3921  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Risk worth strengthening our economy ? on: August 03, 2019, 12:31:52 PM
Well, that is not only happening in India. It also happens in my country, but not the Mica case, this one is something different. There are lots of children who also suffer in my country because the government never pays attention tor the poor citizens that they governing.

Sometimes when I’m traveling I see some parents with their children in a dump area picking up waste products that they can sell to refineries just for money to feed themselves. This is very bad, cause I know that it can affect those children, especially their health. The government are meant to be providing jobs for the people, but they never do, all they are interested is in their own selfish needs and that’s all and nothing else.
3922  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Here is a list of some of the giant's industry enter Crypto recently on: August 02, 2019, 06:06:39 PM
What exactly have they contributed ? So ever since they joined ,did that make the price of cryptocurrencies to go up or was it even going down the more? So what has they been contributing ,if not to their own selfish interest? To be sincere all these people are just fighting for their own selfish interest and nothing else.

So, I am not even excited about any of these. Even Facebook that has joined recently ,I know that there is nothing else that they are joining if not for the same thing, just to make more money and nothing else. I have been seeing post that they are going to use their currency to trace where you buy things online and all that ,and then use the information they get to channel their ads properly lol. So, forget about all these things , they all jumping on crypto due to what they will gain from it and nothing else.
3923  Economy / Economics / Re: There were only 3,3% of days In Bitcoin's History That Were Not Profitable on: August 02, 2019, 04:05:23 PM
Bitcoin was the best major asset for investment. No matter if you look for the 6 months return , 1 year return, 3 year return, 5 year return or 10 year return. I hope you guys get it now. There is no better performing asset if you look at the global major assets.
I think that is exactly the message that the op is trying to pass across, it means bitcoin has hard more positive opportunity than the negative some of us do see. The fact that we did not do or assignment very well to find that opportunity does not mean it did not present itself and we can see from the analysis of the op that bitcoin has always been profitable all along.

Bitcoin is going to forever be the best investment which is reason why there should not be anyone that would ever come to the cryptocurrency market to trade or buy coin without first considering bitcoin investment first. This is the only coin that can guarantee anyone of future and stand for him or her even when all other coins has failed such user, investors or such trader of that coin.
3924  Economy / Economics / Re: On Bitcoin and old-timers on: August 02, 2019, 02:29:58 PM
People often say that because they only see the technology of bitcoin as a profit making technology, if people really understand the main purpose of bitcoin, they will understand that it is virtually for everyone, because anyone can make use of bitcoin to make payment at any time, whether rich or poor, in fact satoshi created bitcoin for the masses and not for the rich alone, because rich people have the money to make payment even if government slams very high charges on them.

The reason why people do think it is not for masses is because they feel it is expensive to purchase for trading and even when they are able to purchase, the rich big whales will still push them into panic selling the little one that is with them, but we just need to understand that the main use of cryptocurrency is for payment and not trade alone.
3925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your money could vanish in IEOs on: August 02, 2019, 12:06:52 PM
This is now the new trend, every exchange wants to do ieo no matter how shitty the project is. If you are investing in any ieo, consider it a big risk. If it pays off, fine. If it doesn't, we learn.
You are right, I see that they are beginning to abuse the IEO concept of Binance and like you said, all these small unpopular exchanges wants to also get involve with IEO too when they are not ready to do due diligent like Binance. What most of those exchanges just do is to accept the project without investigating the project, and if they do that, what is then the difference between the projects being counted as ICO.

I count all the project that I see announced as IEO on all these small exchanges as scam projects because any reputable and reliable IEO will go for exchanges that are reputable too like Binance and other great exchanges that are the main actors in IEO. This is why we have to also make sure too those projects called IEO that we choose to be interested in should be from Binance.
3926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to npxs on: August 02, 2019, 11:43:46 AM
It got listed on binance and was doing pretty good then, until now. Just trading below 10sats and seems to be sitting there. What do you think about it going long term?
For the mean time, I honestly don’t know what to really say about some of this coins, because it seems majority of the coins below 100 in coin market are just sitting there too same way and looking redundant, I learnt that majority of them are waiting for the bull run of altcoins to pick up, but their development should really not just depend on the bull run. It should be totally dependent on the adoption of the project.

