What is the ICO price?

Its complicated. A scammer did did an ICO on CCEX. (BITMOX) you can find it on the forums here. Two people from the investors who lost money talked together and requested the wallet on CCEX was forked, a developer and a marketeer. The developer had some long incubating ideas he wanted to try. XtraBYtes was born. Its a pretty unique and positive story. Anyway it sat on Yobit for a week at very low prices 1-15sats then the developer revealed the roadmap for static nodes and it blew up in a matter of days. This happened only 2 weeks ago. I was lucky to buy some around 40 sats. But I would say at 1.5m market cap in my opinion is an absolute golden ticket.

The only reason the price hasn't gone up more is heavy manipulation on Yobit and the static node system hasn't gone live yet but should do in around 10 days after 50k block.

This was an early thread when the community was trying to recover after the scam. Its a unique story and an even more unique coin. I sense it could be one of the big stories in Crypto this year.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1793468.0

I read from the OP that XBY was originally cost 1 sat/coin, so at the moment, the coin has grown 200 times vs. original price in just 1 month, this must be the biggest rise this year, not XRP or ETH.

Actually it went to 1 sat after the original thieving scumbag scammed everyone. Luckily one of the investors that got scammed was a developer and took this coin, a few members having joined the team which nice to see.

The original scam ICO was actually sold at 250 sats per coin so at current prices, investors are still in loss.

Here's a screenshot of the original thread before the scammer deleted it, luckily borz took a screenshot of it:

https://s17.postimg.org/qpxs7o5a7/XBY-_ANN.png

But that is for the total supply of 100mio, now this coin has 650mio so it's 5.2 times vs. ICO price?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1793468.0 might provide more details.

Hey bub, you fucked up large.

Here is where..

mickeyspit [7:40 PM]

{
    "masternode" : {
        "alias" : "masternode1",
        "address" : "45.76.116.209:51472",
        "privateKey" : "88D4bbFt9NgZ1WLHkJPdMicVfDpy9cVbudo8Q8yboLmYgyahaKp",
        "txHash" : "480a03bc5594f33ffa1d5c9e65eebcfbc116b53ca342510ef3b612e2d87cf652",
        "outputIndex" : "1",
        "status" : "ENABLED"
    }
}

Why would you post your private key anywhere? I thought you said you know what your doing.

If I seen this I would have told you to transfer your funds to a new address immediately. Instead you were on a slack with a bunch of scammers. They should have pointed this out for you. But instead they all likely tried to steal your funds, first one got it..

This is how:

Open PivX wallet with synced blockchain then type importprivkey 88D4bbFt9NgZ1WLHkJPdMicVfDpy9cVbudo8Q8yboLmYgyahaKp and I have access to all of your funds. Transfer to a new account.. That's how this was done.

Sorry its gone, you'll never get it back or know who did this.

Looks like the thief got enough money from those hack things, he is better than Op.
But, if that's true that Op has posted his crucial part of wallet, than it's even worse than just get hacked.
PivX coin price should be drop a bit due to this 'serial killer' (hacker) activities.

Your actually are called the person who stole the coins a hacker lol? Any retard that knows how private keys work could of took the coins.

Well OP, there's a 13k lesson to remember. You might want to familiarize yourself more with crypto before holding such amounts of cash.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICASH] | DARKSEND | MASTERNODE | POW | NO Premine | No ICO on: May 04, 2017, 11:24:52 PM
104 MasterNodes online Grin

Wow, very impressive number.

Too many masternodes will cause the huge inflation for this coin and it will make Icash undervalued.

I will watch how far this coin goes and How can it exist with huge inflation coming.

Yes 20% Inflation per year, God damnit which Coin has that % of Inflation per year, there's no one in the market afaik.

Even MN Count going up won't help this coin gain the price so better stop dreaming & accept the reality that this Coin is as Good as Dead & no Dev. is about to return to work on it & there will not be any Takeover as well in the future.

