useless and gambling platform vaporware like etherieum which always want to destroy bitcoin and it invention is not friend there is no point of even using this kind of crap beside gambling. when we thing about it, crowdfunding for what? crowdfunding for coding scam? when we think deep for all of these, it's just a pyramid scam.

they claimed to have raised $150 million but they're lucky to have $5million in liquidity, everything involved with this vaporware ethercrap is just fake. smart people would get the point but not the dumb morons. $150million just fake money and it would go down as fake money.

if they accepting this vaporware eth then 100% chance they will accepting other alts soon, just like microsoft azure all triggered by whales fake volume

I must admit it's fun to get back to gpu mining and with Ethereum doing so well monthly energy costs to run are made up within the first week. I don't have the capital to run rigs without dipping into the coffers but before too long I might not need to. Point is, if you can hold do so but the jumps are profitable if you hit them right. Nothing wrong with buying at $14 - a year or two from now that comment could be laughable. Lets see.
Reminds me of the 40$ days of Bitcoin that was high then, who knows Ether could be set to launch. the problem is your ether is vaporware with lot of competitors to come

i say .25 cent 1 lisk =2 ETH ?.....you believe dude high price lisk launch .25cent or .0006 satoshi i will try to get some if it under .25cent
these guys seem to be pretty smart, separating themself from the crap eth. lisk is going to be big so i'm thinking to invest again.
So Brave calling Eth crap when it is at an all time high. Lisk won't even reach 0.01 when it launchs. it take time but i see lisk would take over eth i have repeat again and again this fake volume not going to sustaining forever
eth is just vaporware all the fake volume money belong to whales, nothing much to see here.

I'm sure your anti semitic rants will have institutional investors rushing to buy bitcoin...or litecoin...or any crypto that isn't ethereum
what's happenning to this digixdao scam now? is this dao hype still on?
i think .25 to .50 cent the techs sound way better than ethereium and they could take them down if the devs know have to hype and market like the vaporware eth team is doing. take money to make money, this vaporware eth spending endless money to hype their vaporware.

i already answer again and again, this poloniex market manipulating is in planview. this practice is illegal. when the authority check into this they should find tax evasion and even money laundering. all customers have the rights to sue them for this manipulations
FUD. Please cite specific laws being broken. The fudders will come out strong as the btc/crypto markets are rising.
1 right now is market manipulating, this is just being planview. all it need is 1 smart IRS to record and snap shot the daily volume then calculating the fees. i'm 100% sure poloniex never pay the full tax being cooperated with the scammer(s) like etherieum team, tax evasion. Ooooh. We're so scaaaared... Woooo the feds are coming! Haha. i think it will be soon, don't be surprised

Polo is the most recognizable exchange with the most volume after Cryptsy is gone. Unless anyone is facing problem withdrawing their bitcoin/altcoins, it would not be fair to accuse them of scam. So far, I have not heard anybody complaining that their withdrawal is delayed and the mod is always active in the trollbox.
some people accused poloniex of market manipulations. from this market manipulations would also included tax evasion, defraud and even money laundering. all it need is 1 smart ass IRS to crack. record and snap shot daily volume, calculating the fees and make sure poloniex pay the correct amount. poloniex being cooperated with the scammer(s) chance they don't pay much tax.
heck with this kind of daily volume all it need is one smart IRS to crack the poloniex code and don't require much work at this point poloniex need to file tax quarterly, if it don't add up check for tax evasion. daily volume ten and hundred millions of dollars from market manipulations, it is just a matter of time someone report this to IRS to look into this company. IRS have nothing to lost from audit this tax evasion market manipulative company.
add up all the daily volume, calculating the fees then BAM this vaporware scam ethereium and poloniex is gone. all it need is 1 smart IRS.

with all these accusations and practice i strongly believe the SEC or law enforcement will probably look into them soon. IRS love this kind of money activities. so don't left much coins in there.
1) The SEC would not likely be involved with Poloniex since they aren't involved in the sale or transfer of securities. 2) It'll be state regulators that would investigate/regulate Poloniex as an MSB/Money Transmitter if anything. 3) What laws have they broken? This thread is shitty speculation. have you moron read this; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1476716.msg14887042#msg14887042if any one have the resources have the right to sue poloniex of being defraud and market manipulation and it would be right on the money https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1473947.0Zero evidence. Show me a trader that pays 0 fees on Poloniex, please. that's for poloniex to prove it and show their records, not me. i'm sure there would probably another count of tax evasion on this.

Has there ever been any exchange at all, shut down by some authority?
Never happened, as I do remember. They usually make a runner on their exit scamm.
first to everything. like i said if someone lose a ton of money they have the rights to sue. chance the authority would look into this. poloniex being high flying with ton of fees collecting every days the authority soon going to sniff at them. i don't believed anyone would believe polo is playing fair.

When an exchange is shut down by authorities (in this case SEC), is the exchange not committed to let the user payout their coin balances?
I guess you will only lose if the exchange has some financial problems.
it could that someone lose ton of money and they suing them. i'm 100% sure if SEC or law enforcement to look into this they will going to find ton of flaws and illegal activities, it don't even need to go to trial. a few words, defraud, market manipulation or even money laundering
