361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ltc pump before halving? on: August 05, 2019, 01:47:25 PM
Ltc didn't perform as much as expected which is attributed to bitcoin dominance since the last three months which have not really given altcoins breathing space but then, ltc has done over 17% since its halving hour and its not bad. I expect more increase in value in the coming months for litecoin
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: August 05, 2019, 12:54:17 PM
I am not so certain but I believe with more modifications to address its shortcomings, IEO might just be around for a long time. It has so far fixed security issues, liquidity and trust and I hope it further address crypto fraud on a larger scale
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAMMERS TAKING SERIES OF DIMENSIONS on: August 04, 2019, 10:28:46 PM
The SCAMMERS in the cryptocurrency world are not giving up on defrauding the unsuspecting investors of their hard earned money.

Since the introduction of IEO, SCAMMERS have diverted their efforts towards stealing the investors exchanges passwords.

They Create a cloned website of the exchanges, Contact you through a mail and attach the cloned website's shortened url for you not to suspect that you are entering a different websites to your real exchange.

The investors should be checking the website address of their exchange before they input their passwords into any exchange.

I actually think they are running out of ideas from the usual pms they send on Telegram asking one to help them withdraw some amount of bitcoin from a scam exchange. Now they register your email on a scam site and ask you to confirm registrations. The best and easiest remedy is to ignore any pm or mail from a strange party
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in these altcoins? on: August 03, 2019, 11:08:45 PM
After careful look on these coins I must say you spotted really good coins back then but as the dynamics of cryptocurrency portrays both losses and profits, every penny on IOTA would have been lost at it over - x10 from your proposed buying price but if you invested in Stellar lumens, you will be in x3 profits as things stand
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I've taken my eye off bounty hunters comments on: August 03, 2019, 10:52:53 PM
All these projects listed had bounties and were successful. The blame should be really yours if you have been around cryptocurrency and not realise that some projects are bad and you doing your own research can never be over emphasised. Yes, alot of bounty hunter might be misleading on. The projects they promote which could be  out of shear ignorance but then, never fail to carry our your own research on any investment choice of yours
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your money could vanish in IEOs on: July 31, 2019, 09:54:48 PM
This is now the new trend, every exchange wants to do ieo no matter how shitty the project is. If you are investing in any ieo, consider it a big risk. If it pays off, fine. If it doesn't, we learn.

If you buy from the prominent exchanges in the likes of Binance, Huobi and Okex and you successfully get in, I am certain you will sell for profits but losses would be accumulated if you don't get into the sales and the native coins (bnb, HT) Which you hold dumps
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Would you invest in Mining Company IEO? on: July 31, 2019, 09:35:59 PM
Maybe alot of people will participate for the quick profits if you have good Tokenomics, dividend plans and strong partners. Asides that, no one really gives into mining platforms anymore as anyone can now easily set up a small mining rig to suit its cost plan
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: July 31, 2019, 09:31:14 PM
I see no reason to compare these two different coins.  But I still think that ethereum is the best of all, and that it is one of the most powerful and successful projects.
obviously there is no reason to compare both coin,  they have different usecase just that people will wanna speculate about which coin is better than the other
I personally obviously prefer ethereum from waves, ethereum to have a community and high volume in exchanger so waves aren't likely to replace ethereum in the future

Its not just about the high liquidity or community but the active research and development of the network consistently performed by he foundation unlike waves that little or less rely on its obsolete usecases and technology. Technology is fast and transient and must be always updated
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: July 31, 2019, 09:17:39 PM
Like I said earlier, Bnb has been overbought already and the potentials of it getting to $50 usd is slim in my opinion. Recently, Binance orchestrated its quarterly burn yet it didn't pull the price up. The best it can achieve might just be less than $40
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My BTC and altcoin picks, Let's share Portfolios! on: July 31, 2019, 09:13:50 PM
Most of my coins and tokens are new projects, the only old ones I have are projects from 2017 like electroneum the rests are new projects
I'm holding litecoincash
Veil
Very few monero
Haven
Loki
Skycoin
And meta

Wow. Glad to see someone who still holds Haven. I once thought it's just me. I still hold some old coins including electroneum and Monero with a touch of new school coins which include, morpheus labs, Harmony, chromia, Sero
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTT rapid fall on: July 31, 2019, 08:31:00 PM
What do you say about BTT it falls stronger than other altcoins. Push off sharply from 9 Satoshi as it was, or repeat the fate of npxs stuck at 9 - 10