I feel that most of the problems found with these ICO project lies with the project directors because they are not really showcasing the project to the world for them to adopt it. We have like over 7 billion of people on earth and at least thousands of people out of it should pick interests and use them if they are really pushing it.
3927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IPHONE & ANDROID USERS NEEDS TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFULL on: August 01, 2019, 06:46:23 PM
I am seeing a lot of trash apps in Appstore, and I can imagine that some poor guys are depositing their coins and get scammed. Always google the name of any programme and investigate this app of its legitimacy before you download them to your device.
I think people just need to learn to be smart, with this level of development, I think people should already know they will always verify an application before installing it, even before cryptocurrency was invested, there has always been same application in the market, even in the games that we do install from the store in which some of them are just there to spy on ones pc and also there to directly scam people.

The best way to ever install and application is to go through the website directly and even when going through the website, there is also need to crosscheck the website and be sure that it is a verified one. I am sure that any genuine website will have a link to the correct application on any play store where they exist for people to download.
3928  Economy / Economics / Re: (36%) of U.S. investors would consider buying bitcoin on: August 01, 2019, 02:14:53 PM
Well, I can't blame them for that. Americans had been told for years that Bitcoin is a bubble and that investing in it is insanity. Most of them had listened to the advice of "experts" and never invested in Bitcoin, but those who decided to take risks despite the persistent cautions, have made good money along the way.

And now, when BTC after dropping from almost $20k to almost $3k has started rising again instead of going to zero, as those experts predicted, people have decided to stop believing them. Quite a logical decision, if you ask me.
Except they don’t understand the technology of bitcoin fully because if they do, I am not sure that anyone will be able to talk them out of investing in bitcoin or using it as payment system when they know that the se of bitcoin fully protects the user again anyone knowing about the transaction. So, if they really had interest in it from the onset, then they should have already invested in it long time again when they had the chance.

This figure is really good if these 36% are interested in investing in bitcoin now, it could make the price of bitcoin dramatically increase overtime, because when it comes to investing big times, Americans are good at it, they don’t invest with little money but heavy investment. So we need to encourage those 36 percent to consider bitcoin as soon as possible.
3929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption Over Bull Run on: August 01, 2019, 06:58:00 AM
You are so much correct about this, there are so many projects right now have very sound innovative but when it still comes to adoption, adoption may not likely happen if the developer of such innovation does not go extra mile to make their project visible to world at large.

Secondly, most of these developers are also the ones that usually make people that would have adopted the coin see it as just investment instruments, so they need to start promoting more of the usefulness of the project than the money it will fetch whoever would bring money to buy the token.

The reason why we do have so much crashes in the price of cryptocurrency also is because people use it for investment rather than use it for its technology, we can only get less volatility when people makes use of their product more.
3930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Actinium_scam] Be Careful this company is doing scam on: August 01, 2019, 06:22:43 AM
Crazy founder who bans everyone from telegram and discord.
Does not care about customer support.
Founder has most coins in his possession and ready to dump as soon the coin pumps.
Listed only shitty exchanges and no recent listing or update of the project
I really appreciate you for bringing the attention of people to this shady project, but unfortunately, advises like this are only useful for new and intending investors but cannot be of help to those that has already put their money into this project. Those that as already committed their money are the real victim, because the newer ones should be wise enough to do research and see all that you have pointed out now.

It really pains me that sometimes, it is a matter of taking a pain reliever after death which would not work. We really need to first fight against how they cannot even succeed in taking money from these investors before they figure out that they are scam. These guys too are beginning to gradually cut people off because they have made enough money from the scam project.
3931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Season May Be Talk Of The Town, But What About 2019’s Dead Coins? on: July 26, 2019, 05:57:06 PM
The rich man that died with his wallet key, is there anything they have been able to do now, or if a friend of yours that as no relatives dies, and owing you, would you not forget what he owed even if it is painful? That is exactly the case of these Dead coin, they are dead already and there is nothing left to be done for those coins, not even bull run of altcoins season, any investment made in those coins are gone forever, it is now left for the investor to move on with life and ensure that he or she does a very due diligence on any of the coin he wishes to invest in before putting money.

