1061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: July 11, 2018, 03:45:41 PM
It actually does affect your inner self if, and will give you have the winning edge in gambling, How? It simply makes you feel more determined, stress does not come to you, and within your positive optimistic thinking you'll gain the winning edge, in gambling people tend to intimidate their opponents in effect of making the opponents fear you or making them think in a critical way that makes them vulnerable, in this way you can mentally intimidate them and make them easier to interact with, and this is why positive thinking is important.
1062  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin again 6k$..... on: July 11, 2018, 03:08:36 PM
BTC has slightly recovered from the damage, in the month of June based on the few observations that I did, I think that the month of June was the lowest BTC has reached this year, it is not only $6k it was under $6k and the price was under $5,900, to be exact it was June 28, 2018, Was It shocking? Probably not, this is not new and things like this  normally occur, should I panic? No, not really you just have to wait for it to rise again, patience is key my friends.
1063  Economy / Economics / Re: Some advices and references for a newbie? on: July 11, 2018, 01:25:37 PM
My only advice for newbies is that you shouldn't push yourself, don't rush ranking up and end up making spam posts or shitposting, it's not good for the community as well if you do that, and my last advice is that you should be extremely patient and make your posts as constructive as possible in order for you to gain merits from the people that have read and interacted with your post, it's not easy but it's worth knowing BTC and probably earn soon.
1064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who sells BTC now? on: July 11, 2018, 10:46:10 AM
Probably people who are definitely in need to sell BTC right away, but I don't think this is the best time to sell BTC as the price is still recovering, though if you'd sell your Bitcoin/s then I think you'll get a good exchange, but for now as much as possible its better off holding for now.
1065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Become Mainstream In The Next 10 Years? on: July 11, 2018, 08:43:46 AM
Possibly yes it can become mainstream in the next 10 years, its all about consistency, hence if the price drops at this kind of rate it would be tough for BTC to become mainstream, and I'm not even talking about BTC becoming the world's currency as it lacks on some aspects that I'm sure that it is not yet ready to go on and become the world's currency, but If we are talking about mainstream here then that I am sure BTC has the chance to become.
1066  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could bitcoin reach 100.000$ ? on: July 11, 2018, 02:25:41 AM
Way too far to even say BTC will reach $100,000 at the end of 2018, Since BTC has fallen down under almost $5k in the past few months, and now you're saying BTC will reach 100 at the end? I don't think so, but one thing is for sure that BTC will reach that price mark in the next few years, it might not be right now but it will definitely happen in the future.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can world Government Kill Crypto? on: July 10, 2018, 11:12:23 PM
As you can see the Governments that are against BTC are doing the best they can do to kill it, but again BTC is not a decentralized currency, and therefore it would be hard for BTC to shut down, and because of anonymity people can anonymously keep their BTC without hesitation, because the authorities will have a hard time tracking these powerful people that can control the flow of the market, it'd be tough for the Government.
1068  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook now joining btc? on: July 10, 2018, 10:53:40 PM
From what I've read in the forum I think that Facebook and the team aren't joining BTC, but only to explore the world of crypto, they focused more on Blockchain to be specific, but as far as I know Facebook is not joining BTC, but it is a much better idea rather than making their own cryptocurrency right? And again I haven't seen any actual proof/evidence that FACEBOOK is joining BTC.
1069  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash? on: July 09, 2018, 01:39:29 PM
I'm not sure, I mean if you are going to invest in BTC there are risks, not only that you'll deal with the risks in investing but you are also going to have a problem with the price, and it is either the price is high or the price is low, though even if it is risky I do think that investing and securing your Child's future in BTC is a good idea, but I do not recommend doing it yet, the price is extremely volatile, and I think for now It is better off being sure than being a risk taker, it is your child's future, so I do think investing in banks and cash is much more recommended for now.
1070  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the chances BTC is replaced by something better soon? on: July 09, 2018, 10:42:17 AM
This post heavily started around the year 2014, and right now it is 2018, it has been 4 years and the prediction is clearly wrong, a lot of altcurrencies have extreme potential on replacing BTC, but as of now I really can't seem to find the crypto that can replace BTC in the future yet, I'm still trying to see on how consistent and durable these cryptos would be.
1071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: July 09, 2018, 01:46:02 AM
You know you can't really put all your money on gambling, yes we all get the addictive feeling whenever we win, but you know that luck runs out right? I mean it's not all about your luck running out, what I mean by that is that you need to be practical here, it doesn't mean that if you win you'll keep on gambling until that money of yours runs out, but in some cases people actually do this kind of habit, its really addicting, and I admit that I for myself has done this and I do regret and will never do it again.
1072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a scam ? on: July 08, 2018, 04:38:34 PM
You know that these ICO reviews, some of them are actually being paid to make positive reviews regardless if it shows lack of legitimacy and if it shows lack of service, a lot of people are doing this type of reviews, though I'm not saying that all reviews are paid to show the positive side only okay? But my point right here is that these reviews are not the only thing that you should check, be sure to check it for yourself also.
1073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: July 07, 2018, 04:03:56 PM
I've heard the walk of shame many times before, some of it I've heard from my friends and some I've heard in the television, though I clearly did not understand what it is up until now, Heads up because I really do not gamble that much and not a gamble addict, but again I have gambled before and I pretty much did also experienced the walk of shame wherein I was on the peak, I was in the climax, I was on top then I suddenly lost, my error here was thar I placed my bet, all of it I placed it, and then suddenly my luck ran out and lost everything, I did not walk shameful but rather I walked outside like I was a poor man without anything to deal with, but instead of complaining and crying I thought of it that it's a lesson I should learn and that is not putting all my money where my mouth is, Soon when I get to that casino, I'll be using more of my brain instead of my guts.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbetting on: July 07, 2018, 11:26:20 AM
To be quite frank with you sportsbetting is fun, You know that feeling wherein you get to support your favored team ans enjoy them play, It's really fun but you know that sometimes if you really need some cash, then sportsbetting is what you can do to earn some more, in picking your team you shouldn't just pick it because you like that team, if you need money then you should analyze well, predictions are hard and very risky, so what you can do is analyze the players and their capabilities, which team you think will gain the upper hand, and then again in sports betting you'll also need luck, because after all it's a SPORT, which means its a GAME, and in a GAME anything can happen right?