I guess each time Justin Sun is not in the news, his coins suffer epic drops in the market but that can't be said of recent times because Justin has really been in the news with the impending Warren Buffett dinner but maybe his controversy with Chinese government has affected btt as it crossed 8sats few hours ago
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary tokens here and there on: July 31, 2019, 07:51:27 PM
What is going on with devs building deflationary coins and tokens here and there?
Bomb token was the first, now I'm seeing grenade, dynamite, ethplode etc ,why are they building these coins?its very alarming, for quick profit?
And everyone seem to be rushing these tokens, the fact is they have no real use case ,every single one of them, its just the deflationary thing only,I won't advice anyone to invest

The real experimental and deflationary token is bomb. The rest which came afterwards are just for the money. I have been in this market for long to decipher the real from the chaff. This is one of the demerits the unregulated blockchain that has to be addressed
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: July 31, 2019, 07:42:05 PM
With stake allocation you can get more tokens based on the stake and how many participants join the bounty but that's that, the reason why I choose fixed allocation over stake is because right from the start you've know how much tokens you will get and the fact is merely looking or comparing bounties from one to another fixed bounty allocation performs better, they pays most times and no single participants is left out, what do you guys say about this?

Fixed is usually employed to control the amount of tokens a participant can likely get an also enable free sharing among participants but the best rewarding type has to be Stake bounty allocation as the amount of tokens acquired by each participant now depends on its competing strength
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which countries are more friendlier to crypto? on: July 31, 2019, 07:38:48 PM
China and America might be very popular with cryptocurrency and thus helped propagate the news worldwide but they are the toughest countries to run a node. The best cryptocurrency friendly countries are South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Malta and Estonia
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you trust FB with your KYC details? on: July 31, 2019, 07:16:10 PM
I wouldn't. I don't think this coin will succeed! What do you think?

Yes because it's an oxymoron to not have your KYC with Facebook. The reason why i said so is because Facebook probably has more information about us (our parents, siblings, friends and associates more than any kyc platform so there's really nothing to hide for Facebook
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The End of Bear Market, Confirmed!! on: July 31, 2019, 12:45:22 PM
The price of bitcoin has started to improve today has moved up to 3% more, of course we hope it will continue but it does not rule out the possibility that there is still a correction again and bitcoin is back down to 9k.

Due to correction in Bitcoin, the prices of altcoins going down in the market. In the current situation, it is impossible for us to predict whether we are in bearish or still in the bull market. Due to the sudden increase in the price of Bitcoin, market fluctuating too much and still, Bitcoin dominance is continuing.

They say bitcoin and cryptocurrency market sometimes have a mind of its own. Bitcoin is currently below $10,000 which it comfortably broke last time. The market may be currently under bear but I strongly believe there is resurgence soon
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will there be an altseason this year? on: July 30, 2019, 10:09:03 PM
Bitcoin seems to be having a jolly ride this year, and the alts aren't following suit, just a little gains here and there. And with the increasing percentage of bitcoin dominance which is now over 60%, do we see the alts pulling massive gains this year?

Truly, there has been no big leap recorded this year for altcoins except for  Binance coin but generally unlike bitcoin has witnessed in the last three months and I sincerely doubt we will have any alt run this year despite the fact that cryptocurrency market is a bit unpredictable
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 100x-1000x coin? on: July 30, 2019, 09:41:25 PM
Vite is definitely top 100 coin. To my mind they have working application so this coin can grow so fast. This coin is really potential. They even have own forum

Vite is a good coin and with a team so focused on product development, it's surely a good buy but not for 100x - 1000x in my opinion because of the high circulation of supply it has in the market which is also a huge determining factor for value
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: July 28, 2019, 09:41:03 PM

I am amazed at the way that BNB is growing this year. What is more amazing is that after the famous Binance hack, BNB seems to be untouched and it even continued growing. Aside from its top exchange platform, people are also looking forward to the Binance Chain as possible rival of Ethereum and TRON.

Right now it is sitting at the $28 level and is considered to be the top gainer for this recent rebound of the cryptocurrency market. The future of BNB is now getting to be rosy to the hurrahs of its growing supporters and holders...

Do you think that BNB can be able to reach the $50 level within this year? Or does it have the potential to do so, in the first place?

BNB is the top break out coin of this year as it hit its all time high of $24.5 set in 2017, and has become an outstanding performer alongside bitcoin but I think it has been overbought and with the IEO frenzy dying out, CZ will have to put up alot of interesting activities to make the coin reach $50 this year
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Right Now: Will Do A Bull Run Too? on: July 28, 2019, 08:11:33 PM
Apparently, everything depends on the movement of bitcoin. It's dominance over altcoins have been well over 40 percent. I don't see any possible eth run at the moment because of this current drag. Even if it will come, it might just happen as a surprise
