someone else took ecua's 10 pmc for himself.

Yeah, it was taking sooo long, so I just took them Wink. If you want them, post your wallet address, I don't really need them.
maybe put them in another paper wallet challenge and tweet it out?

Why don't you just post your address?
342  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LightningAsic Gridseed Controller Firmware V3 on: April 05, 2014, 01:35:22 PM
So how do I update from the RC10 to RC10c firmware? I tried by uploading the RC10c directly, and by uploading the V2 bin first, but I get the 'Firmware with name LAxxxRCc.bin not found' message all the time.

Try now, it should work.

Now I'm getting "Failed to unpack firmware" when I do the RC10c, and "MD5 differs" when I do the V2?

Am i the only one still mining?

No for the last 4 days i've gotten the same thing i started thinking my antminer is broken. Something with PMC need to be tweaked in order to keep people mining.

I am a bit of a linux noob, and only have a raspi with minepeon, so I can only mine on pools. I tried mining on the PMC pool, but then that didn't work anymore, so I switched miners to another pool.

I would love to help mining PMC, even though I now have only 20Gh/s for SHA left (will maybe buy some new gear in the future). I am also willing to pay the hosting for a pool, if someone else sets it up. I can supply a digitalocean node or something, I think that should be ok for the current amount of miners.

348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NLG] Guldencoin — It's back. Fair distribution. on: April 03, 2014, 06:40:34 PM
That's UTC 9:00 PM tomorrow. We will add this information to the ANN together with the pools later tonight.

Why launch a Dutch coin so late in the evening? Why not 19:00 in the evening?

Exactly. Launching a coin at 23:00 local time for the target market is a bit strange.
349  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Cube auction on eBay - am I doing something wrong? on: April 03, 2014, 12:30:30 PM
Don't forget many people use snipers for bidding on ebay. Or they snipe themselves. Around 90% of bids on ebay is in the last hour or so of the auction.
350  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LightningAsic Gridseed Controller Firmware V3 on: April 03, 2014, 10:26:55 AM
When I enter a pool that is down as primary pool, the hashrate goes down considerably. To like 100-150kh/s per device.

So failover doesn't work well it seems?
351  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: BFL forums on: April 03, 2014, 10:24:31 AM
Working fine here.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NLG] Guldencoin — It's back. Fair distribution. on: April 03, 2014, 10:22:52 AM
haha f1k for king! Grin

maar ff serieus het begint warm te worden, dus X11 zou geen overbodige luxe zijn...

Gridseeds keep very cool, no problems there Wink
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Chicoin CHI - SHA256 based Coin of Energy Force | Re-Launch 0.9.5v on: April 03, 2014, 10:22:06 AM
Re-Launch v0.95
http://sourceforge.net/projects/chicoin/files/chicoin-0.9.5/
mining pool
http://chi.ispace.co.uk/

will update the source depository on Github
So why again did you delete/invalidate the original blockchain?
chain broken and/or corrupted due to hw sw error and no source node

But why is the 0.9.5 for windows giving so many hits on virustotal?

0.9.0 only gave two hits:

357  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LIGHTNINGASIC SCRYPT ASIC miner ready. BTC+LTC ASIC miner; LA1THS, stock ready. on: April 02, 2014, 08:50:14 PM
I seem to have bricked my unit :/

I did the following:

Downloaded LAG3355_upgrade_v1.bin from the link.

Pressed upload onto the controller (the miners were running while i did this).

I waited untill the "everything is okay" screen came up.

I went up and removed power from the controller, waited ~5 sec, and turned power on again.

Thought the same. Did you upload the second bin file after that?

Nope. Cant. the controller is totally unresponsive now. just one very quick flash, followed by a 1 sec blue light.

Sure the IP didn't change?
