is the difference between Miner One and other ICOs?

Miner One is a community of people who want to mine cryptocurrency profitably by combining resources to achieve savings on cutting-edge equipment, professional maintenance, and ultra-low-cost electricity. We are conducting an Initial Coin Offering, or “ICO”, to raise funds and build the World’s Biggest Crowdfunded Crypto Mining Operation. The Miner One “coin” will be the MIO Token. Once Miner One is built and mining cryptocurrency, MIO Holders will all share the output based on the MIO Tokens each holds. ICOs are used to fundraise for many different kinds of projects.

Lastly I wanna know your insights about this ICO is it gonna be great or is it gonna be another failure.

1239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many Bitcoin users have fear of governments? on: May 01, 2018, 04:05:53 AM
You know, if you're like a guy who always tunes in to news reports you can actually see that these days bitcoin and alts are gaining more positive rather than thw negatives of bitcoin, this cause would make a big effect to governments, and yes alot of us fear governments because they have the power to close out bitcoin anytime, but with the help of social media and technology I fairly think that the governments would be able to see the good side of  bitcoin and alts, because it can also be a big help to the economy of their country, bitcoin if used in the right way with the partnership between a government could really help boost the economy.
1240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum a threat to bitcoin on: April 30, 2018, 02:28:03 PM
Yeah, I think it is threat, more like a rivalry here because ethereum started 5 years after bitcoin has been launched, I think with this huge of a time gap bitcoin and the devs of it should really fear ethereum, I mean ethereum was able to make #2, but I think bitcoin should still be leading for a number of years with the ginormous lead with the price and the value of bitcoin is versus ethereum, now I can say that ethereum is newer, fresher, and yes they offer smart contracts and focuses on the gpu when you mine them, and lastly I think that the technology ethereum use is way newer than bitcoin, but again I will and still use bitcoin no matter what.
