Well, this is not a nice way to pause an ICO Project; many people had invested in this project and it is better to refund them and restart the project again, after you organize your technical and legal issues in a new country, because I am sure you dont know how long this procedure continues.
I am gonna be very happy to see the ICO-Regulations also in european countries; Japan, China and USA is just one of them that already regulated the ICOs.
I agree with you, they better launch the ICO way before, after the ICO have been regulated. I think the Wikibits platform is now in-danger because of impulsive move without researching about regulations.. I think its better to withdraw this project and launch when crypto is more stable. They just wont function as it should in that specific countries, it can only be used as a wallet for storing coins. You wont be able to trade and sell your coins. In my own understanding you can trade your coins using thier wallet since its a blockchain payment platform |

well, I think I am going to try to sell my 4000 WIKI's in etherdelta  I appreciate it also that the dev. gave us some updates in telegram; but these updates were for me not very clear. He told us that they have some legal government problems and they have to transfer the project to an other ICO friendly country. But he doesnt told us how long this procedure runs. Lol it's not that easy, you will find zero trade, who will buy a token if the team of that token give up on their project ! instead, they should refund participators in case this ico failed. that's how all legit projects do.
