I am getting reports of other coins saying that some BTCD peoples are working on their coin, or maybe even I am. As you know I am big tent crypto guy, so I am always liking to help other coins and am encouraging other coins to get uMGW support so they can trade in NXT AE (and InstantDEX) and of course supernetwork
Like the bitshares guy starts saying because he is talking to buterin, that etherium will use bitshares (totally denied by etherium), the marketing types at other coins might use the fact that I am actually responding to them and making it into something all out of proportion to what it is.
So before assuming the rumours you hear are true, wait for actual confirmation/denial from the horse
James
I understand that people put a lot of money into certain coins, so they tend to passionately defend their coin. However, I think more people should be working for the advancement of cryptocurrencies as a whole industry, not just looking for a pump.

For 2 weeks now I've been watching this pennant formation form on the daily chart. It's coiled up up pretty tight. Looks like we might have a breakout any day now. Oh, it's coming

need more sell orders on the mgw!
I'm checking out the mgwbtcd now, doubt I'll sell any though

I'm loving how stable the price is and how low the volume is. People are hodling and staking, not selling. To me, that confirms that we are still a bit under the radar, and pretty much everyone invested is a real supporter, not just pump and dumpers

I understand that messages are handled by ThreadMessageHandler in net.cpp, and are received/sent/processed in main.cpp. My questions are: - If an unknown message is received (it will hit the final else statement in ProcessMessage() and be ignored) will it still be propagated to other nodes?
- Is pnode->PushMessage() enough to broadcast a message? From what I understand, it adds the message to the queue of outgoing messages, which are then gathered by SendMessages() and sent.
- Is it possible to assign an expiration date to an individual message? So all nodes know to stop propagating it at that time?
- How can you reject an incoming message and make sure it doesn't get relayed or processed?
Thanks

I dont mean to offend any of the USA peoples, they are best peoples, it is just the govt has run amok and gone totally power grabbing crazy. What is this eminent domain things? They just take your private land and give to real estate developer since the neighborhood really, really, needs more shopping stores
As an American I would have to agree with this. The USA is a great country while the government has spun out of control. As for eminent domain, I could have lived on my familys' piece of land since 1600 and as soon as they think they have a 'use' for it, I'm gone

No, that's correct.

I was discussing the teleporting with someone and their point was that for a large corporation, doing payments through an off-blockchain intermediary like coinbase or bitpay essentially performs the same obfuscating function as teleporting. To what extent is this argument flawed?
Don't those companies just do btc -> fiat though? what if you want btcd->btcd? (or crypto->crypto in general)

if it has pass it will be locked for anyone that took it, btw coins are gone from wallet or wallet.dat gone It saddens me that people can do this. I had over 3K and now they are all gone. I got into this coin early. This was going to be money for my wedding. I feel sick to my stomach. That's sick man, I really hate to hear that. I really wish this sort of thing didn't happen.

In my opinion if someone don't know how much should he donate.http://bitcoindark.net/development-potLittle math 1.6 milion coins guys need 5 k So if you own 100 k it should be 312.5 BTCD But let's double it ( ' let say somebody don't know he should donate' ) So 100k BTCD = 625 BTCD 10k BTCD = 62.5 BTCD (1k) 1000 BTCD = 6.25 BTCD Is it bad idea ? approve, but people might just be in holidays right now or getting a heartattack No reason to get a heart attack

Don't know what the schedule is for publicity and the website. I'm away from Sunday until 3 September but happy to help with content when I'm back if you need it. Of course, by 2 weeks' time just about anything could have happened and BTCD could already be a top 10 coin...
I've been working with our PR agency on the first press release and it became clear I need to write a Tradebotpaper describing how BTCD is the crypto whose Turing complete scripting language has the most programmers who already know the language. Literally millions of coders know C, and tradebots are written in C! By using linked tradebots and some data synchronization functions, any corporation or group can deploy their own set of linked tradebots and they will maintain a private blockchain running independently. So, like the Internet can run any protocol, the BTCD supernetwork and linked tradebots can run any blockchain, custom programmed by anybody that knows C I realized it got a bit too complicated and needed Tradebotpaper. Not sure how the pirates will deal with an arbitrary number of overlapped heterogeneous blockchains. James Competitor to Ethereum