1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / BITCOIN won't die, period. on: July 05, 2018, 02:54:29 PM
As you can see that BTC is the largest crypto among all in the market, I just really do not understand why people like to claim that BTC is about to die, do not easily fall for these kinds of topics and think that Bitcoin is dying, put some research on it, its just another person's opinion but again it is misleading. One last thing before you reply, this is extremely important and might be a big help for you (especially for newbies) avoid agreeing with such wrong info given to you, be sure to take extra care in replying, and the most important part of all is that you should make some research and do not forget to read the thread (if necessary) it is also important as you can gain new information from other people, though just make sure that what you are reading is very much legitimate.

Thank you and feel free to respond, I wanna see your insights about this.
1078  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Hardware Wallets vs. Software Wallets on: July 01, 2018, 05:41:07 AM
Anyways there are also other wallets and not only hardware and software, there are also hot wallets, cold wallets and desktop wallets and many more types of wallets out there,

these are not different types of wallets. these are just different categorization of the same wallets.
for example you can say Electrum is a software wallet (although i don't like the term). then if you use it on your desktop of a computer that is connected to internet it becomes a "hot wallet". if you use it on a computer that is never connected to the internet it becomes a "cold wallet".

Pretty much right on this one, I apologize for the lack of info given but again my only focus around this topic is mainly on hardware wallets and software wallets.
1079  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Hardware Wallets vs. Software Wallets on: July 01, 2018, 01:41:49 AM
Give me 2-3 minutes of your time to explain what software wallet is and what hardware wallet is, Now I am just going to give you guys the exact information about what software wallet and what hardware wallet is.

Software Wallets - A software wallet is a software program that stores private and public keys and interacts with various blockchain to enable users to send and receive digital currency and monitor their balance. If you want to use Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, you will need to have a digital wallet.

Hardware Wallets - A hardware wallet is a special type of bitcoin wallet which stores the user's private keys in a secure hardware device. They have major advantages over standard software wallets: private keys are often stored in a protected area of a microcontroller, and cannot be transferred out of the device in plaintext.

Now I have searched this information clearly on Google and I have to say that the info is quite clear and easy to understand right? Anyways there are also other wallets and not only hardware and software, there are also hot wallets, cold wallets and desktop wallets and many more types of wallets out there, but for now let's talk about these 2 types of wallets which is the hardware and the software, which one do you prefer?

Edit: Please do refer to the replies below as their information is more accurate than what I have shown above.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Which altcurrency do you think has potential? on: June 30, 2018, 02:02:52 PM
Now before you reply read this carefully, Altcurrencies are being made almost every month, and right now there are over 300+ altcurrencies in the market right now, I did not made this topic because I'm going to endorse some altcurrency, I wrote this topic because I want you to give me and the people around the forum about your speculations about which cryptocurrency has potential, clearly there are tons of cryptos to choose on and I want you to take a closer look on every alt in the market, and if you do have chosen an alt that you'll want to share with us then feel free to reply on this thread, goodluck and may this information spread even more.
