1262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am new to Bitcoin, how can I get started? on: January 18, 2018, 02:33:57 AM
I think you need first about of bitcoin..... how rules here....
Solid advice, many people here for some reason seem to think that spamming every board with nonsense is enough to earn a lot of cash
1263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: January 18, 2018, 02:33:03 AM
I bought few times and send my BTC to exchanges and trade their in order to grow my bitcoins. It is risky most of time. There are times that I need to cut loss because of influx dumps on the coin so I better wait for the low price and buy then sell when high. I HODL sometimes, yeah! There are instances too that I bought small amount of when the BTC is low then wait to get high then sell. Same process and so on. Just patience here is needed.
“so I still buying and earning in my bitcoin wallet.” So far I’ve seen the same comment twice , is this some kinda farmer bot that you are trying to use lmao?
1264  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: January 18, 2018, 02:32:35 AM
every investment is risky, do not put all eggs in one basket
in terms of business we should think always a positive thinking, as one of those who are using bitcoin yes it is a risky thing to hold bitcoin because we dont know when the price gets low and when the price gets high thats why it is a risky but in holding we should have the faith to do this kind of things and we must have the patience the faith and the positive thinking.
should think always a positive thinking is a good way to think but we should also prepare for the potential losses, don’t be too optimistic either
1265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: January 18, 2018, 02:32:04 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

Bitcoin should be taught in formal education.
What? Fiat currencies aren’t taught to anyone apart from finance majors, tf are engineers and other stem based majors gonna do with that kinda related info lol
1266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: January 18, 2018, 02:31:37 AM
many altcoins have chance against bitcoin in project and whitepaper , but bitcoin still the first crypto currency , and have a unique style in people mind
Simplest way to put it, technologically there are other better coins to invest in to but the size and popularity wise BITCOIN is going to be a big one to even remotely touch
1267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to keep Bitcoin at the safe place ? on: January 18, 2018, 02:31:09 AM
Exchanges are never safe places for keeping BTC. You should keep in a wallet you own the private key. Hardware, desktop and paper wallet are my choice for keeping BTC safe.
Can’t stress this point enough:
Exchanges are never safe places for keeping BITCOIN.

Like literally Preach
1268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If ETH price exceed the BTC's on: January 18, 2018, 02:30:39 AM
I'm not really sure about ETH beating BTC in price, but I believe ETH still has a long way up to go and is good in investing for the long term.
Most sensible comment in the thread, why does everyone think that ETH will beat BITCOIN, all madness in the cryptocurrency world would break down if that happened
1269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin just a big bubble that is ready to burst anytime soon? on: January 18, 2018, 02:30:10 AM
Bitcoin is still fresh & young coin ( as well other cryptocurrencies )  so it won't burst ( at least for some years from now ) ; in fact the  recent massive growth can't uniquely determine bitcoin future, other factors are to take in consideration too
It turned like 9 this year but yeah it’s younger than other fiat currencies which turned 50 or something but still it’s not a complete kid that it was a couple of years ago
1270  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you knew Bitcoin would never change in value, would you buy it? on: January 18, 2018, 02:29:44 AM
I’ll probably still buy as it’ll let me buy the alts which vary in value, its not like every is trying to only HODL BITCOIN at the end of the day other alts too aren’t that bad
1271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fee on: January 12, 2018, 02:55:59 AM
yes. the fee its extreamly annoying . but if you smart trader you can use any tricks to cover it.
1. use altcoin as optional . in this case i prefer use ETH or BCH or LTC . its most Popular and Big Volume trade in market.
2. use Custom FEE . but i will take a long time to get confirmation in tx . i did fee $3 for send $80 . confirmation 1 after 2 week almost 3 weeks .
Recommending ETH right now for low fees is a bad idea, the mempool is filled with pending tx and the gwei price for gas is super high right now
1272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have You Been Scammed? on: January 12, 2018, 02:55:22 AM
Yes, I wasn’t being careful enough and didn’t know about escrow existing and lost about $100 with a dude, was a good eye opener though, so who cares
1273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: January 12, 2018, 02:54:49 AM
The very fact that a non centralized currency exists and it’s actually being and used and trusted by so many people is what surprises me the most to be honest
1274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg is looking into cryptocurrency ::) ::) ::) on: January 12, 2018, 02:52:58 AM
Kinda late to start researching crypto. With his capital he could have done this a lot sooner to see the pros and cons with crypto.
Kinda late to start yeah but that’s what he’s said officially who knows if he invested his own money before? Not mention he has a ton of cash anyway, he doesn’t care I guess
1275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: January 12, 2018, 02:51:45 AM
Holding bitcoin is best decision bitcoin fall in first week of january 2018 but now 2nd week of january bitcoin price is touch again $17146. again i say Holding bitcoin is best decision for me or holders.
Yeah I’m just waiting for BITCOIN to hit a grand 20$k which it didn’t manage before, it stopped around what? Like 19500$ last time, barely like 500$ short of the goal
1276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon has called the digital currency a "fraud" on: January 12, 2018, 02:51:05 AM
Because as a financial expert, Bitcoin isn't tangible. It's not a "real" asset to him. It's only backed by the Blockchain, we he loves by the way:

Quote
The blockchain is a technology which is a good technology. We actually use it. It will be useful in a lot of different things. God bless the blockchain.

But it's not only him. Any other financial expert, analyst, or trader will tell you that Bitcoin is a scam/fraud and that the bubble will burst one day. And that Bitcoin will crash.

Quote
The only value of bitcoin is what the other guy'll pay for it. Honestly I think there's a good chance a lot of the buyers out there are out there jazzing it up every day so that maybe you'll buy it too, and take them out.

He's probably referencing instances in his personal history where he's seen situations like this happen, such as in penny stocks and pump-and-dumps. He truly believes that Bitcoin is fraudulent, and he's adamant that he "doesn't care about Bitcoin":

Quote
...this is the last time I'm ever going to answer questions about bitcoin because I really don't care...
Quote
I don't personally understand the value of something that has no actual value. You all can do whatever you want and I don't care.
Quote
I could care less about bitcoin. I don't know why I said anything about it.
Quote
Every day, you have CNBC, nonstop bitcoin — Who cares about bitcoin?

In my personal opinion, based on everything I've heard him say about Bitcoin, he just sounds bitter. He keeps claiming that he doesn't care about Bitcoin, yet he keeps talking about it.

Quote
Look, everyone has a personal opinion about Bitcoin. I remain highly skeptical of it. But as I’ve said previously, I’m open-minded to uses of cryptocurrencies if properly controlled and regulated

I think that he missed the boat and deep down inside, he's wishing he would have invested in Bitcoin when he first heard about it. But what do I know? I'm no financial expert Roll Eyes

Exactly most financial advisors do believe that the BITCOIN bubble will one day pop who knows how true that is, but the people that made money right, have made it big
1277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoins goal to end governments? on: January 12, 2018, 02:50:21 AM
End banks, end exchange and end paper money yes.

bitcoin have zero problem against government only future money.
Ending fiat money isn’t that easy as people think for some reason, in some places without internet how do you think you are gonna popularize cryptocurrency to such an extent
1278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to convert ETH into BTC? on: January 12, 2018, 02:49:29 AM
you can simply sell it on any exchanger like bittrex, liqui, livecoin, coinexchange, and many more. you just have to transfer your eth then sell it on the certain exchanges then you can have your btc.
Make sure the exchange lets you to withdraw unverified though otherwise you’ll be stuck with the exchange without being able to get your ETH or BTC back from them
1279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: January 12, 2018, 02:48:55 AM
ethereum price will always under bitcoin price mate,,
because bitcoin is the king without prince, so bitcoin will always be the king in cryptocurrency
just my opinion  Wink
Every coin can reach the price but definitely not the market cap. I can make 10000 coins and make each coin be worth 10 BTC but then people will just use decimal fractions of my alt coin
1280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: January 06, 2018, 09:46:07 AM
According to me, NO.  No kind of money can replace other. Instead of massive growth of virtual money, physical money has its own place. Yes I agree with the thing virtual currency could replace money to major extent but not completely because still there are millions of people who even does not have reach of internet and even the virtual currency has not been centralized by the government, so if virtual currency would ever replace physical one then it would take few decades  Smiley
Good answer, banks exist but do ALL places take debit and credit cards? No. Paper money needs to go but it wont go away that easily