No matter how promising a project looks, when you dig dipper into them, you will always get some certain clues that will give you an insight to them and to know if they will be able to stand in future or end up dyeing off the market after some few months/years.
3932  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. 🏆 on: July 26, 2019, 04:14:16 PM
I can't wait to see how the jersey giveaway will be like. I want to get in and win one so bad! However I am afraid how the sizing issue will be done plus how the shipping will be done. Many of us are not from UK and I don't know where sportsbet.io is based in and where their headquarters are so I am probably not from there neither.

It means if we join and end up winning they will have to ask us our body size and we will say something like 2xl or whatever and if the sizing is different in this then other things we wear then what are we going to do send it back and request larger? I know these are silly questions to ask way beforehand but I am just too excited! I want one so bad and I am going to do whatever I can to win it when that promotions comes.

OK I did a bit of research to help you out. This is where you buy the shirt - https://www.thehornetsshop.co.uk/kit/home-kit/adult/2745_2019-adult-home-shirt.html

This is the size guide (Follow the link above, scroll to near the bottom & on the right there’s a little logo you can click on that takes you to the full size guide).

Okay, now that is just sad Cheesy. I can't get into even the 3xl one. I know I am quite fat and I know I am not a small guy but that is just waaaaay too small for me, I don't know if it is a country thing or not but sizes in my country a lot bigger. Even in inches 3xl waist is about 120 cm (so about 47-48 inch) and not 40 inch and I am more in the 110 cm (so 43 inch or so) level which is 2xl in my country. So, for the jerseys I wouldn't be even capable of getting into an 3xl Sad I hope they would make like a 4xl or even 5xl one just in case for fat people like me.

Sizes do change from jersey to jersey, my Los Angeles Lakers jersey is literally only large, I never wear large in anything because I am fat but NBA jerseys are quite baggy and big so large fits me very well whereas normally I wear 2xl and here I can't fit in 3xl Watford jersey, I wish there was this universal fit for all instead of all these different sizes for same person.
3933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If DEX is so obvious ! on: July 26, 2019, 01:26:26 PM
DEX is the proper exchange that should have gone along with the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency but we simply ignored the system for Centralized exchange which is till so much making waves.

So I don’t really know what you mean by major  moving to Dex, the only exchange that I see starting to consider DEX is Binance and maybe one other exchange that I cannot remember, which Binance probably introduced after they were hacked and I think it is a way to further secure their users and company by creating DEX because it is actually impossible for any hacker to hack a DEXexchange except maybe the users is loosed with his or her security exchange, but because of too many connections involved in a DEX, it becomes impossible to be hacked.
3934  Economy / Economics / Re: Is institutional capital good or bad for Bitcoin? on: July 26, 2019, 12:40:57 PM
I'm not sure if Bitcoin is used as a currency now

From my perspective, Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies remains and will remain mostly a speculative asset. It is unlikely that we are going to see much interest from institutional investors any time soon. Really, what's in Bitcoin for them? It will be a free lunch and easy money for ordinary folks like you and me. But that has never been the case in the past and won't be in the future. In other words, "local" people tend to overestimate the importance of the whole crypto universe. It is small and insignificant (for big guns)
Bitcoin is still more of a speculative assets this way because it has not yet been regulated, if bitcoin can get regulated, I think it will even be more beneficial to these institutional investors, and this institution will not only use it for investment purpose, but for digital payment purpose, which is the main goal of bitcoin, but I guess it will really takes lots of time for it to be regulated as the governments that is need to regulate it has not yet picked interest in it.

