This looks very promising! I will be there for the first day of the ICO for sure  Cool
Yes, we do not need to worry on the potential of moneypot in gambling industry and I am also very keenly preparing funds for my contribution toward mpx ICO. Hope we may get big profits in very short period of time itself.

4104  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 09, 2017, 06:07:29 AM
I'm surprised to see this thread create in 2015, now the bitcoin price is much higher than the price in 2015. I think you can buy a house if you have the bitcoin you saved in 2015.
Yes, during those days the price was in three digits and now this game have changed a lot in terms of large scale adoption as well in terms of value. This proves that the price grows high in the upcoming days too, and based on the requirement it's good to buy a house.
Bitcoin prices are rising up continuously since last year, although with some dumps too, but summary is the rise.
It will continue to rise and rise in upcoming years. So not only buying house, if you get enough profit out of it you can buy much more than house. Wait and watch.
4105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and security on: September 08, 2017, 08:14:29 PM
I have never experienced a problem with my wallet security (not wallet paper).
as long as you use 2fa in my opinion, your account / your wallet will be fine.

Tell that to all the people that lost coin at the exchanges and wallet sites that got hacked. I lost quite a lot (to me) at Cryptsy, a little dust at Inputs.io and got lucky that there was nothing in my Mt. Gox or BTC-e accounts.

A way bigger threat are actually the exchanges itself. You can use a strong password, 2FA etc etc. but all this doesn't matter when the operators of the exchanges itself are robbing you ... and you can't do anything about that, when you are a regular trader.

Can you explain in more detail how the operators of the exchanges are "robbing" you? If you're talking about the fees, then guess what: exchanges are also businesses, which are put up to make profit. You expect a company to spend thousands and thousands of dollars for their website and the huge database, employees, etc and put up their site without fees? Come on now.

Most of the so called hacks of exchanges that went bust are suspected of being inside jobs. Look up the ones I mentioned above. If the owner or employees are going to abscond with your coin then using 2FA isn't going to help you.

Most of the time the attack is from inside, if people do great hacks then most probably they have assistance of the employees who are working for the company being attacked. The best way to stay safe is to not trust anyone with anything.
4106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL? on: September 08, 2017, 07:00:16 PM
It depends, what would you sell it for? If fiat, then i would suggest holding it. If you do due diligence and find good undervalued projects, I would personally invest some of it in other projects. It's better to be diversified in this space as you've seen how volatile news can be for one coin, potentially destroying your portfolio. Look for projects that have good teams and haven't been pumped to ridiculous prices.
I would also suggest holding them a little longer or better converting them into Bitcoins. Selling out for no reason other than being afraid of suffering from more loss will actually become regret in future. However, if there is some other reason behind as you have mentioned, he can sell some amount of it.
4107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: September 08, 2017, 06:18:00 PM
Hi guys, I would advise you to buy DeepOnion

Just have a look at the charts : it's at its lowest price right now : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/deeponion/

I know it can seem quite stupid to but some Onions as it's given for free, but if you can't reach the conditions... just do it
I recommend Bitcoins over all other digital assets. It has potential far greater than any other in every aspect. But if we talk about Chinese ICOs, I think now we better don't even consider them. They all are as good as gone, especially after their banning by the government.
4108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it too late to buy NEO? on: September 08, 2017, 01:19:01 PM
NEO has good potential, but it will not repeat the story of bitcoin.
Nothing can get even near to bitcoins, really. NEO or any other altcoin are like ants in front of the king. Bitcoins rule !
But if someone wanna waste his time hooking up in altcoins, then NEO will be a good entertainment. I really wanna see how far can NEO go...
4109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: September 08, 2017, 12:42:08 PM
Hey, I should also mention gogooptions as listed in my signature. I don't personally use it, but it can somewhat count as a game. It involves earning Bitcoin at least. Basically you bet on whether the price will go up or down. If you're right you win. If you're wrong you lose.

I don't normally advertise stuff where I put referral stuff and what not, but when a thread is made that specifically asks for these kind of things I don't consider it spam and perfectly acceptable to put out there.
Normally I just stay happy and never play games. All the people in this world are working for the sake of their families and the same is with me. I took my family to a resort and enjoy the time and get free of all the tensions of life. That is the real occasion for me to be happy and all is for that purpose. I think playing games is a waste of time and you cannot give satisfaction to your children by playing games.
4110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 08, 2017, 10:49:32 AM
I think there's no wrong on gambling the one who gamble and gamble over and over again even if he didn't benefit from that's the real wrong and besides gambling can be dated long ago we should know the history of it.
According to me, it is not exactly wrong it is rather a useless act. However, it can be wrong in some scenarios too. For instance, if a gambler gambles more than he should that is gambling with unlimited amount of money and time. I am also in not favor of gambling with debts. Hurting anyone by any means is indeed wrong in my dictionary.
4111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: September 08, 2017, 08:55:32 AM
Where is it possible to buy this coin ? I see poeple saying many people have been issued refunds for this coin and I cant see any exchange trading this Sad Help PLS !