Rest is upto you guys, the Coin Supply will rise by 20% per year, that thing in itself tells a lot & if you're not a Noob then you'll easily get my point.

Current Supply = 218M = 218 / 5 = 20% of 218M = 43.6M New Coins to be added in 1st year & so the Supply will then become 218 + 43.6 = 261.6M

From Next Year then calculate 20% in the same manner i.e., 261.6 / 5 = 52.32M New Coins & so the Supply will then raise to 261.6 + 52.32 = 313.92M

Good-Luck with it if you're still on HODL.

May I ask where you found the inflation rate?

If you checked out their slack you'd know the coin is not dead and there are a few devs working on.

Roadmap, updates, new website coming in a few days.

I do remember you though, you bough Icash shilled the fuck out of it on Yoshit then sold...after selling you started shitting on it.

Times feel like 2013-2014 lol..

Yobit XBY wallet in maintanance?

Because of this news people are dumping their XBY,Yobit is known for keeping wallet in maintenance  for a very long time and they knew it so they are selling their XBY this could harm the coin and could go down to 1 sat again on Yobit

Welcome to yoshit...

Reason why I'm hoping Cryptopia adds XBY, we need a stable and supportive exchange. Yobit has no many coins and it seems the entire exchange is ran by one person lol.

Final Update (for now)...

The Website Issue...

Again, we FULLY respect your requests and ( uncalled for demands...we get it, trust me Cheesy ) to get a website OP up and running... Once again this enthusiasm and impatience is fully respected and understood and once again, there are things that you do not know.

So, here is the skinny on this issue:

The guy who was working on that site that everyone likes, has disappeared and it not responding to any of us... So, as of last night his deadline (as imposed by our Community Discussion Board) has passed and we have moved on.

In the mean time and since when he first showed us what he could do, we have had many other talented designers offering their time and creativity to have something else available for the community to vote on and yes we will have a vote about what the official XtraBYtes pages will be.

So, we will let you know that we are not going to be using that other design, as nice as it is because we do not have an agreement in place with him. That issue is now OFFICIALLY over and we will not bother contacting him again... it is his loss.

You will be happy with what is being presented for the vote when that time comes and that will be ASAP!!

Thank you all again and please continue to use the links on the posts we make if you wish to share info with someone...

We will get there, don't worry... Slow and steady wins the race because this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Over and OUT! Wink

Thanks for the update Smiley

Not sure but he might have irl issues or something.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19284

Been off since the 1st, sure he has his reasons. Pretty sure he'll be back.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PROC]---ProCurrency---| COIN BACK REWARDS |Wallets Released~~~ on: May 04, 2017, 12:27:48 AM
I was checking the project out, looks good.

I was really considering buying some coins off exchanges but the moment I saw the distribution that turned me away almost instantly.

Based on Coin market cap:

Circulating supply (I assume sold during the ICO): 2,815,205 coins

then the total supply a whopping 15,000,000,000 !!!

From the main post I see nothing is getting burned but all going to be used for future development, adoption...etc

That's a ~x5328 the amount of the available supply on the market.

Taking that and the current price, coin is worth 1 sat.

Sorry unless coins left from the ICO are burned, I wouldn't touch this. Although project is not bad the distribution is just dreadful, who the hell needs 5000 times the available supply for developing a coin?

And I thought GNO, LBC and VOX distribution was messed up.

I suggest:

-15% dev fund should be 15% of the total coins sold (~2.8M) so 15% of that for the dev fund.
-Another 15% of the total coins sold (~2.8M) allocated for the pro solutions, pro merchant, and pro exchange.

Total 30% of the total available supply (~2.8 )

Total supply would then be: 3.64M coins.

Burn the rest.

Until I see something like that, I won't even consider buying a single coin and no one else will either.

Going to need to change the name of this coin...at first I thought maybe they are back with a new idea.

People running out names for alts lol. Old ones being recycled.
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Database on: May 02, 2017, 07:56:41 PM

If this coin is progressing there should be a lot of buys but I'm seeing a lot of dumps instead,new name same system,the dev should prove his innocent of course yobit bot might  has something with this but it cannot go on for days,there should be improvements.