Anyway, their regulation is just to fast track the adoption rate and make it quickly become less speculative market, but without government regulation, as we gradually proceed in the usage of the technology by ourselves, a time will show up when bitcoin becomes a stable coin, and then it would be difficult to speculate it, once it becomes less speculative, institutions will tend to use it as means of evading task, and many more reason other than this.
3935  Economy / Economics / Re: FED Chairmain compares Bitcoin to Gold on: July 26, 2019, 11:14:57 AM
The greatest news is that recently it turned out some other big politician (I totally forgot but he was someone like head of SEC or something) was talking about how he likes bitcoin over libra, they were questioning libra and what it will do and how it will do it there and libra people were defending themselves, dude just plainly said he would prefer bitcoin over libra.

Now, you may think thats normal because you are an educated young person compared to these people but the guy I am talking about is probably like 50+ years old at least and is a politician not a finance guru, hence bitcoin being better than libra reached all the way to older people as well which is why it worth a lot to us.

I mean we knew it but if the world knows it and Libra becomes huge nevertheless that means bitcoin will be even bigger.
3936  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: July 26, 2019, 08:11:51 AM
I honeslty 100% agree that people are not interested in bitcoin because they can see what it can achieve in the future and how it can change our financial system from the bottom and make the world a lot more equal between rich and poor. Right now the system is crooked towards rich people and the gap between rich and poor is getting wider and wider.

They are only interested in using bitcoin to get richer and that seems to be a big problem. That is why libra wouldn't change too much, they can't get rich using Libra since its just a security and stablecoin so if facebook ends up saying 1 libra equals 1 dollar then doesn't matter how much you invest it will end up the same amount since it won't get up. That means the people who are mostly interested in bitcoin for more money will not be interested in libra.

3938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019: Which coin is the most profitable? on: July 26, 2019, 07:28:46 AM
I am looking for advice. Which coin is the most profitable in 2019

Why you must be confused, bitcoin is a coin that can produce many benefits. So prepare a big bag to buy bitcoin.
BIG BAG, YOU BETTER DON’T SCARE HIM AWAY lol, do you know what it will take to have a big bag full of bitcoin, we are talking off millions of dollars, well, he might rich though, we need such type of large investors right now to pump money into the bitcoin market, it is these large money that will make bitcoin value to quickly surge.

Bitcoin is actually still the best investment you can have, and you don’t have to buy a bag full of bitcoin to invest in it, one can still invest based on capacity, and whatever such amount is, at least it do 2x in the next bull run of bitcoin. There are also some altcoins that is very necessary to have for this 2019, we have tron, tron management is working so hard and this coin will pump this year, and others are xlm, bnb, ada and many more.
3939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: any reason for this biggest drop? on: July 26, 2019, 06:01:40 AM
Price is still relevant in my viewpoint, however crypto market correction because of sell with profit taking. That is the reason this happens, people have realized its now. So Don't bind yourself, such of ups and down rather keep going with the stream.

well,, in my opinion this is normal,
i think a corrections will make the market healthier

and i hope this corrections will not continues, just like the last year my friend
because a lot of people didn't have enough confidence because of their experience in bear market last year
Nothing to fear, it is certainly not going to continue, most corrections are usually temporary, and this type of correction is one that will lead to a more increase in the price of bitcoin, I guess the experience you were talking about was the one we all had after the bull run, and that one was as a result of the all-time high we had reached which made whales and many other investors dump their coin.

We are in another bitcoin uptrend and we are yet to see another bull run fully that will lead us to another new all-time high for this dip to continue to bear market. I am certain that within the next few weeks, you will see that we will break the barrier of $15k, and the moment we break that barrier, it will be certain that we will be heading towards another new all-time high.
3940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Tether supply keeps growing(stable coin) on: July 26, 2019, 03:43:43 AM
I do not know the tactics that tether is using that is really making them this string despite all the atrocities they are known with, yet people still prefer it to other reliable stablecoins, I have never been so much interested in tether from the onset, which is why I rather use USDC. The days of tether is really numbers and I cannot wait for the court to strike the case against them, if court does that, it will really create a massive dump in the price of tether and then build other stable coins, it will also make other coins like bitcoin increase in value.

So, I am also crossing my fingers to see the outcome of the court case too and I believe that it will not favors tether, so any one still holding that coins should better start looking at other stable coins or start converting their tokens to bitcoin.