Why you wanna buy LLT, any particular reason
Really, I am also unable to understand the reason for getting this. The dude can be a newbie or may have heard something cool about it from some friend. Whatever the case is, I would suggest him going for something better than LLT. If no exchange is trading this then may be it doesn’t worth it.
4112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: September 08, 2017, 06:41:31 AM
Bitcoin Better than Gold?  Huh

Theory: when it was $1000 the first time, nobody could quite believe what was happening.
So as soon as it started to slip, they bailed.
When it was a few hundred, and started to slip, people said "hey I've already changed $100 into $20,000, better no get greedy!" and bailed.
Now we have lots of people who have bought because they believe it will go up and up and up.
They may be wrong, but their belief matters.
I think yes, bitcoin is far better than gold, because gold cannot be used for buying anything in the world, first you will have to change it in your local currency, then in the required one and then you will be able to use it. On the other hand gold reduces its price with the passage of time, while bitcoin increases its price as the time passes. Gold is not a business and bitcoin with a currency also a business too.
4113  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: September 08, 2017, 04:09:34 AM
bitcoin makes people rich because of the rise in bitcoin prices. for those who have a lot of money they see bitcoin as a good investment to do. bitcoin prices become very expensive and require a lot of money to buy bitcoin. so only rich people can buy bitcoin. rich people will become richer if they invest bitcoin .. they invest all their money to bitcoin.
You are right that you need a handsome amount in order to purchase Bitcoin in present day. But I think there is no doubt in it that Bitcoin has changed the lives of many people. It gave a lot of profit to the one who believed in it and invested in it. So, I agree with it that all the people who have become rich by investing in Bitcoin must be thank it.
4114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Message to the guys, that didn't buy when BTC was worth 100$ on: September 07, 2017, 12:48:31 PM
Well it is definitely gonna be regrettabke to those who did not believed with bitcoin before and even I myself am wishing that I knew about bitcoin back then. But really who would have thought back then that bitcoin will be reaching the prices it is at now. I think no one had predicted this to happen.
Yes it is true no one can predict anything about the future. I will also tell them that they have their own choice of doing business. When the things go in some different direction than the expectations then people feel upset. May there are many people who have sold their bitcoin when the prices would so miner and now they will feel hurrah, that why we have emptied our wallet of bitcoin, if we hold them now we will be very rich.
4115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL? on: September 06, 2017, 04:26:45 PM
poor you. I think u lost round 30 ETH. just keep calm my friend!
Don't add insult into his injuries. The prices were supposed to drop some day. I would suggest everyone holding on their coins and if they can increase the amount, it would be a lot better. Ethereum price would definitely recover as BTC is also gaining value.
4116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH, WAVES, LTC PREDICTIONS FOR 2020/21 on: September 06, 2017, 12:57:58 PM
Eth $2500 Waves $200 and LTC $1000 All of this coins are very good but LTC hasn't a good team as waves and ethereum have so it would be a disadvantage for litecoin.
I have same belief regarding ETH but I think WAVES will be more expensive than LTC. However, it totally depends upon the person's present balance that he can invest in altcoins.
Also, it would be a lot better to go after ETH than any other altcoins or the best is to earn bitcoins.
4117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think LTC go up soon? on: September 06, 2017, 11:47:07 AM
what ltc have. China backup, active dev, low fee, fast confirm.
If we consider the Chinese backup, then I think it is bitcoin which is supported the most among all the crypto currencies. 80 percent of bitcoin trading is done in China. China is actually involved in all crypto coins. It has a huge community of miners. LTC is not some special case.  LTC won't go up soon.
4118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡️[ANN][ICO]GOLDMINT - ⚡blockchain platform operating gold-backed cryptoassets⚡️ on: September 06, 2017, 10:52:49 AM
What time does the developer intend to go online? Looks good for the project
I think they are quite active and answering all the questions very rapidly just the fact that due to the gold being a real asset and they are claiming it's backed by gold so people have a lot of questions. I guess you should also check the main post and there are lot's of important links given to get some knowledge.
4119  Economy / Economics / Re: Next generation money on: September 06, 2017, 10:34:53 AM
I think bitcoin can be said as future money because if money is only limited to a country, while bitcoin is more univesal and can be used in all countries in the world Wink
You are probably right. We can expect cryptocurrency to be as next generation money. And it is very much possible that we may be able to see Bitcoin as future money. The reason which I think behind it is nothing else but the way it is gaining the attention of the ones sitting in the market along with increase in its market process.
4120  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 06, 2017, 08:32:38 AM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
Both. They are all sources of wealth after all. Who doesnt want them anyway? I mean, they would go up as time passes by

I agree with you. Owning both the assets is the best thing to do. It will reduce the risks, as gold is a stable asset. Also, it will increase the chances of good returns as Bitcoin is a very volatile form of investment. But both will need separate type of storage, as Bitcoin is a digital asset, and gold is a physical asset. But you can overcome this challenge by storing Bitcoin in hardware wallets.
I think keeping up both the things will not be a good approach. You should choose either of these. Reason being things will be difficult for you to manage if you’ll be dealing with both of them. I will suggest you to make a comparison and go for the one which more money and better future.
