in Amsterdam/Europe
Hey! I am from Amsterdam as wel! Nice to see a Dutch initiative here

I signed up! Looks really good. I like the once per minute payout, instead of at a certain amount of coins! Will you also offer automatic exchange of coins in the future?

What version of the miner to use for an AMD FX-8320 Vishera? I'm guessing yam-yvg1900-M7j-win64-bdver2.zip bd stand for bulldozer right?
Correct. I have tried it with two pools now, doesn't change anything. Could it be something with digital ocean? I don't have a problem with them connecting to any other pools (for other coins). Can you post your .bat string? Have you tried the other ports for mmc pool? (80 / 8880 / 8881 / 8882 / 8883) It is a linux (Ubuntu 13.10 x64) machine, so no bat file. I start with "./yam --config yam.cfg". My yam.cfg file looks like this: threads = 0 mining-params = mmc:av=1&aesni=on mine = getwork://MGPAH8GnP68q3cWvqb93cFmgM51XzoPVQp@work.mmcpool.com:80:8880:8881:8882:8883/mmc mine = getwork://MGPAH8GnP68q3cWvqb93cFmgM51XzoPVQp@mmcpool.1gh.com:8080:8081:8082:8083/mmc #proxy = socks4a://127.0.0.1:9150 compact-stats = 1 print-timestamps = 0

Hmm, since I already have a digitalocean account, I decided to try MMC mining. I am using a 2CPU/2GB node, but keep getting this: Target OK Checking params [mmc:av=1&aesni=on]... Params OK Checking MMC Stage 1 optimizations compatibility... Checking MMC Stage 2 optimizations compatibility... OK: MMC optimizations are compatible MemoryCoin: Memory usage 1024M per thread, Algorithm Variation 1 Using 2 mining threads Will mine 2 rounds for miner developers to support development of the next version Follow @yvg1900 on Twitter to get information on new version availability on time New MemoryCoin Block nTime 1389713466 MMC Agg. Anyone who knows what to do? I am using the "yam-yvg1900-M7j-linux64-generic" download. In the readme provided with the miner: 6. Known issues
If your miner shows "PTS Agg. CPM: ?; Rnds C/I: 0/0, Don. C/I: 0/0; Cfg/Thr CPM: ?/? 0" over an extensive period of time, consider restarting your miner. In most cases this caused by problems with network connection or temporary pool server unavailability. I have tried it with two pools now, doesn't change anything. Could it be something with digital ocean? I don't have a problem with them connecting to any other pools (for other coins).

Guys, get your miners in! Still perfect for small asics, like block erupters!

Bitbar is added, as are several others

Thanks all for the info It's the first time for me I have a considerable part of the network hashrate, so I never really bothered to look at the total network hashrate. So, where are all the big asics? I don't mind finding many blocks, but maybe we need a little more promotion? Some giveaways maybe? If only a few people actively mine this, the risk of the coin dying are considerable. Will do some over the weekend. We have one for miners always running here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395941.0 . I think the issue is not so much that we don't have many miners but the miners we do have don't have huge setups. When you look at other sha-256 pools they have like 5 people mining at 150 gh/s . In the meantime one of our pools has 14 people at 80 gh/s I know that giveaway. That one got me started You are right that the amount of miners is more important than the network hash. If I can do anything to support Globe, let me know

I added klondike to The Nodes List. I hope you don't mind If anyone has more nodes, pleas shoot me a pm!
|
|
|
From what I can see, the network hash rate should be around 150 Gh/s. Not know why.
Where did you get the networkhash? My wallet does not display it with the getmininginfo command?
|
|
|
Has the hashrate decreased or something? Why is the diff suddenly a lot lower?

WTS 100GLB for 1BTC Grab them while they're cheap Or make me an offer

These are prices per 24h I suppose?

Please add BitBar
Do you have some nodes for bitbar?
|
|
|
Great
I'll add Kushcoin

I was getting frustrated with sifting through thread to find some extra nodes for various coins. So, that is why I started http://thenodeslist.com/, where you can find exactly what the name suggests: a list of nodes for all your favorite coins. Added to that are config files, available for download, with all of these nodes included. The site is extremely basic at the moment, but it works. Currently the list is far from complete, but it will take quite some time before all coins are added. That's why I am posting the site already, since I would really like to know what you think about the idea And feel free to suggest coins that need to be added! (link to ANN thread would be nice) I also would like to invite you to send me nodes which are not included yet. Please only send nodes that run permanently, not just your home computer. If you find nodes in the list that do not work any more, please let me know as well!

Sound really good. I'll try to keep up with this thread

42 mining pool - 42.happyminers.net We need miners with any hashes Pool information: -0.7% fee -PROP system -Minimum payout 0.0000001 -Vardiff stratum -Better faster stronger server: 16 core, 32gb ram, ssd drivers Sample for cgminer: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://s2.happyminers.net:4242 -u Weblogin.Worker -p PassWorker -I 13 Sample for minerd(cpuminer): minerd.exe --url stratum+tcp://s2.happyminers.net:4242 --userpass Weblogin.Worker:PassWorker So, how does your payout work? If I would put like 50kh/s to your pool, how will I ever get any payout? I would still need to have at least 1/4200th of the total shares right?

Finally! It was getting really annoying.
