241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 27, 2017, 12:03:12 AM
Hey guys, bought some XEL from heat and withdrew it to my XEL wallet. I read that it takes 20 confirmations on the Heat blockchain to receive the XEL but it's been almost double the confirmations and nothing showing up yet. Anyone have an idea how long it takes on average?

Not sure but you could try asking in the HEAT forum too:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1543991.msg19788815#msg19788815

Thanks, posted. Hopefully I didn't noob out and send it to someone else lol.

This is the XEL asset address used for withdrawing on the heat exchange right: 9911527222839566773

245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: June 23, 2017, 01:24:48 AM
Agressive selling, not surprised though. most likely the Pre-IOC buyers that got shafted...what I like to call hate selling.

Just finding it funny that before and during the ICO the SONM were active as fuck....4 days later...all I can hear is crickets lol.

They would of went to the ends of the earth for your investment...now lucky if you get a useless update once every few weeks lol.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: June 22, 2017, 03:45:45 PM
Well glad I bought a tiny amount during the ICO...got my stink bids in at 2k sats....see people you don't have to buy into the ICO just wait till fools sell at a loss and buy cheaper. Cheesy
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 21, 2017, 07:05:35 AM
Here is some great news! BTC/XEL will be listed on the first exchange tomorrow at 18:00 Central European Time (CET). Automatic deposits and withdrawals are already implemented. The last hours until launch will be used for additional testing. Watch this space!

What exchange?

Guessing on the Heat decentralized exchange based on gh2's posts...just a guess.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 20, 2017, 07:05:56 PM
I'm not trolling or fudding. I'm expressing genuine concern that will most likely be dismissed and ignored.

Posting with sock puppet accounts is not going to get your voice heard...sorry balls will be needed to voice concerns lol
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CVC] CIVIC Tokensale :: 21 June on: June 20, 2017, 06:57:25 AM
To the New comers, do your research on what wallet to use and how to redeem eth tokens...I believe there is something called Google that you can use, but I'm not a 100% sure. People have been calling this Google thing a myth but I think it would be an adventure try this in your web browser: Google.com

Try it and let us know if it's a myth  Cheesy
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: June 20, 2017, 06:55:07 AM
There are so many amateurs here who don't bother to do any research, it's actually a bit sad to check back in here.

It took nearly 2 months for the previous coin associated with SONM, TIME, to be fully distributed after the ICO. Then, it went onto the exchanges.

The SONM guys are right now going through hundreds and hundreds of emails about bonus allocations and then they will ensure the previous tokens are correctly reflected in the new SNM value.

Once they're done, the remaining tokens are split among the other predefined recipients listed on their website. THEN, and only then, the tokens will be finally 100% distributed properly.

Other ICOs finish fast and get listed (within 2 weeks usually) because they generally only accept ETH. SONM did a silly thing and accepted everything under the sun (BTC, DASH and more) via shapeshift, and the confirmation times and everything else threw bonus allocation tracking out of the window.

So there is your answer: this is taking a long time to distribute fully because of the broad payments, the complex bonus structure (and coupled with broad and non-sequential payments makes it even harder), and the small size of the team (Relatively).

Also, there is now less safe parking near the office for the lamborghinis, so they are having to park a bit further away and commute on foot to the office, so please bare with them as they make their hardened journey to work as slaves for all of us!

I'll happily hold my shitload of SNM until they get listed, which as explained could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months longer.

There is no rush.

Today we saw SIA rise 30% due to 1 announcement of an announcement. The logo wasn't even straight with the text.

SONM, whether it is real or not, just needs to get last things in order, submit to exchanges, and then have an announcement or 2 to hype it up, then we'll all get out 5x return. I'd be happy with 2x of course, given I've spent well into 5 figure territory of my USD.

Please stop asking dumb questions like why it's not listed on exchanges yet (when did it finish? Oh yeah, just like 2-3 days ago you muppets!), or why blah blah. Just email them and wait. If no reply within 2 days, tweet them.

This whole thread is like Ok i put 1,000 ETH now my bitcoin isn't showing the Status token on the SONM page of the Civic ICO how do i contact Vitalik pls

The amount of support tickets the SONM team are getting must be nightmarish in nature...probably going to set them back a week sorting through them seeing that most are easily solved if people did their research on how to use an Eth contract and gettings. This is what Fomo is like, blindly investing and figuring out later how to get your tokens...easy mistake and your shit so gone due to the lack of research and actually knowing what the fuck to do.

I guess we need them to fuel the next round of the bull cycle and sell our bags to them...
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: June 19, 2017, 08:40:55 PM
Jeez the amount of noobs here is astounding...pretty smart investing into crypto not knowing shit..

The SONM team is probably going/drowning in tickets...a never ending shit show.

254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] æternity blockchain ∞ GET AE TOKEN ∞ [PoS x PoW | Smart Contracts] on: June 09, 2017, 08:53:29 PM
Just a question, sorry if this was asked already just takes alot of time sorting through pages and pages here.

Does the AE balance check work? I tried my BTC address and the address that was generated for deposting for the ICO and both show 0 results (around 10 days later).

Is that working for anyone? If so is it working just for Eth deposits/addresses or BTC and ETH?