XtraBYtes is new... it has been pulled from the ashes by this community. You are FUDing... I can see by your level of experience in the forum that you know exactly how trading goes and to say what you have said is only good for casting doubt Smiley We have VERY high buys over the last few days. A coin of such low satoshi value to be on top trader at C-CEX and also in top 15 on Yobit is indicative of VERY HIGH trading.

Patience people... lets see where our price is after the next 3 months have passed. I personally am very excited because I know what is coming... I just cannot reveal all plans yet.

Hello and thanks for this fantastic new coin. If I was a dev I would like to do it like this too.

When you say new things are coming - does that mean in addition to static nodes, or a new feature besides static nodes?

There are many future plans that we are not revealing yet. Right now we are focusing on Phase 2 and also working very hard as a community to get our Internet and Social presence in line with community expectations. Once we have this in place, we will announce new things coming and wrap this up in promotions that attract more people to our community and ultimately more customers down the road as we grow into the XtraBYtes Community Corporation we are now setting up the foundation for.

Thank you for your interest!!

I do agree with that the first post should be revamped and anything missing in it be added, new site needs to be completed. New site graphics are fresh, modern and pretty cool. The first post should match that theme design, along with social media accounts, cmc...etc

Going to be honest here, if I was just visiting this thread for the first time I'd probably just close the tab and look at the next thread/coin.

Working on static nodes is the first goal off course but having a presentable  project is needed to get more users involved and registering nodes.

Twitter is a pretty good place for promotions.

I believe before anything else, this needs to get on a proper exchange...that itself provides some good marketing among traders (lots of twitter posting). I believe Cryptopia would be the first good exchange this should be on even before block 50k.

Alot of people listen to the reputable traders on twitter, when yobit is considered one of the shittiest exchanges...well people aren't interested at what coins it adds either.

Yep. Smiley  But that was second attempt. First time unconfirmed transaction just sat in the list for a couple secs and just disappeered....weird....

Still,last 5-6 blocks that miner submitted are nowhere to be found. Angry

I mined 2 blocks and said mined block submitted, no issue but similar issue nothing shows up at all now.

restarted the node, interface and miner, bright side I still have the 1 coin you sent.

Looks like an issue with the miner.

Please display the log of the normal node

I think mine is working but disappearing coins I believe is a global issue, part of my node log:

Anyone mined a block and coins showing up, try sending 0.1 coin to me to test out: db4bd8f058b985a27bec13e98e347cec6c08fb9079ad0c7bcc1e1603

Will do the same once I find a block.

1 coin sent Wink

EDIT

Ok,this is weird. I made transaction(send 1 coin) it was in the list and just disapeared... Huh Huh

We made history Smiley

First user to user transaction. I am waiting to mine my first block as I've had the miner running for quite some time. Will send you a coin as a test also once I get my first block.

Tx showed up in the explorer.

Fees are high, sent 1 coin to me and the fee was 5 coins. Not sure how fees are calculated, should get some clarification from OP when he's on.

I got:

Anyone having trouble syncing I think this might help.

Go to C:\Pogram files (x86)\bismuth

copy these into the peer file if it's empty:

Quote
('94.113.207.67', '5658')
('80.233.175.26', '5658')
('80.233.175.26', '5658')
('139.199.29.209', '5658')
('139.199.29.209', '5658')
('139.199.29.209', '5658')
('82.11.131.231', '5658')
('52.14.153.61', '5658')

restart your node.

It's not syncing on windows as well for me:

ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''

And:

2017-05-01 22:03:11,644 digest_block(819) Check 1: A part of the block is invalid, rejected Difficulty requirement not satisfied for block 2 from 80.233.175.26
2017-05-01 22:03:11,645 digest_block(820) Check 1: Complete rejected block

Huh!?!

Had the same issue, I figured it out. Started the interface, node and miner and it synced. Not sure but try without the miner, I think it might need the miner running to sync?
