Large buy walls themselves do not prove or disprove that something is a scam. Generally speaking though, I highly doubt anyone wants to own 100 btc of CLUB since the market has zero liquidity and they could never exit.
i didn't say large buy walls on other coins(doge/litecoin/etc) a scam, i just said the scams GCR and CLUB have fake buy walls and fake volume. 100% when the scam team instant removing these fake walls it would drop from 100btc to less than 1btc. |

what about all these crap smart ledger, simple remote control, smart scam etc ect? no more than just useless scam ideas bitcoin is already perfect as currency/money/cash if people want all these useless craps they would build around bitcoin and use bitcoin as currency. it dont need to have endles scam coins to achieved any real honest project to better bitcoin cryptocurrency I disagree. Currency is not the only thing that benefits from decentralization. If only the currency was decentralized, then everyone would be susceptible to being scammed while using centralized third party services. At the very least, most of the core services should also be decentralized (but I prefer everything be decentralized within reason if it provides a benefit.) @benthach

I doubly disagree. Bitcoin can't even change its blocks size without everyone throwing everyone else under the bus and fights errupting. There is no way they implement many features the newer crypto currencies have and/or have implemented in the next 5 years simply due to politics. people can build another wallet around bitcoin, it's decentralized. this wallet don't have to be another scam idea. |

Why would you say its a scam?? 1. At least as much as the last coin that tried to be the internet of things but ended up being too expensive to host the internet of things.
2. Since "things" don't own money, the only place they can communicate without spam is on the internet of those things. That is success, but its failure to will be the same as bitcoin's biggest failure. Too many Mark Kerpes people will give IOTA a bad name.
I still don't believe it will work because free cryptocurrency transactions sounds too much like free energy which is impossible.

Right, let me come in here and say something.
I have no idea what GCR is and don't exactly care too much.
Anyways, however with Clubcoin I do know about. Basically, it was distributed in full to Bitclub Network members, all 8000+ of them. I am seeing if we can compile a list of all the coins and where they went to for transparency.
Most of the guys involved in Bitclub Network make most whales look like fish and want this coin to be a top 10 currency which to them, is easy (there are guys that got larger Christmas bonuses than most coins on the market). Though the low volume + high price is a bit strange (completely blew all our minds) but that is expected to change as the members choose to move their coins or not. Myself, I had to hand hold MANY of the members into downloading and using the wallet as well as write up guides on using Bittrex and other websites to get them started.
Don't throw this against Bittrex as being a scam exchange. They do all their own vetting and I provided them with all the information they needed for Clubcoin and am in constant contact with them.
EDIT: My advice is, wait until the members figure out what they are doing with their coins then play with it because I have 0 idea what will happen.

I am of the belief that Bitcoin's network effect can be broken and that there is no guarantee that it will always be successful in the future. Pretty much the only thing it has going for it is its network effect, but I feel like this is no guarantee that it will be successful in the future.