Thanks
Hello, it should be working for BTC and ETH. If your transactions are on the blockchain then you will receive AE tokens. Send me TX addresses in PM. Smiley

Thanks, I sent you the txns  Smiley

256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEN] ZENCASH: Permanent, Distributed, and Fully Anonymous cryptocurrency on: June 08, 2017, 11:23:41 PM
ZenCash Status Update Thursday June 8 2017

ZenCash is currently under threat of a zero-day attack announced by the former lead developer of the Zen node and Eleos wallet code. Shortly after announcing his intention of leaving the project, he also announced and made public a method of attacking the Zen blockchain.

The other members of the Zen founding team, Rob Viglione, Rolf Versluis, and Jane Lippencott, are grateful for all the hard work put into the project by Joshua Yabut when he was the lead developer, and thankful for the notification of the potential zero day attack. We will definitely miss him being on the team.

The nature of the attack could lead to a transaction replay from the Zclassic blockchain to the Zen blockchain. There was replay protection put in place for the launch of Zen, but due to the warning it appears more replay protection would be prudent.

Based on the threat, the Zen Core team has asked our primary exchange partner, Bittrex, to protect their holdings by putting the ZEN wallet into maintenance mode until the code has been reviewed. This does not stop trading on the exchange, only the deposit and withdrawal of Zen funds. This is a short term measure.

The Zen blockchain is intact, no funds have been lost to the best knowledge of the Zen team, and the mitigation plan is already in place.

The mitigation plan is:
  • Take a snapshot of the existing blockchain.
  • Review the Zen code for issues (already in progress).
  • Implement whatever measures are necessary to get the Zen code base to a reliable state.

After the short term mitigation plan, the Zen Core team will continue to work with an industry leading development team, IOHK, to continue development and improvement of the ZenCash software to follow along with the vision laid out in the Zen White Paper.

IOHK developers have already been working with Zen and were very helpful in identifying and fixing the code issue that caused the Zen launch delay. They are also in the process of performing the code review for security.

The Zen team is excited about the opportunity to continue to grow and develop the ZenCash cryptocurrency and is thankful to the many community members, contributors, miners, mining pool operators, purchasers of ZenCash, and exchanges (especially Bittrex!) who have expressed support and encouragement for the project.

We intend to continue to provide an update twice daily on the status of the short term issue, and will then resume consistent communications and activity as we work together to realize the vision in the Zen white paper.

Thanking him for releasing the exploit out in the wild instead of letting you guys know privately to avoid another shit show, that wasn't trying to manipulate the markets at all lol...

One has to wonder if he never left Zencrap would of he used it along the way and steal millions while everyone claims it was some anonymous hacker?

Shady shit all around...
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEN] ZENCASH: Permanent, Distributed, and Fully Anonymous cryptocurrency on: June 08, 2017, 10:55:10 PM
This might concern all of the investors of ZEN. I don't consider this FUD, this is some truth people must know. I hate FUD. This is all verifiable on the ZEN slack, movcrx is coming back to ZCL though so at least there is some good in this mess.

And on Twitter...

LOL, this is getting too funny. Pump ZCL they rape everyone and get free ZENCASH, ZENCASH opens at 16$++ they slowly dump on all your asses and make even more money...now time to jump back onto ZCL and pump it again. Soon either he'll work something out with ZENCASH and go back causing ZEN to pump again or most likely say he wants to start his own thing and fork from ZCL with a ZCL snapshot or an ICO.

All in the process of fucking all their supporters in the ass, good job you crooks.  Sadly what I doubted a week or so ago (check my posts in ZCL thread) were true...

Enough time to accumulate before the magical revival...lol following pivx's path with the long flat chart then the super 1000x pump...seems legit.

One has to wonder how many these revivals/devs will still be here after this bull run ends...
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 07, 2017, 02:25:54 AM
Why isn't XBY on a major exchange like Bitt or Polo?

XBY will be listed on all big exchanges when the tech is ready and when no more bugs will occur. No need to rush Smiley It is still experimental and that's why we call it a high risk high reward coin hence the price could (or better will) go 10x/100x/1000x in the future..

OK here - early big nodes will be worth less than later small nodes

No, early big nodes will always be worth more than the smaller nodes because they keep the system running and earn more profits plus they will contain the double amount of XBY's and because XBY is a deflationary currency where all 650 Million coins already exist that means smaller nodes mathematically cannot be worth more than the original level 1 nodes. If you want to buy more XBY grab more BTC instead of trying to spread bad FUD around here  Wink

5 USD a coin would suit me just fine Smiley

But there is as total supply of 650mio! Maidsafe has 452mio and its worth 0,53$ right now, market cap: 240mio USD.
I do not know why you all are so convinced about attracting big whales, but I think we can be happy if this coin reaches more than 25 Cents.

The biggest mistake new comers do is comparing supplies of other coins and their respective prices...it doesn't work like that.

Price of a coin depends on many factors, supply is probably the last on the list (unless inflation is a million % a year).

You can't compare XBY with maidsafe based on their supply, their 2 different projects and are their prices depend on factors that are common and alot others that are different.

Try not to think of supply as the thing that determines the price of a coin only...

I've heard the new website is coming up soon and the tech is worked on every day so I guess the price is VERY CHEAP at the moment...should be the investment of the year if it all works out like it should.

Price drops cause no tech and no dveoper. Bullshit coin. Fuck no names of dev. This is gping to 1 sat. Dont buy this.
