i love the "freedom" argument.

or the "overpriced" argument.

I am free to do whatever i want on my iphone.

I am also free to purchase whatever i want at whatever the price.

or maybe the $300 base model Samsung Note 4 is not overpriced. C'mon.

So you compare the price of samsung and apple, and find them both equally overpriced, C'mon Grin

Free to do whatever you want? I think you refer to jailbreaking, which Apple has filed many lawsuits against. In the USA you have no guarantee when you jailbreak your iphone, yeah free to do whatever you want.......
In holland the judge laughed in Apples face and ordered them to give guarantee, o well, USA is Corporations, so I guess you're free....

When you say we need them both, I couldn't disagree more Smiley Corporations like Apple are pervers and are hypercapitalistic, creating even more inequality in the world. Research who made the first touchscreen phone in 2002.....

Maybe I missed it, but can I get some stickers and businesscards?
1543  Other / Off-topic / Re: Iphone or Samsung on: October 18, 2014, 02:04:41 PM
I would say use whatever is most familiar to you... I give my friend my samsung who has iphone and he can not navigate too well (or slowly) but if he gives me is iphone I am same way slow to navigate through it...

If you like freedom, android, if you like nice design but strict restrictions iPhone, it's that simple Wink

So that means the bounty is up at 40.000 LTCD.
I will throw in 10.000 of my own stash as well. So Bounty for the best video will be 50.000 LTCD...so at current price thats 0.60 BTC... Nice and should bring some nice looking videos..
We need a video that explains what the whole idea about the coin is.
Thanks for the contribution BitCoin Operated Boy

What IS the whole idea, besides coin for and by the community, when is the darkness and anonimity being highlighted?
1545  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is your country the best? on: October 18, 2014, 01:35:43 PM
Can say comfortably that US is the best nation in the world right now. There are some cons to living here but the pros outweigh them heavily. If given the choice to move anywhere else in the world to permanently live, I would decline.

Those people still exist.... Look at what your countrie has done, nothing to be proud of..... My country is also not the best Grin

I thought it would be a nice gesture to hand out some coins to interested people. With a registration at the forum or exchange of emailadres to keep people posted on ltcd. It will grow the community and invite people to use ltcd Smiley
Yes friend, it is a good idea. when I did a forum that's about it and thought. but then there was uncertainty with the transfer and development versions
I can organize a small fund collecting coins and distribution/bounties - is willing to participate?

Lets get to it then!! Here's a dutch coin, guldencoin, who does the same to spread the word and make people realise the money is for the taking. Crypto is near!! In combination with promotions with stickers and businesscards is a great way to get people curious, free money is allways interesting Smiley

Goog translate Wink
1547  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anonabox, routing ALL traffic through TOR, without script leak and other BS on: October 18, 2014, 10:16:38 AM

Tails uses TOR....
That does not even matter.
Windows uses IE; does everyone who uses Windows use IE?  Roll Eyes

Doesn't matter? If the nodes of TOR are compromised while using tails, tails has no use, your metafore doesn't make sense.... If the TOR protocol in't safe, Tails isn't safe cuz EVERYTHING in Tails runs through TOR

I bought some at 1000 sats but I have not seen the price of NLG grow beyond 620. Do I hold or sell it?

I would probably sell and give the coins to buyers who are going to also help the coin grow, guldencoin is a longterm project from what I can see and will be around a lot longer then the PnD scams your used to.

Don't hate, just hold it, it will get higher Grin

Up Up and away Grin

Stop using TOR. That is the solution.

And you think a vpn is safe I guess..... Tails neither.... What's you alternative solution then?
Actually VPN and Tails are both safe and better than TOR if you ask me. TOR could potentially be exploited depending on how many nodes the governments/FBI is hosting (and we can't know this).
AFAIK there was only 1 known exploit for Tails and I think that it was patched.
A VPN could be safe; this depends on many factors. If the owner of the service has coded it correctly so that there are no logs, or any traces left in the database (+ encryption, and so on), the VPN would be safe.
Actually this Anonabox (obviously unless there is something wrong with it/is a scam) seems like a neat thing to have, for those who don't like the Pi (like myself).

Tails uses TOR....

Fellow Bitcoiners,

This is awesome and absolutely vital for the Crypto Community!! I hope most will agree that sooner or later governments will try to register crypto users for identification and taxation. I think it already is a fact now. Using the tor browser has many faults, including script leaks and other problems.

I find this idea very cool, hope that it really works and the TOR developers stay on top of their game, there seems to be some debate wether the anonymity of Tor can be reversed, some scientist say they can, but haven't provided any proof...

I say pledge the shit out of this!!

Props to the DEVs and supporters of LTCD, alothas been done.

Maybe it's time to start debating about (new) coin functions? For example, where is the emphasis on full anonimity, can't seem to see it as a big pro on ltcd anywehere, while it's the main reason for dark right?

Still holding, still waiting Grin

Believe me and make a professional video for litecoindark.

Thank you.

Hey guys, you seem to post less then 10 messages this week. It means, that we pay you nothing. We were wondering if you okay keeping it that way or if it's better for you to free up the slots for someone who post more? We just don't want to kick you out for no reason.

Wish you'd given me that curtesy...
